During my last trip to Texas I stumbled upon a new cool vapor shop! Tactical Vapors is unlike any vapor shop I've ever seen! Besides a HUGE selection of e-cig equipment at incredible prices and a WIDE selection of e-juices (including organic!), there's all kinds of survival gear, knives, flashlights, souvenir t-shirts, hats and bags, even some cool boot jewelry for the lady's! The atmosphere is very inviting with a nice sample lounge for relaxing and trying out new flavors. Steve, who runs the shop, is knowledgable and very helpful without being too pushy. I ventured into this quaint place yesterday, it was interesting. Immediately upon entering, I noticed a plethora of glass pipes, grinders, and other smoking accessories. I thought I had walked into a head shop for a moment, but then noticed the wide array of juices available. I casually look through the menu for several minutes without being acknowledged by the person working. The menu was falling apart, not complete, and lacking most of the literature for the premium brands. I continued to wait, and wait... and wait. Finally the clerk finishes up with the customers ahead of me and I'm thinking, "Great! It's my turn now." Low and behold, the "helpful" employee decided to service a person who came in minutes after me. The clerk seemed to know this person in a more intimate manner than my plebeian self. I was cast aside as a paying customer, someone that would have completed their transaction in 2 minutes (had I received service.) The juice here is overpriced, with 15ml bottles reaching just over $13.00 for the premium juices. The 30ml is equally high, priced at $22.00 plus tax. The coils are a good dollar to two dollars more than most shops in the Austin area or online. Next time, I won't forget my coils at home... I probably won't be heading back to this shop. 2 stars for the associate offering to add nicotine to the Cuttwood "Unicorn Milk," because they were out of stock in the 12mg nicotine product. read more

Love this place! being a transplanted here i was sad to have to leave my favorite vape store behind..:( in looking for a new one, I tried a couple around town with no real success, I found Tactical vapor actually by mistake and decided to give it a try, well low and behold! the guy there not only knew my old store but everyone in it ! he also when I told him what I used, he knew it immediately!, and told me because it was their house brand original he couldn't make it for me, but what he could do was recommend something close. he is so consistent, always top notch service,fixed a tank for me for free the other day, very easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable without being pushy he advises me on everything vape related. I will not be doing any more "shopping around" I found my place! p.s love the long hair thing you got going there! read more

If I could ever give a half star, I would! The vapor purchased has leaked since the day my girlfriend bought it. The salesman has refused to replace or fix what is causing the problem. Very poor customer service. Take your business somewhere else. read more

I've visited this vape shop multiple times and have been pleased each time I've gone. They make picking juices easy and helps to explain all the undernotes in the flavors. I'm always immediately acknowledged as soon as I walk in, even if they're busy. The owner is also extremely kind. Without going too far into detail, I have an upcoming major surgery in a few days that will make me unable to work for a few weeks, I also had a smaller trail surgery two weeks ago to decide the major one is worth it. Therefore, I've been unable to work for some time and will still have some time to go before going back. I'm low on juice but was planning to try to make it last as long as possible while I'm out of commission. Today I went into the vape store to get a coil, after explaining my current situation, I jokingly said "too bad y'all don't do IOU's so I don't run out of juice while I'm healing". The owner was there and heard me, and immediately told me that he would set up a tab for me to get the juice today and pay him back when I'm able to. The kindness of semi strangers isn't something you see all too often now a days, but his kindness blew me away. I have liked this shop since the first time I visited. But they have now won me over as a customer for life. They're great people. Not just the owner, but the employees as well. I would absolutely recommend this shop. But please, do not take advantage of their kindness. Just know when you shop there, your money is well spent on great products and better people! read more
