The showroom is massive and very well-kept. We had a general idea in mind of what we we're after, and there were just so many to pick from. You can tell everything this is extremely high quality, and you sure will pay for it. We landed on two favorites so Sam, who was helping us, sent over quotes of each based on our project. We'll need our island covered and the entire perimeter. It's nice there are different finishing and edge options for different parts of the job. I'll report back on how install goes, but so far KG has been nothing but easy to work with with solid customer service.

The most concerning part us this is that no one informed us that this had happened. We discovered the damage on our own. As homeowners we expect honesty and transparency when accidents occur, especially during our home project. After discovering this issue, we attempted to communicate with the company to address the situation. Unfortunately, dealing with the management--specifically the vice president--only made matters worse. Communication was awful, we were given conflicting information, and she continued to lie and simply ignore the situation. Home improvement projects require trust, professionalism and accountability. Sadly, our experience lacked all of these things. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully evaluate their customer service and communication practices before moving forward.

Once we decided on a stone, he had a detailed quote for us in less than two days which coverd the layout, edge detail of the countertops and approx. installation date. He sent detailed shop drawings for approval and once the install date was set it was met. The installation went very smooth as the two installers were professional, efficient and good guys.
