I asked about blow drying and was told a finger dry (not using a brush) is free. However, once they pick up a brush it COSTS. And the cost was $35!!! That's RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! That's more than the haircut cost??? So, the way I see it, Great Clips is cutting into their employees' tips while simultaneously taking advantage of their customers by OVERCHARGING for a decent blow dry. I tipped well anyway. However, don't feel $35 is a fair charge for using a brush to dry your hair. And they wonder why people skirt their system.....

Maria was my stylist and I am very pleased with my highlights (I have very thick hair and most of my grey is in the front) as she put the right amount and placed them perfectly. I also changed my style, as with a 4 month-growth, I could afford a slented bob. She did a fantastic job with it too. It is not an easy cut. She was so kind and so pleasant. I am overall extremelly happy with the experience, and so telieved to have found my new stylist! I have already made my next appointment!
