We placed our order on March 3rd with the knowledge that we'd get our custom built couch in 6-8 weeks. The end of May came, we had to call for an update and were told we wouldn't get it until the first week of JUNE! Here we are, days before June and WE emailed them to check on the status. We were just told that now it would be June 18th. Once again, they haven't updated us at all. This is ridiculous. Do not purchase any custom made furniture here. They blame it on their manufacturing side and claim that they weren't updated themselves. Never again.

I found the perfect ottoman and couch in a color that exactly matches my wall and accent wall. I also found the perfect leather chair in the perfect color. Evelyn, my designer, was totally prepared for our meeting. I had previously given her the exact paint numbers from my Benjamin Moore cans that contained colors that matched the walls and trims, so everything coordinated. She suggested some great blinds, showed me about five different possible layouts for the space, and wasn't pushy. All her suggestions were terrific. Now if only Barenaked Ladies could find me a million dollars, cuz then I'd be rich enough to buy furniture for the house (such as a chesterfield or an ottoman) and have the room decorated the way it should be. Beautiful store, outrageous prices, plenty of parking in an area of other really nice stores, and gorgeous stuff.
