Tristan worked on my toes and I asked for a flower but since I chose regular polish, he said he could only do it with gel. He accidentally nicked my big toe as he was putting on my flip flops so he redid that big toe. The TV was blaring an action movie the entire time so it wasn't a spa like environment. But it was only $35 & with tip was $42. And the chair worked & the temperature was ok. Mom said the bathroom was filthy so we will not return.

!! DO NOT get acrylics here !! They used illegal MMA and…read morecouldn't even make up for it by doing the design well. (Sorry, this is a long review.) I was a walk in, shop was clean enough, looked like they DIYed the walls. Almost like peel and stick wallpaper or something, kind of lifting and falling off, whatever. Employees were nice, no issues with them as people. They asked what I wanted, I told them I was there for acrylics and they told me to wait while they finished with the people they had. Waiting chairs were SO small. I wait for maybe 30 minutes and then they tell me to sit at one of the little desks. I asked if they could do a design, showed them a picture. He asked the lady next to him, who said she could do it. He started prepping my nails - the filing hurt, scraped the hell out of my fingers with aggressive filing. My fingers and cuticles were raw and burned for days. Used the wrong size tips for my nails and filed into the sidewalls of my natural nail to make my nails look "skinnier" and hide the fact that the tips were too small. Some nail tips were applied crooked and then filed into almond so you couldn't tell, unless you looked from the side, then one side of the nail was lower than the other and all curved when it should've been straight. I ignored it because most people wouldn't notice, just I'd know and it would only bother me a little. The acrylic application was okay (minus the MMA usage). I have thin nails so thicker acrylic application makes my nails burn like hell. That was fine, I just asked him to spray some alcohol, and he did. I mentioned that it was likely because my nails were so thin and he kind of acted like I was accusing him of doing that.. "No, no, it's random it happens to a lot of people." I'm like whatever, dumb people probably do think it's his fault sometimes. My bad. He finishes the acrylic, some nails were crooked, thicker than others. Once again filing aggressively and into my sidewalls. I probably had the most obvious grimace of pain the whole time. Didn't even bother to clean up the extra acrylic on the bottom of the nails. Then the lady started on the design she said she could do. Looked similar enough to the picture I showed.. Used the wrong kind of gems. Iridescent instead of clear, and giant ones instead of small ones. She kept telling me to take my hand out of the lamp before the timer was up so she could work faster. Put an ungodly amount of rhinestone glue for each little gem.. they were swimming in half cured glue. 3D flower looked okay. The nails were supposed to have silver and white lines and dots, she only did the silver. It ended up being about $115 for the set and I tipped the guy and lady both $20 because I'm nice, even though I wasn't pleased. From far away the nails were cute.. until you actually looked at them. As soon as I got home I had to file off the excess acrylic under the nails myself. After a few days the ridiculous amount of gemstone glue that was half cured started staining, since I'm a server sometimes when I clean tables off I get food on my hands. It was impossible to get my nails looking clean when they were staining from everything. I scrub my nails with a brush when I wash my hands, and they still looked disgusting due to the stains. Overall a $150 set of nails that I kept for a week and then filed off the design and painted my own french because I was sick of the ugly attempt and the stains. Then it came time for removal. I was going to a new nail tech and she doesn't do soak offs, so since I used to do nails I just did it myself. I soaked my nails in 100% acetone for 2 hours. The acrylic barely came off, slimy and sticky and hardened again immediately after leaving the bowl of acetone. I scraped for hours. Removal was next to impossible. This is not what EMA removal should look or feel like. I ended up having to rip some of the nails off, and use my nail drill to file off what I couldn't lift off. It took hours. There were still pieces of the nails stuck on my fingers for days until I wore it down enough to pull it all off. Overall a horrible experience. Will never be returning. Traumatized and afraid every time I soak off my nails now. Thankfully my new nail tech uses EMA, like a respectable nail artist should.

The shop was sparkling with the newest renovations. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who offered me something to drink. Since I made a reservation, I was taken within 5 minutes which gave me the opportunity to select my nail color. June is the best nail tech! It truly was a very pleasant experience. If you had been here before, please note is under new management. The owners are very conscious of customer's needs and aim to please. It is a totally different experience than what I read in the reviews. I would recommend Elite Nails, especially if you had a negative experience. You will find yourself pleased at the change.
