I always go there to get my nails and feet done. Tony is awesome; however, I was told I was picky when all I get is square-round nails, basic army nails with no color. I was also told that they get frustrated when i came in bc my nails lifted up within a week. I had no issues with paying for nails to get fixed. Tony will do a good job on your nails! you just gotta get on him at times when the job ain't so pretty. He may not be the best at designs either but he does the job for me, I have been going to him for two years while stationed in ga. We all know that during a pandemic you should appreciate us coming in, You guys can't make your customers that spend over 100!, tip you! It can be very insulting at times especially if the job was not a good one on that day. That's inappropriate. This place is great for walk-ins. A few other places in town were by appointment only, but I was able to walk in and get service relatively soon considering the crowd. It was all hands on deck, with someone working on my manicure while I was getting a pedicure, which I appreciated for the sake of time. My gel manicure and pedicure looked great. I was a walk in and they took me right away. It has spa pedicure chairs and they do waxing as well but it wasn't advertised. I saw about three girls get waxed but for whatever reason I wasn't ready to give up my arches to them...however these doing my nails did a really good job. I have been to several nail salons in Augusta and this is by far the best manicure and pedicure I've had. All the other salons fail to take good care of my cuticles, cut too much, did a poor job with polish application, etc. At Falcon Nails the careful attention to all details and the perfect polish application made my day. Got sns and said i wanted color 11A and he picks up 11b. When i tell him its a wrong color he says "this one prettier" when its a bright pink when the color i asked for was nude. Then ontop of it one of my nails has a HILL on it. They're cheap for a reason. read more

I had come into this nail salon with my friend and her baby . when we had first walked in we were greated rudely . me and my friend went to look at the color selection and she had agressively told us to sit down multiple times , when we had sat down and asked about the colors because we didn't get to look she said no i will bring to you . my friends baby was crying and she told us to take the baby outside ...also at the very end we ended up getting over charged as well. As far as how my nails looked.. they looked good, not gonna lie and will give credit where credit is do. BUT I called before I came in and asked how much GEL nail was on the real nail and asked if they did MILITARY discount and they said YES 10%. But when I went to pay they tried to charge 140 (granted it was me & my two sisters and my aunt) My sister and aunt got acrylics white tip (30) and my little sister got regular acrylics (25) and I got gel nail (20)... they assumed and tried to add 5$ for gel on all acrylics which was wrong they weren't getting that. Anyway they dropped the price to 110, because they tried to over pay for something we didn't get and when I asked for my military discount they said they didn't do it? Lol why lie? I could find another place that did it I wouldn't come if it didn't...? Awful customer service the man told this woman he didn't understand me on the phone when I asked that's why he said yes! Just took my mom out to get a pedicure, and had an awful experience. The manicurists were rude, demanding, and cursing while chatting amongst themselves. There was very little care put into their work, and I came out with paint on two toes, even though the manicurists' dagger-like thumbnail was constantly digging to the side of my nails to correct the paint job. They were very nice but screwed up my gel manicure. I had chosen a nice red color for my base and then the lady painted on some pretty snow flakes. Unfortunately, she used regular nail polish for the top coat - not the gel polish she was using before. She put my nails under the UV light with the regular polish top coat. It looked great. However that night, I realized that the top coat had cracked on all my nails and it is now chipping off. I paid $50 for a manicure that didn't even last a day. Very disappointing. read more

I was only visiting Augusta, but I'll make sure I don't need mani/pedi services when coming in town. They don't offer the tub covers, which I'm accustomed to. Tub covers help eliminate passing along germs and infections. Furthermore, they just weren't nice. The guy that did my pedi was not pleasant, not engaging, quite demanding, and just a lack of interpersonal skills. When getting such service, one is looking for an experience, relaxed environment. I was so ready to go. I passed on getting color on my toes. Never to return. read more
