Mr. Mark Gettinger helped me in finding a great deal in Minnesota (I am living in the West Coast)…read more He also explained me in detail about the required process and paper work and prepared an offer that helped in competing with other multiple buyers and getting a right price for my new condo purchase. In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). Furthermore, all the paper work and earning money sending were done electronically-it was so easy and accurate as well as saving a lot of my time and energy in this busy life. In Sum, the closing was done on time, and my Lender told me that they were impressed how Mr. Mark Gettinger was able to manage very professionally the condo purchase ( which is required more knowledge and documentation than purchasing a single home) and also for a Buyer who is living in the different state. I am recommending Mr. Mark Gettinger as a trustful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional Real Estate Agent.

Idk if she felt intimidated by my husband and I having arm forces background, or because we said we were conservative. She pushed us to give her documents to approve us and once she received everything she pulled the rug out from under us. We all have a past and we were very upfront and honest with her before we tour about debt that was payed off years ago. Yet it felt like this was used against us, which is unfair and unprofessional. I would not recommend for families. We were excited and went above and beyond to make this work & she dragged us through the mud not caring about how chaotic she was coming across. We even sent her a screenshot proving that we would be able to move in with the time she wanted residents to occupied the house in Waconia and I guess it wasn't enough.. truly blindsided. She got into an argument with me where I felt I needed to defend our family name and my character. Again I wish we would've never reached out to her.

We rented a property from Verde Real Estate in south Minneapolis from the summer of 2021 to the…read moresummer of 2023. Things were rocky from the start when we were doing our pre-move in checklist and found that the bathroom window was broken. It would not slide up and down and the top of the inner window pane would fall forwards into the apartment if it was not locked to the upper pane. We were told it would not be fixed and we were just stuck without a working bathroom window for the two years we were there. The first winter we spent there had a 2-3 month span with no snow removal, but by the time they finally hired someone to do the snow removal there was nothing to be done about the inches thick sheet of ice that covered the small, four car parking lot, driveway, and small amount of sidewalk/walkway to the front door. The second winter was much of the same. Though they technically had snow removal people hired, they did a poor job and we wound up with a sheet of ice for a parking lot and driveway again. It was impossible to take the garbage out to the cans without risking slipping and falling and forget even bringing the cans to the curb for pickup because they were literally frozen to the ground because the snow removal crew would just stack the snow and ice up around the cans. On two separate occasions in the two years, they scheduled maintenance to come to our apartment to fix things that we had not asked for and we were not informed of. They were items required by inspectors to be fixed, but they never communicated a time or day to stop by and take care of it. Luckily I worked from home and was there to have them explain the situation to me because I would have been livid if they had gone into our apartment without permission or advanced notice. The oven was lifted up on wood blocks so the surface was even with the countertops and the fridge was in a cubby with a wooden lip in the floor directly in front of it. This made it impossible to ever clean around or behind the appliances and frankly I don't think those areas have ever been cleaned judging by the fact that the one time we were having issues with the fridge the maintenance worker showed up and couldn't remove it, so told us we were just going to have to deal with the issues. During our move out inspection, the employee present was impressed with how thoroughly we had cleaned the place and even complimented how clean the floors were. This made us more than a little surprised when we were missing $450 from our security deposit for "cat urine smells." Our cat is still fairly young and has never had issues peeing outside of the litter box. More importantly, the two places where this smell was reported were the dining room closet and the smaller bedroom, both areas which the cat was specifically locked out of. We bought and installed a temporary gate to keep the cat out of the bedroom and the dining room closet was so full of stuff that she couldn't have gotten in there to pee even if she tried. Despite reaching out and pointing out the fact that the employee doing the move out inspection said there were no issues (and being the middle of the summer with no A/C in that building, if there was a smell it would have been noticeable) we were not able to get a refund on this wrongful charge. There were a myriad of other issues, some that we brought up and some we did not deem worth the effort of trying to get them to fix. I would absolutely avoid this company in the future.

And for Aaroosh to be appalled by the negative reviews is just hilarious. We asked to meet with Aaroosh and he always had an excuse as to why he was unavailable. When we moved in to our Saint Paul rental back in 2020, the previous tenant had just moved out an hour prior and it was disgusting. We were told to call a cleaner or do it ourselves. Being the summer of Covid during George Floyd protests, we had to do it ourselves and let me tell you... the amount of hair, cigarette butts, grime, etc was appalling. We were compensated $200 for our labor. Aroosh left the company and Tyler took over. Way more professional and responsive, we were hopeful things would get better. I'm sure for property owners, he's great, but we were screwed upon move out and got only $57 back from our deposit. Was not expecting the full amount but got charged $600 for cleaning (cleaners from PPM) and almost $300 for flea treatment. FLEAS?! We did not have fleas and left that place 100x cleaner than how it was received. Renters, beware. Another company to nickel and dime you when it's time to move out, and not take care of the most basic things. Property owners, if you care about finding and keeping quality renters, do not hire them.

He had excellent timing when it came to our requests for repairs, his open communication was very helpful when we needed his assistance for anything or had questions, and he upheld a high integrity when it came to the lease. He is a very humble businessman and runs his properties with strong responsibility. His maintainence vendors were very respectful of our home and willing to work out time slots for repairs in a timely manner. Our property was kept up to date with maintenance repairs (yearly) and state codes. His empathy was clearly shown during our time of financial stress, when he sent a list of community resources and county assistance programs, plus tips on how to file, to help us out. When our German Shepherd passed away, he sent out a sympathy email and gave the ok to get another dog when we were ready with no additional deposit. We truly cannot thank Nick enough for all of his help and his generosity. This rental property was not a regular rental property; it was our home.
