Thought a raccoon had gotten into the attic. First one I called was charging $1800 and never went in the attic. Expert Wildlife came, went in the attic and said there was no raccoon. The raccoon had worked on trying to dig her way in but after 1 1/2 hours of noise, she gave up, charge for checking $225. Seth came when he said he would and told the truth. If I could give these guys/company 10 stars I would! I contacted EWR to come see if they could figure out "what exactly is in my attic make a lot of noise at night". Not only did they come to my house within a matter of a few days. They diagnosed the problem very quickly, (flying squirrels). They said they would send me a proposal by the end of the day with a plan to correct and eliminate the problem. The proposal was in my email inbox a few hours later. They said they would try to come over the next day- it was going to be a high of 20 degrees without the windchill, so they might have to wait To do the work. Nope, they were at my door, with a smile, all bundled up and ready to work by 10:30. Despite the freezing cold temperatures and the many roof line access points they had to fix and secure, they finished that day! We are now just past the 1 week point and the night time silence is music to my family's and my ears, the flying squires are back to flying trough the trees, not my attic! THANK YOU EWR! I contacted Joe after I encountered pests in my attic and wall space. After a thorough inspection of the house, it was determined that one of the attic vents had been ripped open. An inspection of the attic found the footprints of both a raccoon and a squirrel. After several days of patient watching, momma raccoon was seen entering the attic and heading to her litter. Several days later, the raccoon was trapped in a cage as she tried to leave the house. His crew then scoured the attic area and found her litter, removing them successfully. I awoke on a Saturday morning to scratching inside my enclosed fireplace. Some critter was trapped and desperate to get out. I called several places, and Expert Wildlife returned my call right away. In a short period of time, Phil was at my house checking all possible avenues of critter entry before heading up a ladder to inspect the chimney. He detected squirrel tracks and the source of entry. Phil had to drill a small hole in my fairly new fireplace surround, but he made minimal damage. He installed an ingenious cage that the squirrel could enter but not retreat. Phil insisted I call his cell number - even in the middle of the night - when my little squirrel friend emerged, but I was easily able to remove the cage and release him/her outside later the next day. Phil also installed a stainless steel screen around my chimney cap so it will never happen again! read more

Very professional. They got back to me right away, and came to inspect that afternoon. They took care of the squirrels in the attic, put up deterrents for the woodpeckers, and got rid of the birds nesting in vents. All very reasonably priced. read more
