As a mural artist, I had the pleasure of working alongside this company while completing a large custom mural project for Aston Martin San Diego. The project involved painting a large exterior mural based on the client's approved design within an extremely tight four-day deadline. I worked from sunrise until sunset each day, and I can honestly say that completing this project would have been far more challenging without the outstanding support of this team. The managers, Victor, Mike, and Maga, coordinated every stage of the project with remarkable professionalism. The crew prepared the wall beautifully and consistently made sure my work could continue without interruption. They always prioritized whatever was needed to support the artistic process, creating ideal working conditions from start to finish. What impressed me most was that the entire team understood how important it was to protect the creative process. They organized their work around my painting schedule, ensuring that the wall was always ready, the materials were available exactly when needed, and every detail was handled efficiently. That level of coordination allowed me to remain completely focused on the artwork throughout each long day. Victor deserves special recognition. He promptly delivered every material I needed, perfectly matched and prepared all the custom paint colors, and calculated the quantities with remarkable accuracy, ensuring that nothing ever slowed the project down. Thanks to the excellent coordination and teamwork, the mural was completed on schedule, and Aston Martin San Diego was delighted with the final result. They subsequently commissioned several additional murals, including one inside their showroom. Not only did they do an exceptional job painting our entire home, their work ethic and customer service was definitely something to write home about! Our bathroom renovation was running behind schedule due to unforeseen issues. This required the painters to leave the master bedroom unfinished and come back two weeks later to finish the job. Not only did they agree to come back later, they were very understanding regarding the issue. Two weeks later - they arrived exactly at 8AM as promised! Regarding work quality - we've received numerous compliments on the amazing job they have done. Victor spent a lot of his time helping us decide on which colors would best compliment our wooden flooring, and boy, was he right!! His paint crew was very polite, courteous, and honest! We are in the process of remodeling our garage and wanted to get pop-corn ceiling removed and the entire garage primed and painted. Victor's Ross Painting Group gave a very reasonable estimate both from a time and cost perspective and so we provided them the opportunity to do it. I had a great experience with Ross painting group. Victor came within a day to provide an estimate for my exterior house painting and I received a quote shortly thereafter. My house is 30+ years old, originally wood stained and it was time for attention and an update since the wood is constantly exposed to the sun & moisture here by the beach. Victor had a wonderful crew and worked above & beyond with me to get the color I wanted. Parts of the sun exposed wood were very dry and the team hand brushed what was needed to really get the paint to soak in. Lead crew Elvis suggested a contrasting front door color rather than white and I am so happy with my blue front door!! Friends & neighbors love it too. I am extremely happy with the results that all the time & effort this job took. Victor was so patient, helpful and really wonderful & fair to work with. This was not the cheapest bid I had, but I so glad I followed my gut after finding Ross painting on Yelp and reading all the reviews. It really does make a difference who you work with on a large job like this. I wish I could remember all the names of the crew who assisted on the job - they were on time, friendly, professional, and considerate of our property and belongings, making sure to put away things like surfboards (from the under porch storage area that was also painted) every night to ensure they were kept safe. I chose the company because of the name. Apartment buildings are famous for fast unit repainting and the spots over doorframe and a paint crack had been irritating. Vick did a good job covering spots and fixing the crack for a reasonable price. And paint matched perfectly. read more
