I had an awful experience at this nail salon. I ended up in a heated argument with the owner who…read morealso threatened me, I left nearly in tears, and spent 3 hours there for a simple powdered dip. The nail technician cut me badly, showing he had no idea what he was doing. He also struggled to glue on the tips, which kept falling off. I wish I had taken pictures after he "finished." Another technician then had to spend an additional hour fixing his mistakes. I'll post pictures of the final product, where you can see how horrendous my cuticles look. The first tech applied the powdered dip so far back that my skin was essentially glued down, and the new tech had to file it off. In addition, the nails were lumpy, thick, and appeared unfinished. I went to the cash register and told the owner what happened, explaining that I did not plan to pay for the service considering the circumstances. However, I wanted to tip the nail technician who spent an hour patching up my nails. The owner argued with me, saying that my nails were fixed now and expected me to pay full price. I explained that I had been there for 3 hours for a simple powdered dip manicure and that I did not trust the structure of the nails, considering the first nail tech struggled to even glue on the tips. The owner kept repeating, "But your nails are fixed now," over and over again while I was almost in tears. Then he asked me what I'd be willing to pay for the nails, and I said $30. The owner agreed but then followed up with, "But if you don't pay the $30, then I'm going to take your nails off." We continued to argue more as I stood there with my card ready to pay. I confronted the owner, saying, "Instead of apologizing for this major inconvenience after I just agreed to pay you, you threaten to take my nails off. How exactly do you plan to do that?" He said he would cut them off. I then asked how exactly he planned to do that, and if he was going to strap me down and cut my nails off, because I certainly wasn't going to sit back down willingly. I told the owner I could walk out the door right now and no one could stop me. Being the nice human I am, I STILL paid the $30 when I should have walked out of there. I DO NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone! All I wanted was a simple apology and money taken off of the bill. When I left there I still did not receive an apology.

1 Star - Horrible Customer Service & Inexperienced Nail Techs…read more I had an absolutely terrible experience at Lee Nails. I went in for a dip powder manicure with an almond shape, and the nail tech clearly had no idea what he was doing. The shape was completely off, and the dip application was uneven, bumpy, and didn't even start at my nail bed. I patiently waited for the second dip coat, hoping it would fix the mess, but it only got worse. When I politely pointed out the issue, the tech became extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of fixing his mistakes, he aggressively cut off my almond tips, removed the dip, turned off his light, and walked away--completely dismissing me as a customer. No apology, no solution, nothing. I have never felt so disrespected at a salon before. The customer service here is non-existent, and the lack of professionalism is shocking. If you're looking for quality nails and decent treatment as a paying customer, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will NEVER return.
