No stars but that's not an option Creative Landscape Inc.- I am putting this out there in hopes that someone doesn't have the same experience we have gone though. We used Creative Landscape Inc. for cleanup and some basic lawn repair. My husband walked the "owner" through the whole yard explaining what we needed done. On the day they came, only half of the work was completed (grass mowed, trees pruned and yard weeded). When my husband came home that night, the other work we asked for (moss removed, aerated, over seeded) was never done). He called the owner and her husband (also owner maybe?) called him back. They discussed what wasn't done and the wife hadn't included that part when giving the bid or communicated that to her staff. Then they ghosted us after we paid for the first half and quoting us for the second. We even have a signed contract. We left a voicemail and had an email that was never returned. I got an email from them this morning after my husband called one last time saying that they aren't the best fit for the job and offered me some other companies. Yeah, I won't be calling those. So happy with our new retaining wall design for our front yard. I had reached out to three different landscape companies to get quotes. The other two only wanted to build a single continuous wall and was not keen for a two-tiered wall. Robin was willing to work with my design and alter it accordingly to allow it to be structurally sound. We went back and forth a couple of times and decided on the best design that would still provide a two-tiered look. We are super happy with the way it wall looks now, the kids love it, and the neighbors really like it too! Creative Landcare - the front of a two story house - Lawn Services Near Me - Sherwood, Oregon

Creative Landcare Inc. in Sherwood deserves zero stars. During the initial meeting with the owner, Robin Paschall, he promised the crew would never do just a "mow and blow" and would spend at least an hour each week to maintain our landscaping. The "agreement" he provided as a cost proposal included the usual maintenance items that a homeowner would expect a landscape maintenance company to do each week. The first two months beginning fall 2017 went well. After that, nothing but mowing and blowing was done unless we called Robin's wife, Gina, to complain. When we called in December to report that the crew didn't show up on a weekly basis as stated in the "agreement", Gina told us their schedule provides for only bi-weekly service during the winter months of December through February even though we were required to pay the full monthly rate we had agreed to pay for at least four hours of work per month. Less and less time was spent maintaining our property over the seven months we stayed with Creative Landcare Inc. At times we had a five-minute "blow and go" where the two guys simply blew the junk from the driveway and patio into the areas planted with groundcover and shrubs. Weeds were ignored, debris was never removed and more than 50% of the services they promised in their "agreement" were never performed. But they did tear multiple drip irrigation lines and caused severe damage to a good portion of our lawn by unnecessarily and carelessly mowing it in late winter when it was far too soggy. Professionalism is dreadful due to the failure to provide the services promised, communications ranging from poor to disastrous, billing errors and refusal to understand the legal obligations established by their "agreement." After 36 years of experience with landscape maintenance services at each house we have owned, Creative Landcare Inc. has been the absolute worst by far. NOTE: This company is NOT licensed by the Oregon Landscaper's Board and, from what we read on the Board's website, is therefore very limited in the services it is legally allowed to perform, including irrigation repairs, landscaping installation/renovation and more. read more

We have been customers for almost 3 years. Robin and Gina are great to work with. Every time we have asked for advice or special details to be done, they have responded very positively and continue to meet all our expectations. Robin even made a special trip last year to help me adjust our sprinkler timer. It's a pleasure to do business with Creative Landcare and to recommend them to our neighbors. read more

In addition, Creative Landcare repaired and made improvements to our lawn sprinkler system, which made it more effective in keeping the grass green while also reducing water consumption. read more

I'm very sorry to say that I was a multi-year maintenance client of this company and my experience was almost exactly the same as stated by Lee W. in an earlier review. When I asked for a new contract to cover services actually being performed I was ignored, charged, and then abruptly informed they were no longer servicing my area. I wish I had read the other review earlier. I thought it was just me. It's difficult to recall being treated more poorly. read more

A large white truck bearing this company's logo was flying down Pacific highway and Durham street at an excessive high speed and weaving dangerously in and out of the traffic. I hope the company will see this post and remind and retrain the driver about traffic safety. If an employee can be so disrespectful and reckless about other people's lives, I wonder how he treats his customers. read more

We are so thrilled with what Robin and his team have done for our home. We have a toddler and two hyper rat terriers that dug so many holes, initially unbeknownst to us. Our backyard had an unused vegetable garden that was taking up space as well, and for the size the backyard is, there was so much grass it was difficult to maintain. Robin and his team streamlined and simplified our backyard, adding child-friendly splinter-free bark dust, adding a new nicely shaped fescue lawn, filling all dug holes, removing the space-taking unused garden, and lessening the overwhelming amount of grass there was when we bought the house. We always had planned to remodel the backyard but every time we thought of ideas we were overwhelmed with the scale of the project. Upon meeting Robin for a preliminary walk through, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understood what we wanted in our backyard: a child-friendly, easily maintainable landscape. Not only do they perform landscaping services, they are able to reroute and configure irrigation systems to perform with better efficiency. You will not be disappointed! read more

If NO STARS was an option that's what this company would be getting. We used their service for a few years and as time progressed we received less and less "service", while less and less work was actually required. We have a front yard that didn't require a mowing, but a back yard with grass that did as well as bark dust beds that required maintenance to remove leaves. After we removed the grass from the back yard and laid out a gravel patio it really became apparent just how little work was being done. All that was now necessary was to clean the beds - and that wasn't even being done. We have maple trees that drop "helicopters". When my wife called to find out why the beds weren't being cleaned she was told "well, 5 minutes after we leave they'll be back, it's a waste of time" - that was their excuse for not cleaning the beds at all and it became the only maintenance that was required. The last time Creative showed up they were here for a grand total of seven minutes. My wife then called and gave them two weeks notice that we would no longer be requiring their services after a certain date. After giving Creative notice they no longer showed up. Since they required payment in advance and never offered a refund for the days they didn't even show up they took our money without performing any work. read more

I have been doing business with Creative Landcare for over 20 years. Robin and Gina have managed our landscaping for our home and office. Their employee's are very pleasant and reliable. They are always making suggestions on how to make things better with their newsletter about the weather and the different times in the year and what can make our lawn look the way we want it. I have been a customer since 2009. They are reliable and reasonably priced. I have an especially challenging backyard and get great advice from Robin on improvements that can be made. It gets rough through winter but they have it looking great by midsummer. read more
