This lady belongs on NAILED IT. Yes, the Netflix show where people can't bake. Not only did she ruin my niece's first birthday cake but this woman was 2 hours late to deliver it. Paid $120 for a cake that was made by a completely unskilled baker and then thrown around by the delivery person she sent to deliver the cake. The cake was delivered all dented and beat up. The cake wasn't even standing straight up...then she wants to say she baked a completely different cake and can't refund since the cake was picked up and eaten...no one ate that sorry excuse of a cake lady. Then she said it was mishandled or got too warm..mishandled by the delivery guy she sent and how did it get too warm on a cold Chicago winter day right after a snowstorm that you blamed for your tardiness? She must have sent some random guy to deliver cause she knew how horrible the cake looked. Don't ever spend your money on a business that is unskilled, has no regard for your event time and can't even personally deliver a cake. I purchased a cake for December 6 we discussed the details of the cake via email and text then On October 18 I paid my deposit of half for the cake of 180.00 then in November she texts remind me to pay my balance of 180 for my cake to be picked up on December 6 I paid the invoice in November ended up actually paying 200 instead of 180 because she wanted the payment on the 26th and I sent it on the 27th. On the day of this huge event I am having I texted to let her know Im running a little behind to pick up the cake she then texts me stating she has my date down as the December 7 yet my invoice says the December 6 so we went back and forth about the cake and finally I requested a refund and I had to run around like crazy to buy another cake after already spending over five thousand dollars on this event and at the last minute I was late for the event and all. Super stressful today is December 20 and I am still going back and forth about my refund she finally submitted a refund via paypal yet when paypal tried to get my money back from her three times so far all transactions were declined and ALL communication was done via text which is highly unprofessional. I worked with her over 10 years ago and never had an issue with her and now she acts as if she just doesn't care. I reached out to her yet again via text informing her I do not have my refund STILL she told me I am just picking with her at this point! I am livid I still don't have my money back almost $400 and I guess she blocked me she is not even responding to texts. Do not order a cake from this lady. My husband ordered a cake for my son's first birthday. We prepaid and he drove for over a 1/2 hour to pick up the cake. He got there and she was no where to be found. She finally responded and told him she was running late so he waited. Then she told him she needed more time so she agreed to deliver the cake. The party started at 12:00. At 1:00 we called her and she said she's running even more late. Long story short she never showed up. Terrible customer service. She did agree to refund us the money within 5 business days. I have never experienced such poor customer service especially for something I already paid for. We paid for something we didn't receive. My special needs daughter is a fan of sonic ,we can't have a party due to COVID and everything so I tried my best to make up for not having a party and made sure she had at least a beautiful cake and some gifts, i sent this woman a picture of what i wanted and she did not deliver , its a TOTAL MESS AND IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE CAKE WE ASKED HER TO CREATE!!!! I feel like if you don't know how to do a replica of what someone requested why not say so instead of taking peoples money then I offered to give the cake back for a refund and she refused !!! The cake that we wanted for my nieces first birthday party is in the first picture. We requested it to look just like the photo and was told it would be easy. The other photo is what we got. There wasn't even a "1" placed onto the cake and as you can see it was lopsided with barley any of the decorations we wanted. The mother was so disappointed and it ruined her entire day. She couldn't even enjoy her daughters first birthday because of how bad the cake came out. She was suppose to get the cake by 1 and didn't get it till 3. If you couldn't make this very simple cake, I wish you would've just said that instead of taking our money and giving us a horrible memory for my nieces first birthday. We definitely got scammed. I'm so confused looking at the other five star reviews and seeing these amazing cakes with crazy decorations, but you weren't able to do the simple cake that was requested. Either you ruined the cake on purpose or those reviews are fake. Please do not get your cake from this business, it is NOT worth the money and you'll end up having your whole event ruined. read more

Sad to say but I was ripped off by Keke!!!!!! I was under the impression that i was recieving a full sheet cake and recieved a half sheet. her explanation was the 1/2 sheet pan is the largest pan that she owns so that is her full sheet. BS!!!!!!! The cake was not homemade and the art was sloppy. On top of all this she had the nerve to brag on her facebook page about winning all disputes via paypal becus she does not ship orders. I will never purchase from her agian :( She ruined my daughters 3rd bday. read more
