I wish I could give more stars! We scheduled a balloon artist and a face painter for my sons first birthday. The age range of children were from 1-3 years. Judah was very professional and responded to all of our question very quickly. Nina and Aaron were our artist. They showed up together early and were set up in no time. Aaron was amazing. He made sure every child had a balloon. He didn't need any direction, he took it upon himself to walk around and make sure they all had balloons. This was huge to me because as the host of a kids party there are a lot of things to handle already. Aaron's balloon art was excellent as well. He made an awesome mermaid, Trex and airplanes to name a few. Nina is a real artist! I couldn't believe the things she could paint. She is extremely creative and had a lot of patience with our apprehensive little ones. read more

I unfortunately waited until the last minute and they were already booked for the time I needed their service. I am however giving them 5 stars due to the prompt response after I submitted my request. Judah called me personally to inform me he was booked but that he would call around to see if any other entertainers would offer me the same deal. He came through with his word and found an alternate entertainer within a couple of hours. The fact that Judah went out of his way to find me someone else, especially when he was not making any profit from it, speaks volumes of their customer service. We needed a balloon artist for a 5 year old's birthday party and hired them with very late notice. The woman who came was incredibly professional and amazing with kids. It was a princess party theme and she created excellent crowns, bows and arrows and other random requests. I hired Judah (balloon specialist) and Jake (magician) to work my house warming party. Judah was highly responsive in the planning phase. Each interaction was a pleasure. He and Jake showed up exactly on time. Jake set up in the patio and started performing magic tricks. He was highly engaging and entertaining. People were laughing at the reactions of volunteers and were amazed by the actual tricks. He apparently works at Corvette Diner so I will have to take some friends there at some point. In the meanwhile, Judah was making balloon art. I was on the fence about this because there were only adults at my party, but we were all blown away. He made Yoda and it really looks like Yoda! She worked with my budget and we talked about what I wanted. She was so professional and attentive to guests. I cannot rave about how lucky I was to have stumbled upon Judah and his company for our retreat. I discovered him on yelp and spoke to him about coming out to our resort and entertaining "15 or so" kids with magic, balloon, and airbrush tattoo. First off, it was a pleasure in talking to Judah. He was very laid back and convinced me that he would find the best entertainer for our kids. He took a verbal confirmation and sent out a contract and deposit request. Little did I know, our company never issued him the deposit. I was horrified and hoped that he would not cancel. I called him the day before and he assured me that he still had us locked down and would be the entertainer himself. He said to not worry about the deposit. ON the day of the dinner, we ended up having close to 25 kids (if not more) and he was never once fazed (except was concerned he wouldn't be able to get everyone a balloon). He entertained for 2 hrs straight and got everyone a balloon and tattoo!!! The only time he was overwhelmed was when the older kids got kind of rowdy. However, I blame the lack of parental supervision (our fault) for leaving the kids on their own with him. How can you expect one person to control 25+ kids. He was very fast with the balloon art. He brought his air brush tattoo kit and everyone was thoroughly entertained. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon Judah and his company again. read more

Attended a party recently that had Creative Entertainment as their entertainment and boy was I impressed!!! I have never seen detailed balloon characters as awesome as theirs were. They had 4 different stations with balloon makers, face painting, airbrush/glitter tattoo's and a magic show. They were well organized and smiled the entire 3 hours that we were there. My daughter has had her face painted at every theme park and various b-day parties and none of them came close to the detail that the "face artist" from creative entertainment created. Very disappointed with this company. We were at the Padres game (where their services are complimentary). I went up to line and told them I was going to get cash so I could tip them. Came back in 5 minutes and they closed right the rope in front of my kids. I know face painting and balloon making seems menial but when your children were excited about and the arrogant 20 year old tells a 5 and 3 years old to "have a nice day" really disappoints. They must pay them well because a generous tip didn't seem to matter either to this arrogant human named "Aaron". Padres should reconsider who they use.... And I'll be sure to tell them. Guess I should have not been considerate and not have tipped and my kids could have walked away with their faces painted and a balloon. This company needs some customer service training especially dealing with kids. read more

We called on Creative Entertainment for our daughter's birthday party recently. We booked the "Premier Face Painting Package." It was such a great experience! The face painter (sadly, I can't remember her name), showed up on time and set up quickly. She was easily able to paint about 12 faces in the hour that we had booked. And she was so talented! I've never seen face painting done like this. It was awesome! And amazingly, she was able to get kids (even my 2 year old) to sit perfectly still while she went to work! I hired Daniela Sodre as the Face Painter and Erica Buxton as the Balloon Twister for my daughter's 2nd Birthday party in February. They were both so professional, friendly and good at what they did!! Erica did a great job with the balloons and even put extras aside before she left the party. I hired her for 2 hours, but she finished in an hour and got all the kids their balloons. She was also very nice and friendly. Daniela was the best!!! She did such an amazing job with Face Painting! She was very sweet, professional and very easy to talk to. All the kids loved her! My 2 year old daughter even let her paint her face cuz that's how comfortable she was with Daniela. We loved her work!! She did such an amazing job and made it look so simple. Some people at the party even asked for her contact info so they can hire her for their next events.
