Signing up was quick and simple I just uploaded her vaccine records through their portal and she was ready to go. Throughout the day they sent us update photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, they took such amazing care of our baby girl and treated her like family. I always worry about leaving my dog behind when we have to travel but I know this is the exact place he wants to be. I totally anthropomorphize my boy, so please understand this review is coming from a place of deep love for a family member. He is a very sensitive and good boy and hates to be alone but after dropping him off here for a 4th week long stay in 3 years, he was actually happy to see his people and friends. 5 star DOG BOARDING REVEIW! We brought our sweet French Bulldog, Piper, here for their boarding services. The front desk staff is super friendly and they made sure my dog was healthy and up to date with vaccinations, which I really appreciate! Piper had her own kennel to sleep in, and we were allowed to bring her bed and blanket that she sleeps with at home for an easy transition. We boarded our three dogs together for a week long stay at this facility. We were very disappointed with the condition of our dogs when we picked them up. One of our fluffy dogs had poop matted so badly on his bum that there was no way he could relieve himself. I'm aware he has long fur and this can happen, but it appeared that it had been on his bum for at least a day or two considering it was hardened and he yelped in pain when we bathed him at home. Our other dog also had poop on his rear and we've never experienced that with him before. I'm not sure if they were sitting in their kennel for long periods of time and that's why it wasn't noticed, but regardless there's no excuse for picking our dogs up in that condition. I also want to share some feedback about communication. Booking the stay was easy, quick and transparent. I wish there had been more communication throughout the week besides generic responses of "they're doing good. We'll send a picture if possible, can't make any promises". I would think being dog lovers, they'd understand the anxiety of leaving your voiceless pets with strangers and you would want to alleviate that fear. It seemed like there was no getting to know our pets, and we only received photos of them one time and that was after I requested several times. Then towards the end of the week I was lucky if I even got a person on the other end of the phone...went to voicemail countless times. We've used other boarding facilities in the past and I have to say that this was the least communication we have ever received regarding our pets' stay. I truly wonder how much attention our dogs received or if they were stuck in their kennel the entire stay. I understand that staff can be extremely busy and overwhelmed yet it's unacceptable for dogs to be sitting in a kennel with hardened poop especially when you have a groomer on site. I hope this is feedback that can help you improve your facility in the future since every owner deserves to feel at ease while their pets are boarding. read more

They don't pressure her to do group play where most places won't take your pet if they can't be in group play all day. We dropped our 5 month old puppy (Goose) off for boarding over the weekend for his very first time. They let us into the back to settle Goose in before heading out. I boarded with Wiggles and Wags last minute for a quick 1-day trip. They were terrific in answering all my questions when I called. The booking on the website was so easy. I dropped my dogs off at 6:30 am! This is huge for me because I always need early and late drop-off or pick-up. Plus they are open on Sundays which was terrific too. my pups were happy when I picked them up. So glad I found this place and the staff is super friendly. I will be boarding again with them! I visited this business today to get a walk through site visit for future dog day care. I had a very nice conversation with a staff member over the phone first. On arrival, the same woman I had spoken with was maskless. When I asked her about wearing one her reply was that they don't wear them there, that a sign was posted stating the same. There is an ordinance in Tempe that requires masks to be worn in public places. I am not quite sure why this business has such little regard for others, and would not want to protect their customers, especially with daily records of new Covid cases. Very unfortunate read more
