I called them about a clock repair I needed. They never returned my call! I was even willing to drive there from Santa Rosa.

Gary put in a good 15-20 minutes to try to fix my Movado watch. No luck but I'll definitely bring back my other watch that needs a battery.

I have been a customer of theirs, at their Jewlery Center SF location, for decades. Now I see Padis Jewlery and Wine Lounge in Napa that's the perfect pairing so I'm definitely interested so in I go. Upon entering I was greeted by Sheryl who was hosting in their wine lounge. What a lovely surprise to see this beautifully decorated and inviting space. Totally my style leather, wood, with Edison lighting. Classy custom wine bar area and large lounge. Then to find out that their WineMaker is Robert Foley this became a no brainer for me. Sheryl was very informative about their offerings and provided an understandable description and flavor profile about each of their wines and the AVA they came from. Fruit forward and well balanced I expected nothing less from the Foley mark. I felt comfortable here and enjoyed sitting, chatting, and sipping. Sheryl asked if I'd like to wonder their showroom. Of course especially since my brother-in-law had been interested in necklaces at their SF location just weeks prior and I am always looking around for unique pieces. Sheryl walked me to their showroom and introduced me to Lisa. We spoke about my interests in black diamonds and thin blue line bands. Lisa was extremely informative and patient with me. We had great conversation with no pressure to commit which I always appreciate. She was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory. Lisa even arranged for the necklaces my brother-in-law was interested in to be transferred from SF to their store so they were more accessible to him. I am glad I wondered into Padis Jewlery and Wine Lounge. What I unexpectedly found there were Great humans, deliciously crafted wines, beautiful jewelry and timepieces. Much thanks Sheryl and Lisa You represent Padis well. See you soon. Bravo Padis

I have an old orient dive watch that I really like, but that has always run slow. I finally decided…read moreto see if somebody could help it run more accurately. After going to two other jewelry stores who told me they would send it out to Repair and it would cost between $400 and $600, I decided to try Andre Fleury Swiss watch company. Andre Took the watch and told me he would look at it and get back to me in a few days. Nice when the watch expert is right there working at his desk. A few days later, I went to pick up the watch. He handed it back to me with a smile and told me it was much more accurate now. There was no charge listed on the ticket. So I said, "how much do I owe you?" Andre said "that's all right, I'll catch you next time". "it's an easy watch to regulate... It didn't take much time at all.". If this were an old friend, I might understand that... But this was strictly business. Who does that in this day and age? Apparently, Andre does. Somehow, that made me feel just a little bit better about humanity. All I can do is give him a five star review, which is richly deserved. One other quick thing: his business is basically in an upscale office building, not in a mall somewhere. The building is really nice, and parking is a breeze. The restrooms are all unlocked... This whole experience was like a pleasant experience into the past, when life was easier and kindness was much more likely to be given to a stranger.

I went here to have a battery replaced in one of my watches and the gentleman that helped me noticed right away my watch was missing some important components like the glass that covers the bezel. He recommended I contact the manufacturer and have it replaced and even provided me with the website information for the manufacturer. Instead of just letting me leave, he meticulously placed my watch in a protective bag to prevent any damage to the watch and apologized he couldn't assist me further. Based on my experience, and coming from a sales/customer service background, I really appreciated the customer service I was provided when he could've just replaced the battery to make a quick $40 and sent me on my way. Honesty and integrity. Very rare these days but greatly appreciated. I will be taking my other watches to them in the near future.

I've probably walked past hundreds of kiosks in my lifetime like many of you reading this. On this…read moreparticular day, I needed some watches worked on and remembered this unassuming kiosk at my local mall. I've visited many of the jewelry boutiques at this mall in the past, but decided on this day to try the kiosk. There I met Tony and I immediately was greeted with a smile and quick "hello sir". I handed him my newly acquired Seiko 5 GMT (Batgirl) which he sized the jubilee bracelet. Took him maybe 4-5 minutes with three test fittings. Done? Not quite. Next up I presented him with a Vintage Nike Mettle Hammer from the 2000's. The battery had died decades ago and it sat dormant in the bottom of a box in my garage until a few days ago. Tony took one look at it and knew exactly what he was looking at. Nike and we'll just call them "other watch repair guys" would defer to another before ultimately refusing to touch it. Tony on the other hand started to put in work. Before you know it two or three customers arrived at his kiosk. Tony acknowledged them and thanked them for their patience. Suffice to say the watch is now flawless! But wait... there's more. I also asked him to recommend a replacement band for another older Citizen Eco Drive where the original band is no longer available according to the Citizen Portal. Originally, it had leather strap with an oyster type clasp. This was my first "fine time piece" I had ever bought and from all places a shop while I was stationed at Kandahar Air Base, Afghanistan. While my other colleagues bought Apple products and protein supplements I bought a nice watches. I wore this watch particular everywhere I went that deployment which probably was unadvisable and probably the main reason the band quickly deteriorated like it did. The watch sat on a windowsill for the most part the remainder of its life until today. After hearing this long winded story Tony recommend a metallic oyster which I never considered because I like my watches original. Tony eventually sold me on the new sportier look and it definitely looks more durable. We chatted while he worked with now an audience of three. No pressure right? Distracting? maybe, but Tony never flinched smiling with light bantering. We found out we once worked the same mall Valley Fair/Santana Row in the 2000's. While we never met previously I found him to be genuinely a good guy. Customer service is excellent. Craftsmanship and expertise top notch. Value... I've shopped other finer boutiques in this mall and found his prices are much lower than their quotes for the same work. I chose "Quick Watch Repair" on a flier and I am very happy with that decision. I will continue to retain Tony as my new "watch guy" going forward. I highly recommend Quick Watch Repair for all of your watch repair needs. Don't be fooled by the kiosk. Ask for Tony. --Robert in Fairfield
