Here the facility and staff are top notch. It is modern, clean and well maintained and, most of all, the nurses and aids were fantastic. My needs were well cared for and the staff anticipated many of my needs. They even treated the "grumpy old men" (and there were lots of them) with care and polite understanding. The cleaning staff were "Johnny on the spot": I was amazed at how quickly and prompt they were at picking up and cleaning any mess. The food is good. I am not a connoisseur but was very happy with it. Each resident had an individual, but common, menu. The individual meals were tailored to each patients needs and desires. I was mildly surprised that when someone asked for additional items they were usually provided. Again, the dining staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had approximately 15 meals there and only one was disappointing. As most people, I do not really want to be in a NH unless necessary, but when I need it, I will choose Augustana again.

Thank God everyone realized and saw what they were doing and my mom is safe and out of there and I see her every single day. They purposely kept me from my mom. They are cruel, heartless, and I wonder how they sleep at night. There are a few nice staff, but most are 2-faced and lie. My mom is no longer being held hostage in their homes. I could give you graphic details and pictures but it's not worth it. They are not worth my time. Thank God everyone saw through the lies and got my mom out safely. In the house my mom was in one resident died, then another one died shortly after, then my mom rushed to the ER. I started to fear something fishy was going on. Beware: If you report them to MDH or MAARC, the President will keep you from your family member. I am thankful for Ulissa, Ace, Ann, and Brooklyn. I certainly hope the 4 of you move on to a more reputable company and realize the terrible company you work for. It's a cult-like facility and actually scary. It's an absolute shit show. So glad my mom escaped their cult-like prison safely. They actually told me that Red Robin would be her home permanently. Then they pulled a stunt saying it would be shut down and moved her to the more expensive house to steal her money. The other house never shut down and the other 2 residents my mom lived with still live there. They wanted my mom's money. Thank you to the Guardian and the Ombudsman. You saw their true colors. My mom is free and safe and I get to love on her non-stop. The staff at her new facility are amazing and so understanding and loving. Night and Day Difference! Stay away please!

Long story, but I had to write the MN state attorney general because after my CPAP machine was…read morerecalled about 3 years ago, I NEVER RECEIVED THE CORRECT FILTER FOR MY NEW CPAP. The staff tried multiple times after 5 calls and three visits to get into their computer system to change the number on my filter orders so that I didn't get the old filter for my old machine that I had to send back to the CPAP company. After I sent the letter to the state AG, I got a snotty phone call from some guy named Sean, demanding to know what machine I was using. I told his staff several times the name of my machine and even brought it into this store to show them and they said they could not help me because they couldn't change it on the computer. In the meantime, my asthma condition worsened. I know you have to go here if you have MA, but find someplace else.

He always goes above and beyond to accommodate his patients. Our entire family utilizes the high-tech equipment in the office which has helped a couple of us rebuild muscles and strength after going through severe injuries from sports and auto accidents.
