If you like pain then this is the nail salon for you. My daughters had a pedi with me. my spa pedi lasted a hot 20 minutes. I had to leave bc I had to get cash. (do not use their debit card machine) I left my daughter there bc they just started her pedi after I was finished. (we had a 12:00 appointment). she was a trooper. she told me they cut her cuticles so short she was bleeding. than they sprayed pure alcohol on her toes. not once but 3xs. she was wearing white crocs. by the time we got home the were red blood and white. 2 pedicures cost 114$. not counting tip. read more

I went in for a mani & pedi. My pedicure turned out fine but my manicure not so much. My nail tech was the owner of the salon and I asked her for a classic French. She never once asked what shape I wanted or if I even wanted to cut down my nails that I've been growing for months so i wouldn't have to get acrylic. She just started filling down my nails getting rid of more than half of my grown out nails. When she started on the French design I told her I didn't like it so I showed her a photo of how I would like it. She laughed and said she would have to add tips to my nails for that kind of French because my nails were too short. The nails that she filled down without asking. So I showed her another style but I didn't like how it looked on my botched short nails. So she called another nail tech to quickly do my nails. I went on a Saturday and it's Thursday but most of my gel polish has already came off. Please don't go here. read more

This is my third time getting my nails done here & I've always been satisfied. I've been getting gel nails for over 3 years and I tend to be picky with my salon. Place is clean, staff is friendly (place lives up to its name). The only complaint I would have is that they use the little electric power tool to remove the old gel nails. I find it a bit painful & uncomfortable and prefer when they just soak them off. I love this dark gray "deep mystery" color. Perfect for fall and I've gotten it 3 times in a row. I went here for the first time last week and I didn't have to wait, which was nice. I only occasionally get my nails done so I didn't know exactly what to expect. I didn't hate the result for the price, but the woman who did my acrylics didn't even touch my cuticles. My sister went in with me and her cuticles looked great, so I was annoyed by this. Went a month ago for a full set of acrylic. I made an appointment the DAY BEFORE just in case. I showed up at 11 am (as when scheduled) and when I walked in andhe told me to look for a color and that I'll be seated in 5. I said okay no problem and kept looking. I kept looking and looking until 20 minutes passed and another lady walked in. 10 minutes later she got seated and I didn't. She even said to seat me before her because she felt bad that I was there for a long time, especially for an appointment! While she was a walk in... The man said no & she had to go first and I have to wait a bit longer.... I waited 20 more minutes... & now I've been there for 50 minutes and asked when I'd be seated because I made an appointment for 11 am! He told me 5 more minutes so I wait and now I've been there for 55 minutes and get upset. He told me 5 more minutes and I said I made an appointment at 11 and it's 12... I wasn't a walk in! I was scheduled... I was extremely upset with their management and how they deal with customers. I was super friendly and nice and the man made it seem like he was bothered by me. Do not recommend here, save the trip and go 2 minutes down to nj image. Went in again today since other places are closed and waited for 25 mins... the lady who did my nails didn't bother making them even and judged my nails... will not go back. read more

Don't go near the place. The guy who did my nails (small, heavily tattooed) was flat out nasty -- "whatever you want my friend" when I asked for a regular manicure rather than a gel, He blew through the manicure. Filed my nails quickly and unevenly and did not fully cover my nails with the polish. Whatever top coat he used created a dull finish. Had to ask for moisturizer (no hand massage; no moisturizer). He pointed to a bottle on one of the tables and told my to help myself. The manicure was terrible, and because he had me put my nails under the lights, I had to soak it off, which took about a week. I hesitated when he told me to put my nails under the lights and asked if I would be able to get the polish off. He said "Yes, this is a cheap manicure, not a gel manicure." I usually go somewhere else for my gel manicures, but needed a last minute mani before thanksgiving so I came here, figuring how bad could it be? 3.5 weeks later and I'm still regretting that decision. Setting aside the bad attitude by my manicurist, I cannot believe the damage she did to my nails. I have very, very strong nails that she absolutely RUINED by aggressively filing them down to nothing. I've had to give my nails a break for the time being and now, nearly a month later, my nails are paper thin and breaking very low. I probably won't be able to get another gel mani for another month. Just had my nails done. Just wanted the gel on top of my nails no tips or anything and then gel color. They wanted $55!! They charged me $20 to ruffly cut my cuticle and gel polish my nails. Ouch!!! I NEVER write reviews. I literally could care less about going out of my way to review a salon, but I had to warn others of how awful this salon is. I got a basic acrylic set and was charged almost $70 for it. No one told me what I was being charged extra for!! After spending this much on nails you would think they would be durable, but my nail broke the next day while I was literally scratching my head. The next day two more nails broke so I went back to get them fixed. Obviously they did not charge me but guess what ..... the NEXT day the same nail I had just gotten fixed broke again. Now it hasn't been two weeks since I got them and 5 nails broke so now I need to take them off. This salon is the biggest waste of money, the staff is NOT friendly which I find hilarious given the name, and their work is poor. Don't recommend coming here at all. read more

I did not like the fact that when I initially inquired on the phone, the guy said that a gel manicure was $20 and when I sat down, the lady said it's $45 for french tip gel and $35 for colored gel manicure. I have gone to this salon for 2 years now while I am at my shore house. Kevin has done my acrylic fill-ins most of the time & I have been satisfied. He did try to talk me into gel manicure at one point, which I refused. A few weeks ago, he had Nini do my nails, & she tried to charge me for shortening my nails. When I made my appointment yesterday, I made sure that Kevin was going to do my nails. He shortened my nails with the grinder, then halfway through applying the acrylic, he told me that he has to charge me $3.00 for shortening!! This is ridiculous! I get my nails shortened & filled in every 3-4 weeks, because I'm on a fixed income. I would have rather have him say that the price for acrylic fill-in was $18.00 instead of $15.00 & $3.00 for shortening my nails. I've never heard of this, & needless to say, I wont be going back to this nail salon!! read more

Last week I made a big mistake selecting a salon without seeing it first. The manicurist ,Tina, cared more about trying to sell additonal services than she did for my nails/pedicure. She used tools that were not in sterized packaging & rushed the service. . When I went in for eyebrow waxing she didn't even change the table paper which I requested---simply ripped the wax, no cleaning for irritation, no tweezing stray hairs or trimming edges. I would never go back. I had a simple acrylic set put on and I loved it for the first few hours. then i got the chance to look at them. They were all VERY uneven. and i had got done coffin shape and they were all oval on the end. i was extremely disappointed. especially for almost 50$. I was going to suck it up until i needed a fill then 8 days later i opened my front door and TWO nails fell off. they were also very rude while i was there and unsanitary.
