The salon did not appear to be clean, my nails were trimmed with rusted clippers and to top it off my gel manicure done on Sat started cracking Tuesday. Bad customer service. Nail tech that helped me out today was so rude! She was immediately upset because i told her i didn't want a manicure just the no chip polish. She continued with her rudeness my shoving a nail polish bottle in my face after i was looking for the color in the basket of no chip demonstrations. She spoke not one word to me the whole time and then she asked me for a tip on the card which they supposedly aren't supposed to take on the card. Im not sure if maybe the other nail techs are better but the one i had was super rude she was on the right hand side in the second to last counter. I asked her to help me look for a certain color and she gave me attitude to look on my own. I'm not one to be mean and complain so much but after I asked her to make my nails shorter three times. This is a convenient location that gives a decent manicure/pedicure. I do not like the fact that they are extremely pushy for their no-chip manicure (I love them, but I'm sorry, $25 is a bit of an up charge considering that's how much they charge for a pedicure alone). My last regular polish manicure lasted for almost 2 weeks, which made me very happy!! I just got a french no-chip done ant they look gorgeous! Another draw-back is they don't accept tips on credit cards. Sometimes I'm short on cash. I prefer this place over Heavenly Massage because they have a fabulous massage chair for pedicures :) read more

The inside of this salon is clean and they have a good selection of colors as well as reasonable pricing but the staff is not very friendly or accommodating. I've been here several times and I always end up waiting even when they say they can fit me in. I recently got a pedicure here and while working on my cuticles, they pulled at them so much that there's skin missing and it is STILL sore! I also think it's very inconvenient that they don't allow you to tip on your card. I probably won't be going back. read more

I didn't even get a chance to use their services know why? Cuz I waked in and showed them a picture of a nail design that looked very pretty elegant and simple so I thought. Well I walked in and the place looked very clean and there weren't too many people waiting I asked her could she do a nail design like this i show her the picture and she said hmmmm then asked another lady speaking in her language I guess if it was possible to do and the lady she asked didnt even really give her a chance to ask before she shook her head no. And then the girl said nope sorry can't do that. I was taken a back I was like.... Ok... Well can you do this one then? Again a simple nice design she said we could do something similar but it won't be the exact same and I said I know that but at least close to what's in the picture? She then changed her mind and said no we can't cuz we don't have the right materials. And I'm thinking... What??... Right materials?... And what would that be nail Polish nail file and a nail buffer and nail Polish primer? All the necessary things a nail shop should have? I rolled my eyes and said OK thanks and I walked out and went somewhere else at least they spoke English pretty well so at least they got that going for them. A waste of time and gas coming up there. I work next door so it's nice to be next to a salon, last time I went in I got pink and whites!!! All the whites were all jagged!!!! Just went in there today and there was 2 people sitting and all I wanted was a cut down on my nails not painted or anything just a cut down and the girl came up to me and said we can't do it we are busy!!! There was no could you wait a few minutes it was a we can't do it!!!!! It takes all 5 min to cut down nails as yes it might be only 5 dollars and maybe they didn't want to do it because they think I wasn't doing to tip but too bad for them I was going to tip 5!!! This was the worst pedicure experience I gave ever had. I walked in at 10:15 and asked if they had an opening for a pedicure. I was told that 11:00 would be okay and to come back then. I went to Target and was back there by 11 not being late as I had a wedding to go in the afternoon. They put me in a pedicure chair and filled it with water. I sat there for 15 min and had to ask if they could warm up the water hoping that someone would start soon there after. Another 30 minutes passed and still no.one started. Finally a gal sat down and asked if I wanted a reg pedi or special. I told her a regular. It was the worst pedi I have ever had. She didn't even file my other toe nails and only really manicured around the big toe. The nail polish on one big toe didn't even cover the complete toe. I guess she had to have a lunch break first before taking care of a customer that was told to come back and was waiting 45 min and the service was poor because I didn't want the special pedi at a more expensive price. After she painted my toes, she told me I could sit in the same chair and wait rather than put me under the dryer in the front of the store. I will never ever go back there again. I tipped because it is a habitual thing to do but I kicked myself in the butt for rewarding such terrible customer service! read more

I came here at 7:10 with my friend expecting to get my nails done. They said they would be able to do both of our nails. After we picked out our colors and everything, the young girl that said she would do my nails then said "actually we can only do one of your nails, not both" after my friend sat down and vegan getting her nails done, the young girl that was supposed to do mine and told us she couldn't was getting her tips together and then started getting ready to leave. Before she left, she had a plastic bag, opened all of the little garbage cans and picked out all the soiled garbage from women's nails from throughout the day. Not only was she not wearing gloves, she didn't take out each bag and put a new one in, she just picked out the garbage. I will never come back. Not only were they unprofessional with wanting to get out of here, they are definitely not sanitary. I am in the esthetics field and this was a red flag of poor sanitation. Never again. read more

Very nice place. Stopped in this place while on vacation and was impressed with the facility. It was clean and organized and the chairs were really comfortable. The ladies were really friendly and professional. Even though I wasn't there for the normal services they offer, being a guy I just wanted my nails clipped and a pedicure. They were not put off and helped me just liked anyone else. Really appreciative of that! My wife got the full service and she was very pleased with the results. I have absolutely loved this place the past 6 years for their quality of work. I just went in on Saturday with my 5 year old daughter to get pedicures, and I walked out knowing I would never come back. We both picked out our colors from their color wheel basket (I know that not all the colors in the basket are available in regular colors, so the male receptionist told us the only ones available in regular polish are OPI and KIARA SKY). We both picked from the OPI wheel knowing we wanted the regular polishes. We received our pedicures, and I realized they were doing a no-chip on my 5 year old. I told the nail tech that I did not want a no-chip on her, and that we only wanted regular pedicures (she proceeded to do a no-chip pedicure on my 5 year old). Long story short......when I went to check out, my total was $63 for 2 pedicures (one of which was for a FIVE YEAR OLD). The pedicure for my 5 yr old consisted of soaking her feet in water, massaging, and painting. (they charged us $20 extra for a no chip that we never asked for) In the end, they ran my card without me consenting. I had to ask to talk to the owner after the young male receptionist ran my card after I told him to please get the owner when he told me my total. They charged my child $38 for a pedicure after they had told me it would be $18, and I never agreed to a no-chip (I've never even gotten a no-chip pedi on myself, let alone for a 5 year old). The owner never came to the front counter and stood by her nail table screaming "pay what you want mam!!" I was stunned, because I have been a loyal client for SIX YEARS!!!! I am saddened by the situation, and I am beyond disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Where did custom service fall short here??!!! I am beyond shocked!!! read more

A very unpleasantly EXPENSIVE & mediocre @ best experience complete with a ridiculous 'extra' & 'hidden' charge of $25.00 additional for the fingernail polish itself on top of a $25.00 charge for the manicure, itself. But, wait, there's more: and this was for the manicure of a small nine-year old female child. Well, with a $175.00 total fee for the three generations of us ladies in our family (not including the jacked-up-&-added-on-if-they-can-get-you-to-fall-for-it 'finger-nail polish fee' of $25.00, (which my daughter absolutely refused to be bilked for), we left the place determined not to let the greed get to us. My daughter even tipped, which she often does exceedingly well for real service. I wouldn't have left them a penny. They've probably made plenty enough off of unsuspecting customers with their 'hidden fees' on children's finger-nail products to sufficiently pad their Christmas stockings, thank-us-fools-very-much. Take your Gold Card if you go into this place - you'll never know 'til you get the bill & you'll never even think you'll need it, from the caliber of the service, either.
