It was easy to make an appointment for the initial evaluation of the convertible top's condition and all estimates of additional services needed were reasonable. A bonus was the kindness the shop showed in accommodating a mistake I made regarding the time we had scheduled. The shop and waiting area are clean and the seats in the waiting area are comfortable. We had a unique car situation with a lot of modifications we wanted to have done. I was treated with respect and they were very responsive. They listened to what we wanted to have done (oddly enough, most of the other places didn't!). And they did everything exactly the way we wanted. They finished faster than they said they would have it done and they were $900 less than other places we went to. (Probably because they actually listened to what we wanted!) They tried to problem solve and think through things instead of jumping to the easiest solution. We walked away feeling very confident that we were dealing with professionals and experts in their field. Customer service was excellent! We really enjoyed working with them and will be back if we have any other needs! We are very pleased with the work they did!

He did an awesome job and the film on all the windows are holding up really nice six years later. Next was a Kenwood radio install on the Mustang. He did an amazing job modifying the dashboard to accommodate the new head until. Last week we had new radio installed on my son's 2015 Toyota Tacoma. The stock radio in it was awful and an upgrade was needed. Again, John did really great work. He gave us solid recommendations and kept us within the price point we were budgeted for. Absolutely avoid this shop. you should not bring your vehicle to a place if they say they are confident they can fix a problem and break it even worse. Above and beyond. I…read morewent in for what I thought was a simple camera installation. To my fault, the company that I ordered the camera hardware from didn't include the right cables. The guys at Davenport spent their own time working with the camera company's phone support. At each step they came out to me and explained the updated situation. When there was a "we could install it *this* way or *that* way" they came put, explained the pros of each choice, then let me decide. In all it took three trips to get the whole camera system installed - NOT because of anything Davenport did wrong. And to their credit they were great and friendly each time. I would totally recommend them.
