Tried them a few months ago, the service was ok so I tried again because of the convenience of the location. Unfortunately second chances aren't meant for everyone. Now my pedicure was good. I can't remember the lady's name but she was black and the only one doing pedicures while I was there. But the nail technician was horrible! Didn't have time to ask her name. But if I remember correctly she is on the far right 3 rows back. She has no consultation skills, or knowledge of basic nail tech terms. I asked for opaque acrylic powder but she kept putting clear powder on my nails even though they had a whole wall of different color acrylic powders in the back. She then refused my service instead of trying to find a different color powder. It was not busy, nor was it a difficult request. I get the same short French tips every where I go, so I was so confused when she acted as if I was asking for something impossible. In my opinion she wanted a reason not to do MY nails. I came to this conclusion after also witnessing her trying to skip over me to service another women that came in after me. Had a very unwanted feeling while there. If I could leave negative 0 stars I would ! Saturday 12/18/21 I called around 12:30 pm to get an appointment for a pedicure, they scheduled me for 6pm. I arrived at 5:30 ( they close at 7pm) 6:45 rolls around and NOT ONE staff member approached me to do my pedicure !! I had to walk up to a staff member ( Dania ) and ask if anyone was going to be available before closing. she said she didn't know. I then approached the manager and told her this is extremely unprofessional. If no one was able to do my pedicure they shouldn't have scheduled me and offered to reschedule way before 15 mins until closing. No customer curtesy what do ever ! Walk-in for a pedicure after noticing this spot over the past year. Bright, clean, nice options, and really relaxing. Jessie did my pedicure and it was fantastic. I feel lighter (important!) and energized. Much overdue...I will be back sooner now that I've found this little gem. read more

I've been to this salon a couple of times and the service is always great; clean facility, nice interior design, friendly staff, amazing pedicures, and they are really good about replicating designs. But that's the thing I learned today, make sure if you have a design in mind, bring a photo reference. Today I requested emerald green with a gold moon and star design on the ring finger, and the technician didn't seem to understand my request despite me explaining multiple times. After a few back and forths, I ran out of energy and told her to do what she thought would look nice -- she decided on some lines and a few dots. The set doesn't look bad in the end, it's just a lot shorter than I wanted and isn't the design I went in dreaming of. So I suppose that's my lesson learned, next time I'll make sure to bring some reference photos. read more

I just tried to do a walk-in appointment and they just told me they have an appointment in 10 mins and wouldn't be able to take another appointment until 3 (it's 12pm) to make it worse there's only one another person in there, please don't have a walk-ins welcome on your door if appointments are my assure way of getting an appointment. read more

Kim is top notch and I love this place but you do need to make an appointment. And the service I receive is so good I certainly don't mind making an appointment to be sure I can get my nails done by Kim. read more

This place isn't welcoming to everyone!! I walk into the place as a walk-in. Immediately, I was told they couldn't service me because they didn't have any appointments available. She never offered to service me another day by making an appointment. I think it was the pigment of my skin that determined if an appointment was available. Hurtful and disappointed by the owner treatment!! read more
