There were cookies, bread, sandwich cookies, and more. Lots of different flavors and combinations! I selected two mini loaves: banana nut and pumpkin bread. We ate them over the next couple of days and both were yummy! The pumpkin bread was super moist and had yummy warm spices. The banana walnut loaf was maybe a little too dense for me but I enjoyed it regardless. Definitely worth grabbing some goodies if you see them out and about!

My favorite barter-to-date is a few visits ago when our group was all separated on the plane. The ladies I was sitting next to ordered me a buffalo chicken wrap and a mimosa in exchange for a dozen of my precious dinner rolls ‍ Long story long, Honeybee's has not only made my visits to Tennessee even more special, they've pulled off making the long flight home fun too! Tlive more than an hour from this Mexican Bakery. However, this last time I stopped, the experience was not the same. My favorite was the cheese and jalapeño relleno bread. They also carry some with just cheese. So, I asked the employees which were the ones with jalapeños in them. The employee said they all had jalapeño's and cheese. I purchased two of them. When I arrived at home, the bread instead had chorizo and potatoes inside. The taste was so bad and cold. I was disappointed. So, I called the bakery hoping to get replacements of jalapeño and cheese whenever I have the opportunity to stop by there, since it wasn't my fault. The employee told me no. I told her I could take a photo and keep the receipt. Nope, she didn't care. In addition, since I live more than an hour away, I asked the employee for a box to place the bread in, so the frosting on the small cakes wouldn't get messed up. Upon, looking at my receipt at home to call them, I noticed I was charged $2.25 for a thin little box that one gets free for purchasing donuts at a donut shop. If the employee had told me that there is a charge for the box, I would've had her place the bread in bags instead. This Mexican bakery is not a place I recommend to buy from. Take your business elsewhere.

I heard about this place from some friends years ago and regularly frequented for the killer deli sandwiches and old world bakery. Back then it was called Troyer's but recently went back and the entire shopping/dining experience has been elevated in the best of ways!!!! I was greeted immediately when I walked in by a super sweet couple rocking out the incredible sandwiches! I found out they had been making the Troyer's sandwiches for years which was so cool. Come to find out they now have beef, pork, lamb & chicken for sale grown right on the same property! I grilled a ribeye that next day and the flavor was on par with anything from the chop shop! I also found out they have a CSA that delivers right to my home which makes for least waste and need to use the corporate grocery store so often. The grocery section has so many options from dry goods to locally made products they have you covered. I picked up goats milk soap, spicy pickles, champagne mustard, old world candy, and an amazing soup my family loved. The oatmeal crème pie is by far the best dessert after an amazing sandwich I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. I also grabbed a loaf of fresh baked and it was to die for! The front porch is pet friendly and I really enjoyed the ambiance with birds chirping and laughter from the 10 local fireman all enjoying the same vibe!
