On the day of the appointment, my daughter let the technician in and I immediately found him to be polite, professional, and naturally friendly to my dog. I was instantly put at ease. Having never had to use a pest service, I was concerned about who would be going through my house and this poor soul had to crawl and climb all over a completely turned upside-down house, on a hot July day. Every step of the way he was a bevy of information and empathy. I was quite comfortable having him move about my house without me, he earned my complete trust. He set some bait and traps and had immediate results the evening after the first visit. He returned 2 weeks later to clear the traps (3 kills!) and seal up the outside. Bra-Wey came out the very next day and was incredibly punctual. Within just 5 minutes, Bob identified that the wasp nest was likely hidden beneath some boulders and sprayed the areas where the wasps were likely hiding. He was excellent with communication, explaining to me to keep my dog away from the area and that he inserted some warning yellow flags in the ground to warn about the sprayed area.
