All the products are new in boxes. The man behind the counter was not overly friendly but he seemed busy working on an order or some inventory. It seems like most of his business is either locals or people that call in to order a part that they need for their hobby. As for a hobby shop, it is really not hobbies in the traditional sense where they are quite limited in the variety of things they carry. "You are going to break the glass, so I'LL MOVE THEM FOR YOU." And he finally removes the last box (had no idea that me gently stacking cardboard boxes would potentially damage plexiglass, but whatever, no one helped us for like 15 mins. Like what?). So I peaced without purchasing any of the things I noticed I wanted after I could see their inventory. Super rude and unhelpful, seriously cost you my business. My partner bought a few packs of a set we were having trouble getting, not out of patronage, but feeling like it was a wasted trip if not. We won't be coming back. Before I wrote back I needed to check which ones I already had or had completed, but before I could do so had a personal emergency that prevented me from writing back to the message right away, which he should have understood could happen based on his own message. He wrote the next day, any interested, then I just get a message that says "There is no common courtesy these days..." Meanwhile on my end I'm handicapped from a recent spinal neck surgery going through a medical emergency and I come back and find this rude message when I went to write back a few days later about the puzzles. Had actually planned to buy all but one but this guy's snarky rude remark definitely does not make me want to get the ride over to do business with him and his overpriced puzzles.
