As a parent, you usually spend the whole party worrying about details, but not here! All I had to do was walk in with the cake. The team handled everything from A to Z. Tigran and Arno were incredibly attentive and genuinely so kind, which allowed me to actually enjoy the night and spend quality time with my daughter and our guests. The unlimited play cards were honestly one of the best parts of the whole experience. Not having to worry about refilling cards or parents having to pay for additional games made everything so seamless. The kids could just play freely and hop from game to game. We had guest kids ranging from 4 to 16 years old, plus a room full of adults, and EVERYONE had an absolute blast. The catering option offered was also delicious and beautifully set up, which made hosting even easier. EVERY SINGLE DETAIL WAS TAKEN CARE OF. Most importantly, my daughter felt so special and had the biggest smile on her face the entire time. That alone made it worth it. While there, I observed a couple near the bungalows kissing and groping each other in a children's play area while their kids played nearby. What was most concerning was that staff did not appear to address the situation. I also noticed that many of the employees assigned to the play areas were sitting down and talking among themselves rather than actively monitoring the floor. As a parent, I did not feel comfortable having my children around that type of behavior in a family-oriented environment. Because of this experience, even though we are locals, we have chosen not to continue giving this business our support. I believe closer supervision and more attentive staff presence would help create a safer and more appropriate atmosphere for families. This was our experience and a reply/justification attempt will not change it.

We mostly played Air Hockey and you get a significant amount of time to play per round! Of course, I let my son win most of the time :) The place was very clean and welcoming. Hunter was the attendant on duty while we were there. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to, then eventually helped me pick out my Hello Kitty sticker/activity packs when we were done playing. We agreed on a date, time and I immediately placed a deposit. In person, the gaming bus is sight to see. It's a massive (former) school bus with an interior unlike any school bus I ever entered; festive atmosphere (mood lights and music) along with I believe 13 screens with two seats per screen, and controls. The bus had every game my daughter and her friends could have wanted. They didn't play as many different games as the bus had which is fine by me. As host/facilitator, Zimar was personable and patient. Also, as soon as the group got into the groove of things he faded into the background. The bus had both XBox and Sony consoles...and perhaps others iterations/versions that I didn't ask about...as well as a ton of games for each console system. Ultimately, my daughter and her guests had a ton of fun...they didn't stop talking about until well as the bus had left. A couple of other notes, the bus arrived slightly early and the festivities on the bus started exactly on time...since we paid for a specific amount of time, I appreciated that detail. The bus and everything inside was super clean and well organized. If I had an area to improve; I'd say communication (with me). We agreed on a date and time and while that all happened perfectly well, I wish I would have gotten a reminder or "we're 10mins away" text. I'm happy to concede that perhaps that's just a me problem. That said, if you're not accustomed to someone keeping their word, you should say "hey texted me when you're 30mins away", which is something I didn't do. My daughter will forever remember a great experience! And for me that's all that mattered in the end.
