So I came back after my first review that you may be able to see to have a new/upgraded system installed (this was about 11 months ago). 11 months ago I Purchased 2 12" L7, requested/paid for a fully copper wiring kit (when I recently purchased a new car, and removed the wiring kit 11/08/2023, it was a fully aluminum wiring kit ), replaced and upgraded two door speakers. Only issue here is the dishonestly and rip off for paying a price for a fully copper wiring kit, to getting an aluminum one. On another note 11 months ago when I had this work done, when he removed the door panel to put in new speakers the panel wasn't placed correctly as I had a squeak that was so annoying, and when asking if and when I could bring in to have fixed, and EVEN PAY FOR. No response. Don't trust this spot. Scammer, will get one over on ya. read more

I came here because of the friendly voice over the phone Marcos. I know all about customer service with working as an Estimator for a collision repair shop. I had been shopping around and getting the run around with prices and when they could fit me in for the actual install. I had almost gave up on getting my L7 Kicker with a Nice amp to push it. Well I visited offer up saw an add for the L7 I wanted. The shop was Creative Elite Sounds. I called spoke to Marcos right away I felt like i was talking to a friend. His friendly personality is what brought me to him. This is going to be long... I suggest you read it. I told Marco the first week I saw him, I wasn't going to leave a bad review so this is just going to be honest. Week 1... I took my car in for a complete window tint, speakers, and radio. I dropped off my car, went over what I wanted and left. I picked up the car and the front windshield was not tinted, the radio was not installed, 2 speakers were not installed and the all inclusive price suddenly did not include the sunroof or the small back window. I challenged him on it and he eventually stuck with the all inclusive price. I was told he was missing the installation kit and it was ordered and would be in on Wednesday. Week 2: I dropped the car off for windshield tint, speakers and radio installation and immediately he tells me he could not find the kit anywhere and it will be another week. I went on crutchfield and ordered it immediately, showing him that it was actually in stock. I return to pick up my car and he tells me the backup camera that is on my car cannot be used and he has to use a new one. I agree and he installs it. The backup camera worked for his showing that it worked and then it immediately stopped. The windshield tint had horizontal lines that made driving the car incredibly difficult, so he tells me return next week if there is issue. Week 3: He tells me the poor quality of the camera is because of the radio display not the actual camera, but the display of the radio is razor sharp, the camera however looks like 1980 cell phone video. He fixes the windshield and camera, comes out to say it's done and the film peels off the passenger side and begins to fall. The icing on the cake? The camera is installed backwards somehow... so what is on the right side of my car appears on the left side of the screen and when I turn the wheel it goes in the opposite direction. So this morning I texted him I am done... no more trips, no more chances and time to actually contact BBB and complain. Wondering why there are so many 5 star reviews that praise this place? They give away free LED lights when you leave a review. There you go... no bitching, no complaints, just facts. Wish it could have been different. read more
