I'll start with the positive. The staff member was very kind and attentive which I can't say about some other playgrounds near by. Con: place is very very filthy. There is no way they clean the place well. Our socks were dirty when we were done playing. My kids hands were disgusting when I wiped it off after he played. Also, he got sick few days later which I'm almost sure it was from here. Yes, it takes time to clean playgrounds but I would pay double to go to a playground that actually cleans. Not just the easy areas to clean. This place isn't the first or the last dirty playground but as a small business I would take sanitation my number one priority to stand out. read more

Really cute place for Small parties, perfect for kids under 10 I would say. My niece had a great time celebrating her birthday here with family and friends. The playground is clean and organized. The seating area is nice with cute tables and chairs for adults and kids. They have cake stands to display your cake and desserts. No need to rent them separately. We attended a birthday party here today, and unfortunately the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. To start, the tables were very worn down and peeling--you couldn't even comfortably touch them. The adult seating area felt very unsanitary. The kids' playground area was also very dirty. I'm not sure how often it's cleaned, but after about three hours of play my kids' socks were completely black. The floors in the play area were visibly dirty, which raises serious concerns about how sanitary the space really is. The bathroom was the worst part. I went to wash my hands and it was absolutely disgusting--it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in far longer than a day or even a week. I would not recommend this place. It's very disappointing to see an indoor playground that charges so much for birthday parties but does not maintain basic cleanliness standards. read more

My niece really enjoyed this place. She is 4 years old and she asks to go back. We will take her back. It's 25.00 all day play . (Make sure you ask if there is a private party for the days current open play hours. ). There are tables to sit around and watch your kids play. The kids are gifted a pair of non slip socks to be warm during the pay time. There are snacks machines available. There are small tables outside to sit and eat if you were to bring a meal to eat or order a pizza . That type of food can be enjoyed at the small table outside of the biz. read more

She is so responsive and ready to support. I will come back again for my review after my daughter's birthday but truly Ella has been amazing and her prices are unbeatable. AC was on but still felt too warm especially since it was 90 outside. Fresh popcorn was good but all other options were vending machine. I went to La La Land for a birthday party and I want to say that I would never book this place for one of my children. The person in charge not sure if she was an owner from the moment the guests walked in was super rude. She was rude to the guests and rude to the children. Her and her team were yelling at the children for throwing balls basically for being children and playing. She must have walked up to the mom throwing the bday party at least 15x to tell her what the children were doing "wrong." She even placed her hands on a child and you can imagine how upset the parents got after that. This was such an awful experience and I felt really bad for the mom that threw this party she looked defeated. My daughter even asked to leave and cried in the car because she and the other kids were yelled at by a stranger. This is not good business. in response to you...not sure what you mean by "these people"...I hope it's not a racial connotation..I'm a licensed clinical social worker and I will tell you that it is never ok for you to put your hands on any child and traumatize them. My husband is also a police officer and he was a witness to your insulting business tactics. Another thing you claimed the children were not supervised your establishment is so small that the parents are literally front row to the play area. I believe you made a grievous mistake in your behavior. I understand your trying to back petal and make accusations against the host to save your name but I'm sorry it won't work. read more

I took my grandchildren to a birthday party. Very lovely place, clean and welcoming. Staff was very attentive to children. The lady who did the face painting was very funny and energetic. All children loved her. The popcorn they served was very delicious, but little limited. I will definitely recommend this place for a family event. read more

Also as soon as we walked in one of the celling foam tiles fell and broke good thing my kid was not by that it was the one where the climbing wall was! Save your money. Overpriced yes $15 is overpriced for the amount of toys and stuff they have. Literally one trampoline and slides. It's dirty. The small merry go round is so dirty. There's a dead cricket by the tables Arcade area you pay separate, and to make matters worse the "cool" ones like bowling are out of order. I asked for change thinking they'd enjoy that. But they didn't have the courtesy to tell me that some of their machines don't work. Employees are in a room in the back. Restroom doesn't even have seat covers. You guys are better off 100% going to Rockin kids at the mall. Way more activities for kids, cleaner, and slightly cheaper. No wonder the place was EMPTY. read more

Since they remodeled this place is so perfect for my toddler , I don't have to worry about bigger kids running into her and she can have lots of fun without my supervision because it's set up in a way where I can see her from every angle of the playroom while I am sitting and relaxing . It's well lit, most of the equipment was padded, lots of play area to choose from, they give free socks to the kids and parents were allowed to accompany their kids in the play area (my son is only 2 y/o). We threw our daughter's 3rd birthday party here. It was everything we had asked for and even more. Their staff, specially Sona are just incredible! They did the entire decoration and the setting. All our guests felt so welcome and comfortable. Never had experienced with such smooth and easy planing on my end. Wanted to give this place a good review as it's in my neighborhood. But I wish they kept the place clean. My daughter caught hands foot mouth disease after coming to this place and will not be back. While there I saw spiders and spider webs near the bounce area as well and the place smelled like feet. This location was HORRIBLE. I attended a birthday party here and encountered numerous issues. There was an attempt to wrongly accuse my children of something they hadn't done, leading to chaos throughout the entire birthday celebration. My kids and I arrived at 3:05pm and they came to me telling me that the basketball court was slanted and I told them to just be careful and play something else. These people will lie and say someone did it from this party, but they have no cameras showing that side and no proof it was from this party. Moreover, they offered no assistance and even started kicking kids out from the playground prematurely, before the scheduled time was over. I don't recommend doing birthdays here. To make matters worse, the owner is now saying to read the review she wrote to another person and she stated that no parents were watching their kids. That is a complete lie! I was in there myself, a couple of other parents were in there as well, and some were right before the entrance watching their kids. Go back and look at your signed contract and then write a comment back. This place would be at a 0 rating if I could put that, but unfortunately, I couldn't do that. read more

I've had several parties in different playgrounds and most of them were disappointing but this place is totally different! First of all it's very clean and organized! This review is for a birthday party. This place was perfect for our 4year olds party. It's basically My Gym but has a way bigger "dining area" for your non toddler guests to eat and mingle. Not sure why people are hating on the staff because we had a great experience from the start. They told us the options, gave us the availability, communicated with us a few weeks before the party, and helped set up and tear down. Pretty nice in my opinion. Another plus was they would get on the mic and let everyone know when it was time for cake and to leave! Sounds like this should be a con but 2 hours at a toddler party is an eternity! Pros: 1. Good communication and friendly service 2. Pretty decent size place with many activities for the kids, (trampoline, play kitchen, pirate ship, foosball, air hockey, big jungle gym slide, etc) 3. If I could give zero stars I would. I was invited to a birthday party today and man the way the staff handled EVERYTHING was so unprofessional. They were yelling at kids, ended the party early & also one of the staff was pulling kids out. Truthfully these people don't even know there own rules they said the ages are 2-10 years old yet the sign at the front door says 2-12 years old. They should never touch any child EVER and also cause drama while the party is going on. The worst experience I have had at a child playground. The workers look MISERABLE, eye rolling, attitude, yelling at the parents who threw the party. Extremely unprofessional you don't do that. Truly ruined the party. RUN AWAY from this place done book your parties! The workers were even taking pictures of the guests without permission with CHILDREN in the pictures. The workers truly don't know anything about customer service they shouldn't be working around children PERIOD. Owner saying please read comment. No girl everything that happened was not okay. They assisted with planning and coordinating everything for the day of relieving so much stress. Which is everything a busy mom with a toddler needs. Day of the party they allowed adequate time for set up prior to and were available the entire time for any help or questions always attentive. Throughout the party they continued to be readily available for anything needed. They were friendly and interactive with all of the kids. We added face painting they had a wide variety and all of the kids absolutely loved it. The entire location including the playground was clean and disinfected and anyone who entered the playground is required to wear booties for extra safety and cleanliness. They provided an amazing stress free unforgettable experience for myself and all of my guests. They as well are eager to book as they and there kids loved it so much. I came across La La Land last year when I was looking for an indoor play area for my daughter near my house in Burbank. Ever since the first visit, we love it here. The place is clean, safe, and never too crowded. We love it so much that this past weekend, we celebrated our daughter's 2nd birthday here and Ripsi did not disappoint. We had an AMAZING birthday party, the kids had a blast and the adults had a lot of fun. Ripsi is easy to work with and communicates very clearly. We met about a month ago to discuss ideas of the theme I wanted for my daughter's birthday (bubbles theme). Ripsi was very receptive of the ideas I had and, in addition she offered some very good suggestions on how the décor would look like. She also took charge of ordering the cake and not only it looked super cute but it tasted really good. When I walked in a few minutes before the birthday party, the place was decorated PERFECTLY, it totally exceeded my expectations. Ripsi went above and beyond to create a beautiful cake table, she even ordered my daughter's name in gold letters (who does that??). The entire cake table was just so beautiful and perfect (flower arrangements, my daughter's name, cake, other decorations on the table as well as the cutout of a girl blowing bubbles and balloons in the background as bubbles - all of Ripsi's ideas). Also, the party coordinator was REALLY good with the kids. She did face painting and glitter tattoos as well as did some fun activities with the kids that they all loved. All in all we walked out of there very happy and satisfied. We would certainly look for doing more parties here and would highly recommend La La Land to people looking for a play area and/or birthday parties. I was the only person wearing a mask. The place was small and felt really dirty. If my sons eyes didn't light up when we walked in I would have turned around immediately. I felt bad so I let him play for about 10 mins before feeling disgusted and paranoid. After the 10 mins I picked my son up and walked over to their poorly kept bathroom and washed him down with soapy wet paper towels. We won't be back here. :( read more
