How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.

She was food aggressive, she was aggressive with our family - bit all of us at least once - attacked our other two dogs and literally went to the bathroom wherever she preferred. We decided that if we were going to work with one of our dogs - we'd also work with our other naughty dog to retrain him of his bad habits. IN THE FIRST SESSION we saw significant changes in their behavior! She is so knowledgeable, so professional, and she got my kids involved so they know what to do! We just finished our last session and I'm so grateful to her for all of the tools she's given our family to help our dogs be the best behaved versions of themselves! Susie is very loving and responsible. My dogs adore her! We typically book her for live-in stays, but on occasion we also use her for drop in care. Lisa, the owner, is in tune with all her caregivers. Recently, our flight kept getting delayed and we ended up having to ask Susie to stay longer than anticipated. Once we landed, I let Susie know she could leave as we would be home soon. Before we got home I received an email from Lisa asking me to let her know we made it home so as our dogs were not left without care in the event something delayed us further. When we are out of town she visits twice per day, walking Chili our lab/pit girl, and even taking her to the dog park! We joke that Chili likes it when we go out of town because she enjoys her visits from Sabrina so much! Sabrina is very knowledgeable about dogs as well. When Chili developed a strange skin problem that was not responding to anything from the vet Sabrina recommended adding an item from the kitchen pantry to Chili's diet and now about 2 months later the skin problem is gone. Sabrina is absolutely reliable, extremely organized and professional, very responsive to emails and texts, and just in general is an uncommon and highly valuable resource. I just don't encounter many people out there in the world who are as reliable and committed to their work as Sabrina. When we return home from a 2+ week vacation Chili is calm and happy.
