New to the area and read great reviews for Creative Nail Spa so I made an appt. for a pedicure earlier today. When I arreived the girl behind the desk was less than friendly to the point I had to say hello after standing there for over a minute. She was staring at the appt. book so I was trying to give her 'space' but to not even acknowledge that I was standing there was sort of rude. But I totally would have overlooked that if my pedicure was even close to being decent. Sadly it was the worst one I ever had in my life (and I go often and tip well). The man who did my pedicure showed me the 'menu' of options so I chose the deluxe pedicure for $45. It was supposed to include cuticle care, a foot and leg massage and hot towels. Aside from the technician also being less than friendly (trust me I'm not looking to have a big conversation but a greeting would be nice), I question whether he even used clean tools. I never saw him open tools from the typical pouch after being disinfected. He just grabbed from a drawer and after using it on me, dipped it in the water and then threw everything back in the drawer. GROSS! He was more intersted in his phone and stopped on THREE occasions to check it and respond to whatever texts he was receiving. And one of the times he just got up in the middle of the pedicure and didn't return for over 5 minutes...presumably to use the bathroom?! Again, never said a word, no apology...nada. And again I probably would have overlooked this IF the pedicure was good. But when I tell you I was in and out of the chair in 30 minutes (for a deluxe pedicure) and that includes the time he wasn't even working on me. He barely touched my cuticles, slathered lotion on my legs but I could have gotten a better "massage" from a 5 yr. old. It was so lame. And since it was a bit dark in there and my eyes aren't great, I didn't notice until I left and was in the sunlight that even the polish job was TERRIBLE! He missed the edges of more than one toe and the ends aren't even polished at all. I can't believe I paid for such shawty work! And to top it off he told me to sit in the chair for 5 minutes and only reappeared to see if I had paid (via zelle) yet. Then loudly asked how much I added for tip so he could check to see if it went through. Talk about unprofessional! What a shame because I was really hoping this would be my go-to place for mani/pedis, since it's so close to home but I will never walk through those doors again. read more

Charged me 80 for this... i told her short pink french nail Set even showed her a picture of what i wanted and got this for 80 looks nothing like the picture and i specifically said short and the lady went on to charge me for long? i do not recommend for the price very upsetting tried to up charge for cleaning up.. Don't bother making an appointment. They don't honor it. Walk-ins are given preference. I arrived 10 minutes early for my mani-pedi appointment and three walk-ins came in after. I sat in the chair for 20 minutes, 10 minutes past my appointment time with no technician or updates on service. Yet I saw two of three walk-ins begin their pedicures before me. I made an appointment for a pedicure. I arrived with regular polish and a design on my toes. (that I had done at this salon) Before getting started I showed the nail tech a picture of a simple flower design and was clear on the service I wanted -she said she could do it. She was about to put top coat on my nails so I reminded her of the nail design. Now she changes her story and tells me she doesn't do nail designs. She then spoke to another woman. Told me the woman didn't want to do it because if she messed up it was too many steps to fix the polish. Then she told me they don't do designs on regular polish. I then told her that's not true. She just removed my regular nail polish that had a design that I had done at that very salon. She then ignored me. Told me to wait 15 mins, and then never returned. I could then see she started to work on another client. I then waived over I assume was the manager and told her a very short summary of what happened. She very quickly and easily put a design on my regular polish. This was a terrible experience. read more

I really enjoyed the person who did my nails, so it's a shame that the actual nails are poorly done. I got them done two weeks ago. A couple days later, clear coat was coming off. A week ago, I called and had them fixed. Another week after having them fixed, same issue. Clear coat coming off, dip is chipping and lifting from natural nail. I usually get 4+ weeks wear out of my dip from other nail salons I've gone to in the past. I've been getting dip powder for a year and I've never had my nails look this poor a month later, let alone two weeks. I paid $110 for dip nails and pedicure. read more

I was completely up front and honest with what I wanted from the beginning. If they couldn't do the design they should of told me and I would of chosen something else, no big deal. I've given this place try after try for designs... if you want something done special don't bother going here...only basic single colors. The lady who did my nails seemed to not know how to do the design when it came down to it and was asking the owners how to do the leopard. She attempted on one nail and I politely said I didn't like it. Tried again...I still didn't like it, then told me my nails were too short for a design. (What?! Lol) The owner came back over and said next time you come back ask for me and I will do the design for you.... I'm thinking in my head.... so you're going to let me walk out with an unfinished product. Yes they in fact did. I was clearly unhappy when I left, they never offered to change it. I never would of had multiple different colors if they couldn't of done the design. They say they can do designs but when it comes down to it... they don't know what they are doing. Walked in before 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Informed gentleman at the front counter I was looking to get a pedicure. He asked if I had an appointment which I replied I didn't (didn't seem it would be a problem as the sign at the front said walk ins welcome). He rudely nodded his head in a general direction and said "talk to that guy" didn't even bother to gesture to who. I asked to clarify who and he repeatedly did the same thing. I looked at a nail technician who kindly said it would be another 45 minutes. I probably would have waited had the greeting not been so adamantly rude. I walked out and won't be returning. read more

Two weeks in a row my dip French turned yellow.. I brought to the attention of the manager,Tai , who not only spoke down to me but was unwilling to redo the nails only buff out and apply new topcoat... probably one of the rudest people I've encountered in this industry..
