He catered to her needs, made her special food, and continued to check up on her long after the stay was over. In all seriousness, I couldn't recommend not only his services, but his love and attention any more. I feel so comforted and safe going on short to long trips knowing my home and my fur babies are in his care. 12/10 will always recommend!

She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

We had our small beloved older dog stay here Oct 6 through Oct 13. When we dropped him off he was up to date on shots, healthy and perky. When we picked him up he was a totally different dog. His harness was not on, his blankets were brought to us (not in his enclosure), when we picked him up he was shaking and when I went to pet him he flinched and his ears went back in a frightened submissive manner. On the drive home we discovered he had kennel cough and was shedding a great deal. He drank an unusual amount of water when we reached home. He had diarrhea, was very weak, lethargic, and slept a great deal. I contacted the facility the next day and asked Ben to have the owner Howard give me a call back as soon as possible that day. When I did not receive a call back later that day I called the facility back and spoke with the other owner Tammy. I advised Tammy of the condition of our dog and how upset we were. She explained that there was a dog at the facility that was sick but that our dog did not come in contact with that dog (kennel cough is highly contagious and spread through the air). Our dog has never had kennel cough and was no where else before coming to this facility. I asked why he cowered when we went to pet him on the head, why he was so sick, why his harness was taken off of him, and really wonder why we were not called about his condition. Tammy said they have cameras and agreed to review them and interview handlers due to the condition of our dog and our concerns and that she would contact me back. She explained it would take some time but would call me back the next day. It is now 4 days later and we have not received a call, and not so much as a call to ask how he is doing or to say that they are still looking into the situation. This is unbelievable as we are still nursing our sick dog back to health and deserved a call back and an explanation. How could anyone ignore a dog in this condition, why was he in this condition after only 7 days, and why were we not called about his condition? We entrusted you with our little buddy, he suffered, we are suffering too realizing we made a poor choice leaving him in your care. You have lost our trust and our business. read more

These people are crazy. You do NOT want your fur baby around someone who could turn on you in an instant. I was late to pick up my dog, because I got stuck in traffic. I was in traffic for an hour longer than my usual commute and was 15 minutes late to pick up my dog. So this NUT JOB locks up my dog, while she teaches a class. She told me that there was not one else there, but I guess she didn't expect for me to wait around, because I saw other people come out. But they told me no they were very sorry but they were AFRAID of her. I HAD TO THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS TO GET MY DOG BACK. Afterwards, I did some research. THIS WASN'T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED. Seriously, if you are reading this don't take a chance. This place was like TEN STARS before this, but how can you go to a place that might steal your pup??? I want to stress that I was 15 minutes late. The owner LIED to me saying that there was no one there to get my dog out. But as I waited for the she was teaching class to get out two of the other people that worked there came out of the dog section and said that they were told not to let the dog out, and were going to for fear of losing their job. There was also another guy there that came out of the grooming section. I offered to pay any late fees that they might have. Four people were still there. I had to threaten to call the cops to get my dog back. Also, the owners comment says "his." I'm a girl SOOO this has happened to even more people. Seriously, how common is this? OOPS! read more

I wish I could give them more stars. I moved to Phoenix from CA a month ago with my four year old dog Bella. I have taken her to parks before, but I've never taken her to a daycare. Because of my new work schedule, I needed fo find a place that I could bring Bella to play with other animals. I had a very hard time finding a place because I am new to Phoenix and I was nervous because I wasn't sure how Bella would do at a daycare. I found Wiggles and Wags on Yelp and thought I'd go in and inquiry. I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff and I met the owner. I was given a thorough tour of the whole facility and I was able to meet some of the dogs. Afterwards I schedule a half a day to have Bella come in and feel things out. She was nervous at first because she thought she was going to the vet. But when I picked her up, she was so happy, tail wagging, tummy full with yummy treats! She definitely had a fun time being around the other dogs. For the past month, I have taken Bella to Wiggles and Wags and I can only say amazing things about them. The staff is incredible, the facility is clean, and I really like the new owner, Ryan. From the moment I met him, he was welcoming. He told me about his background in the pet world and he recently took over Wiggles and Wags in June 2021. I highly recommend this place. They also do grooming, and Bella is in need of a haircut soon, so I look forward to trying their grooming service! read more

I decided to use Wiggles and Wags because I had friends and family recommend it. I dropped my dog off on Thursday and picked up Sunday. Upon pick up I noticed a scrape ontop of my dogs nose. I pointed it out to the girls at the desk and I had asked what happened. The scrape on her nose was fresh and it was red and it was starting to scab. I had gotten photos the day before and her nose was not red. The girls could not tell me what happened. Their answer was "I dont know". I had opted for the exit bath, and I am shocked no one said anything or documented anything. I could see my dog got the bath and that would mean someone would've seen it being up close with her. The next day I was told that my dog likely did this to herself by rubbing her face. The whole experience makes me not want to use this place again to board my dog. read more

Here are the facts. My Dog did get sick at Wiggles and Wags. Upon speaking with a representative and veterinarian for Nobivac (The manufacture Wiggles and Wags uses for the bordetella vaccine) It is conclusive that if the vaccine is not administered correctly the animal can contract the virus. My dog did. On a recorded phone call I asked "who gave Charlie his vaccinations?" and I was told Tammy. Nobivac is doing an investigation on this and helping me because Tammy choose not to. It was awful seeing my 15 lb dog coughing so hard it was making him throw up over and over every 10 minutes for 4 days straight. I get it, accidents happen.But not taking any action or responsibility after being approached with all of this proof and much more is where my problem stems from. read more

Tammy is my favorite. I dont like my nails done but Tammy does the best job. I also dont like to be left alone. But the staff and Mr. Howard are so great at making me feel better. My pet Tamara adopted me in December, Wiggle and Wags are the only place a spoiled Diva like me would ever go to for my bath!! We love Wiggles and Wags! They always do a great job grooming, we've been impressed by their boarding accommodations, and the staff is friendly and clearly loves dogs. When we rescued a puppy, we decided to check out their dog-training classes. Tammy has a kind, no-nonsense way to communicate with dogs that works! Plus, she's not afraid to point out to us humans how our actions are inadvertently causing certain behaviors! She also was very accommodating when our entire family, including elementary-age children, showed up for training. Both our dogs love Wiggles and Wags and I cannot recommend Tammy's dog-training class enough, as well as their other grooming and boarding services. read more

I have been using Wiggles/Wags for many years and always refer family and friends to them. Tammy and her staff was wonderful when I had a very reactive GSD and needed a place to board him. He wouldn't let anyone near him, but always did at W&W. I could leave town with peace of mind knowing they were taking care of an extremely difficult dog. Moving forward, they now take care of our new GSD who is an extremely easy dog. He loves going to W&W. His tail is always wagging when we arrive. I have a Pom/Chihuahua male who thought he was king dog. Uncontrollable. Lived to lick peoples lips. Out of control. So, my ever so thoughtful daughters gave me a gift certificate to wiggles and wags to try to teach me how to contain my little beastie. Best gift I ever received! Within minutes Tammy had him under control and by the time our training was over he was a different dog!! He listens, obeys and understands that I queen and he is relegated to prince. It was my first visit and I dropped off my pup at the latest time available due to my work hours which I already felt guilty about but the lady on shift was still welcoming and showed me where Saweetie would be staying, she took my concerns seriously, and settled her in. My puppy is very nervous normally and it was her first time boarding on top of that. Unfortunately she was too stressed to play with the other pups, so I appreciate them for noticing that and making her more comfortable based on her needs all the while taking care of a number of other pups. We have boarded all of our dogs at Wiggles for years. I would use no other place!! Their staff is friendly and so loving. They know our dogs, Macy, Macs (gone now), and Reme (gone now) so well and were always so excited to see and greet them. Dogs are always worn out coming home, so I know they had a great time. The kennels are very clean and spacious. They also don't nickel and dime you for giving meds, time let outside, etc. and only charge for nights spent, not days. It's all included. This is the third time I've boarded my dog and my daughter's dog at Wiggles and Wags. My German Shepherd is a bit anxious and the staff treats her so well that she's not completely stressed out at staying. I appreciate the comprehensive questionnaire so they know our feeding routine. I also like how they can do baths and nail trims and such while boarding the dogs. Also, the dogs are taken out often to play. Staff genuinely seems to love dogs and that's important to me! I've tried other boarding places before but this is the one I'll use moving forward. read more

I even had something happen to my flight back from Chicago where I wasn't going to be back on time and they were able to add another day on for me with ease. This place is pretty good. Took my dog there while out of town, and I had to warn them that he was high energy. They actually paired up my high energy dog with others that were the same. So they could all go run around and play together, get worn out and then have a nice sleep. Was happy to find out they take the dogs out about every 1.5 hours to play. They were helpful with any questions I had, and my dog seemed to enjoy it. I'll definitely take him back there. read more

We took our 9 year old Boston Terrier to Wiggles & Wags for a 7 day, 6 night stay in one of the large 5' x 7' suites. The staff is very courteous, helpful and kind to all the pets that stay there. They pair your pet up with no more than 4 other dogs of the same size for outside playtime. You can tell he was well taken care of and looked the same when we picked him up as when we dropped him off. We highly recommend boarding your pet at Wiggles & Wags. read more

My dog Duke has been going here for over a year and absolutely loves it, he has done Boarding, Daycare & Grooming. I love the groomer here as she is always able to get my dog done in a timely manner and he always come back home looking his best. I recently asked Ally if she does coloring and if she could try it out on Duke. This was my first time ever boarding my dog. Last week I dropped my dog off for a 1 night stay and now has the WORST CASE OF KENNEL COUGH imaginable. I beyond upset and will be waiting for a returned phone call to pay for the vet bill. My dog has never been around another animal before or after his stay so I know for a fact that he contrated this from their facitlity.....terrible!!! Been a customer at Wiggles and Wags since right after they opened. Hadn't owned a dog in my adult life (got bushwhacked by a 9 lb toy poodle (rescue)--didn't see it coming! Well, I had a lot of questions and Tammy and the gang had informed answers for everything. Once again my little dog was handled with great care and received a very nice full groom. Mickie is aging and has back and knee issues and I truly appreciate how well Michelle handles him, he's never come away with pain or trouble after a session. Gremlin felt safe and he was well taken care of, and that's what matters to me. Their prices are hella good (I called around) and the level of service is outstanding. Preppy Pet is absolutely my lil gremlin's vet.

We have also had her go through two levels of training, there's an in-door dog park at one location perfect for summer, and we have had personal training which they do 1x1 sessions and offer half days too. They were able to work on a lot of behaviors to help our dog. Couldn't review Mak Pack any higher, if you are looking for any of those things, this is the place to go.

As for our Maine Coons, despite their mild temperaments, they're big and wiggly, but they managed to give them the cutest and cleanest lion cuts! You can tell they're experienced and genuinely care about animals. I'd recommend this place to anyone. They've definitely gained a customer for life!

While Charlie (golden retriever) is a typical cleanup and well mannered, Larry (sheepdoodle) is not. His hair is crazy and I was expecting to need a full shave down on him. They did a beautiful job with a light trip and scrub to keep him fluffy, which we love! Not only is his hair crazy, but he is still on the puppy side of energy and is a handful. They had nothing but nice things to say about him and quickly realized that him and Charlie needed to stay together. I can tell they put their love into their practice and I love that in return!
