I just want to add to my 5-star review to…read morereiterate to folks looking for honest workmanship and business dealings that you won't be disappointed by going with Parker Painting. My husband and I had a nightmare project of a house remodel. There were many low points and frustrations and some very very bad experiences with some contractors. So when we worked with contractors that actually did what they said they were going to do and then did the work with the utmost in workmanship and integrity, well, then I am just compelled to let the Yelp community know about them. So here is my second 5-star review of Parker Painting. I am so happy I hired Parker Painting. We were doing a remodel on an old house we inherited, and one of the bright notes of this giant and difficult project was Parker Painting. The price quoted was the lowest bid from all the other painting companies we contacted. Often times I'm afraid to take the lowest bid because I'm afraid of shoddy workmanship, but because they had such high ratings on both Yelp and Google, I gambled and we hit the jackpot. The paint job entailed: 1) exterior painting of stucco walls, all the trim on the outside, the metal garage door, the side door into the garage, and the patio wood patio cover, and 2) interior painting of all walls, ceilings and interior doors including the front door. The exterior work was done several months before the interior simply because the interior was waiting for other projects to finish first. Parker Painting worked with our schedule which helped take the pressure off us. So the exterior work went smoothly. Then it was time to paint the inside. Don't worry; it's all good. Because we had extensive repair work to the interior walls and because we had popcorn ceiling removed, there was a lot of raw wall board with new texture applied, which meant that this new texture absorbed primer and paint like crazy. Plus, there were several areas with water damage which required extra strength primer to cover up the water stains and keep them from leaking through the paint. Jason, the owner and the person who gave us the quote, admitted to me that he underestimated the amount of primer, paint and labor that the interior required, and applying these extra coats of primer and paint added to his labor cost. He told me that he was just breaking even on the interior painting in regards to labor, but all he asked from us was if we would pay (we did) for the extra amount of paint, primer and extra strength primer that was required to do the job correctly. He did not ask us for more for the extra cost of labor. I call that integrity in business. Throughout all this, the work effort and quality of work remained top quality. The work crew were meticulous in taping off parts that were not to be painted. The quality of work was/is top notch. As a matter of fact, our electrical contractor asked me who we hired to paint the house and then took a business card I had on me for his own reference. His comment about the quality of the paint job was that he's seen A LOT of paint jobs and this was one of the finest he has seen. He told me he's seen a lot of slop work and that this job was top quality and well done. Parker Painting also painted the interior of my brother's home. He and his wife were both pleased with the bid price and with the quality of work. The work crew are friendly, approachable, cleaned up the work site before they left each day, and showed the utmost in workmanship. Parker Painting is in my permanent contact list of contractors to hire and I would absolutely recommend them to friends, family, and the Yelp community. If you want a great price, quality work, and honest people, then Parker Painting is the painting company you need to hire.

I agreed to go with Stubbins on Friday. By Monday, Mike A had sent a team to color match the paint needed, and by COB, had completed the project. The front of my house now looks gorgeous! This time around, HOA told us to paint our house. Well, yeah! Da humble abode severely needed a fresh coat of paint. Chica went on a search and found McCarthy Painting. I followed up and checked reviews. They're legit licensed, bonded and do good work. Fast forward to the first day Armando and Andres started the job. They consulted with me and confirmed the features of the dwelling and the specific colors set for them from Sherwin Williams pallet for this model. Shout out to the lone faux shutter feature in da back of da house. *rolling eyes*. These guys communicated clearly the job and the specifics to be done. They explained to me the way they will paint the eaves and gutters (a little different from the original paint patterns). I'm good with that. That actually matches what all the neighbors did with their new paint jobs. Armando and Andres got right to work starting with the power washing for day one. The humble abode might have sighed a great sigh of relief when they did this. Gone are the tree sap, chimney soot, dust and pollen stains. Next day, cover up and protect. Then next 2 days paint all large surface areas and most of the trim. Day 4 finish all trim and doors. Last day, touch ups. These guys work hard and thoroughly. We are so happy and relieved to have the house painted right with the correct premium paint - Sherwin Williams. Looking over the humble abode now... She looks polished and beautiful. Take that HOA! Unfortunately, they are not properly informed by the owner who conveniently forgets to tell them to paint areas included in the estimates, even after collecting the money for the job. The problem is with the owner Frank who, either because of old age or because of too much partying, is neglectful, forgetful and scatter-brained, to the point where four times, I had to bring back the crew because Frank (and no one else) forgot to tell them to do a segment that was included in the contract. And so, I recorded our conversation and took pictures and films of the areas to do last summer only to...come back and find that Frank forgot once again to tell the crew to do a whole side of the house that was left unpainted. Frank called it "miscommunication" even after I showed evidence it was included in our agreement, and said "we'll do it for sure "next time". Problem is, I already paid for a job that was incomplete and, because of Frank's lack of professionalism and consistency, I decided there won't be a "next time", because I'm sure he'll forget again this time and blame it on too much wine or not enough sleep. And what's worse is the insistence to do what was supposed to be done another time when I decide to do another segment, and he'll "throw this last one in too". I now completely veer away from this company, will never use again, and totally advise against using by ANYONE as too many mistakes, too many recalls and too many times did he simply "forget" to tell his crew to do one or other side, or other segment, one or other fascia, one corner etc... I'd rather avoid the headache and the argument and go somewhere else, even though he still owes me for a corner that was included in the previous estimate and bill, that was paid for, but was never completed. I would definitely not recommend this company, end of story. Frank does however, get an A+ at being a BS artist and salesman, not so at being consistent and professional.

Chad came out last week to review the three turrets which each having 3 rows of rough-wood trim - roughly 12', 14' and 22' from the ground and one turret was over a sunken bar area, so access above was tricky. (The surrounding ceiling is all wood, which we did not want painted.) His estimate was very reasonable and the two man crew did an excellent job. They were both very professional, and nice. They started and finished this job yesterday. They even stayed an extra hour past their normal hours to finish the job. I will not hesitate to use them at this house again and any of my rentals in the future.

We got four quotes and Scott was the only one that took the time to truly assess what needed to be done and included the wood repair as part of the initial quote. One company gave us a quote with the repair being an extra cost that would be added later while the other two said that all of the damaged wood would just be patched with Bondo, which given the extent of the damage did not seem prudent. The crew was punctual, polite, and professional and we love the results. They even removed an old eyesore satellite dish that had been on the house since we moved in.

We hired PB Painting to paint the exterior of our home, and we're very happy with how everything turned out. Cameron was very communicative during the estimate and contract process. He made sure everything was clearly explained, and the final contract was clean, concise, and thorough. We knew exactly what was included before the work started. Once the project began, Nadine took over as our project manager, and she was really the person who kept the train on the tracks. She stayed involved, kept us informed, answered our questions, and addressed concerns as they came up. She handled everything calmly and professionally and made sure the project kept moving in the right direction. A lot of what she did was probably behind the scenes, but it made a real difference. Bernardo, our lead painter, is a very skilled painter who takes real pride in his work. He paid close attention to detail and cared about how everything looked. You could tell he wanted the finished job to look right, not just get it done. Our home has a lot of exterior details, including stucco, trim, doors, a garage door, and a large spiral staircase. Throughout the project, Nadine, Bernardo, and us as homeowners communicated and worked together to get the best possible result. The house looks beautifully refreshed, and we're proud of the outcome. PB Painting did an amazing job painting our house interior! Our house had relatively darker walls and we wanted to paint it to a lighter color. We were not sure if we can afford the price of painting two (or more) coats in order to change from dark to bright. We got estimates from several companies and PB Painting had the most reasonable price, with just a small increase for adding a second coat. They also were able to complete the job within a tight time schedule. Everyone in this company was very friendly and responsive and they are all very professional! Jack, who gave us the estimate was very helpful with some recommendations about paint color and shine. Santiago was very helpful explaining us how to decide about the right color, how to get paint samples, and he scheduled the painting crew that started right away (we had a time limit). We have a 22 year old home that had the original paint or stucco tint that was overdue for a painting. We got several quotes and while PB Painting wasn't the lowest, they definitely were the most professional, punctual and explained what they would do from start to finish in painting our home. We selected PB Painting over some larger painting companies who didn't compare in knowledge, taking the time to explain in detail and follow-up. They could all learn a lesson from PB Painting. Needed my mobile home painted but wasnt in a rush. Cameron came out and gave a quote even though painting was not immediate. He checked in periodically and was patient with me. My niece coordinated from out of town and once booked,it was a 5 star experience. The quality of paint was excellent. 3 color scheme. We handled almost everything online -- I simply sent photos of the areas that needed work, discussed the project details, and received a clear, all-inclusive estimate upfront. I had some leftover paint from a previous project, so I was able to provide them with the exact color information ahead of time. They purchased everything in advance, which made the process even smoother and eliminated any surprises with pricing. The work itself was excellent. I had recently replaced my kitchen cabinets, and several sections of the walls had been damaged and needed retexturing. They repaired and retextured those areas beautifully before painting both the walls and ceiling. Everything blended perfectly when the job was finished. They showed up right on time on a Saturday, which I really appreciated because I didn't have to take time off work. Before starting, they carefully laid down and hung drop cloths to protect everything in the kitchen, and they were extremely thorough about cleaning up afterward. The entire project was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and the finished result looks fantastic. Another thing that stood out to me is that they are a true local company with their own employees. I've had frustrating experiences in the past where companies acted more like middlemen and subcontracted the work out to random handymen. It was refreshing to work with a company that has its own team because you can tell they have much better oversight, communication, and quality control throughout the entire process. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the results and would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

We were a little nervous as it was a large project that needed to be completed in a short amount of time. I can honestly say we were blown away by Winston's integrity and attention to detail. The end result was spectacular. He went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and was flexible and fair in terms of some last minute requests. We also appreciated that he was kind enough to return after the project was complete and address a very minor issue. We will definitely use Winston and the team for all of our painting needs in future (both interior and exterior!). This was one of the best experiences we ever had with a contractor, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

There was lots of peeling paint that needed to be scraped off, and many areas that needed lots of extra priming and patching, as well as a board that needed to be replaced. The attention to detail, steady and detailed workmanship, tidiness and professionalism of the crew blew me away. They were friendly, polite and professional when spoken to but otherwise kept to the painting. The two men were at my house for 2 weeks, but were so quiet and respectful of my privacy and space while I worked at home, I almost forgot they were here. They didn't leave a trace when they were finished ... not a speck of paint or trash anywhere, and were careful not to trample the plants around the house! I'm not used to being this impressed. Truly an awesome experience. Manuel, the owner, was great to work with, provided an affordable and fair price, especially for true custom painting. There were no additional charges for small repairs and he provided a port-a-potty for his men at no charge to me. He also helped me with colors, which turned out exactly like I wanted, and stopped by several times throughout the project to see if I had any questions. I'm posting this review in several places because I was so pleased with the experience that I hope anyone looking for a painter finds this review and gives Manuel a call. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works!
