I have actually…read morenoticed some changes, such as bilingual signage & "now hiring" hasn't been up for several months. I will check into the school as my daughter will be ready for VPK this fall. This is my second tIme writing a review for this daycare/preschool. My original review was made shortly after my daughter was removed, I removed it because I didn't feel it was fair. I will start with the positives, once the children leave the infant room the school is highly focused on routines & learning (could also be a negative). When my daughter started at her new preschool that has accredited teachers & nationwide locations, I was told that she was too advanced for the younger 2's & would need to be moved up should I choose to stay. My daughter loved being dropped of when she waS in the infant room, Ms. Luz was the highlight of her day. We had behavioral issues shortly after being moved to the 1's room with my daughter, which I believe was due to the strict routines which in most cases helps children, but not always. One teacher absolutely loved her, while the older teacher constantly had issues. When she was 1 & a half she was moved to the 2's as a solution to her behavior. Within a short period of time I started receiving calls to pick her up because "they didn't have the resources to deal with hEr". I'll add that I live near by & pass everyday to drop my older child at school, they are constantly hiring. The calls started happening weekly, I couldn't keep leaving work because she was over tired & having a melt down instead just letting tHe kid lay down 30 minutes before schedule. I went to pick her up one day & she was left in the foyer area between the 2 rooms, crying since they called (45 mins) another time she was left in the high chair. At this point I was honest & advised Fiona that I may need to remove her & asked what would be ample notice for the school? She indicated 2 weeks. Within a couple of weeks I started getting calls every other day. The 2nd week she called me at work & said I needed to pick her up indefinitely. So I had already paid, because they require you to pay a head & I was given no notice that I no longer had child care. I just felt that a business with that many years experience should handle things better. It's not a bad school, my daughter was kept alive, very few incidents of getting hurt & as I stated early she is advanced fOr her age.

From the first few minutes we met Fiona and toured the school I decided that was where I wanted her to be. Fiona is an amazing director, the school is clean and welcoming. She is very safety conscious and has emergency plans in place. They serve the kids great food and each classroom has a tight schedule that they stick to, which really helps my daughter stick to a routine during the week. The outdoor space is huge and they take all the kids out atleast once a day. Fiona is very attentive and it is visible that she loves her job. I never worry about my daughter while she is there and anytime that I had, Fiona quickly made those fears go away. If you are searching for a daycare for your child look no further, you will not be disappointed.

Every week they lost my child things (Diapers, Wipes, Blankets, Sheets etc) and never held themselves accountable. The owner only cares about the money. Anytime I addressed anything I received attitude and pure rudeness. My son hated going everyday, and overall it was a terrible experience. The director was the only one who cared to try to even help, and when she did she was treated like pure crap from the owner. No body seemed to want to work there, the energy and vibes were horrible. We made the decision to pull our son out which ended with my son's teacher yelling at me, telling me she has a problem with me etc. 0/10 don't know how people leave there kids here.

He never knew his letters, numbers, or how to spell his name. Since he has been at Superkids Lake Nona, he is thriving like I've never seen before. He identifies letters and their sounds. Then I enrolled my daughter there, also a great experience, she learnt and I cannot say I have ever had a problem with the school or the school principles. Both of them loved the school. All teachers are career child care providers and very obviously LOVE children. Because of this my…read more2yr old and 4 yr old love going here and don't sweat me leaving like they did at a previous daycare. The center has a more home-like atmosphere vs. hospital-like atmosphere. It is still very clean and it was re-modeled in the summer. The playground is the best I have ever seen, very large, and diverse and it is completely shaded by mature oak trees. The lunches are actually healthy like spaghetti and meat sauce, roast chicken, rice and beans. Every now and then they do either hot dog or hamburger. No fried foods are served which is a real plus! My sons love the food. They have lots of cool toys, music, and activities. My son made a fish on a string and pole (stick) that was so cute. It is very affordable and vacation weeks are only $20 reservation fees vs. half of the normal weekly tuition. Kids and Co is open until 7pm for late workers! The Director is fantastic and extremely personable. Very easy to talk to if your child has any special needs. I deducted half a star because not all of the teachers speak a lot of English. Note that the teachers for 2 yrs olds and up + the Director speak perfect English so not a big deal to me (just a couple folks out of the 10 on staff). Also note, that the children are shown G rated movies on a TV between 6pm and 7pm (I have no issue with this, but I know some parents are sticklers on TV). The kids are also typically given an extra snack between when the teachers are cleaning up. Hope this helps!
