They suggested I contact Baystate wildlife to conduct a thorough inspection of my house to see if we could identify where the bat might have gotten in and whether or not there anymore in the house. Would not Recommend. Called to have 3 racoons removed from our chimney, quoted a total of 675$ for the full job by Dale. Crew showed up 8 hours late looking to remove a squirrel. They eventually got the job done after 2 days and complete all the work. We receive two bills from Baystate a week later, one bill for one day the crew was here for 675$, then a second bill for the second day the crew was here for 1050$. Called Dale. He says the first bill for 675$ is a mistake, He says the 675$ is the initial charge and the additional 375$ is for a 2 year warranty, which he mentioned in the initial call, but not for an additional cost. Saw some other reviews mentioning surprise additional costs showing up like this. Be sure to call and dispute and undisclosed additional charges you did not agree to. Very shady business practices, would suggest you call a wildlife rescue and ask for contractors they recommend. read more

Kevin and his crew very professionally and quickly determined that the animals had not gained access to the attic then installed excluders to allow the animals to leave. The team came back couple of days later to install wire mesh that prevents animals from returning. Are they a scam? This company advertises heavily on search engines under MULTIPLE websites (Narragansett Wildlife Removal, Rhode Island Wildlife Removal, Professional Wildlife Removal, aaanimalcontrol) all of which state they service Rhode Island and have you call into a call center. The call center confirms the same service area as the websites and takes your info down to get you 'a quote'. All these go to Baystate Wildlife Management who then text back they don't service Rhode Island and they have no control over it. Are you kidding? Do not use a company with such duplicitous marketing techniques, or they are just that incompetetant. read more

Excellent! 8 pm Saturday night I caught a mouse next to my kitchen sink but it was still alive. Before I could get to it the mouse went under the sink dragging the trap along with it. The space under the sink is only 4 inches high and goes back at least 3 to 4 feet. Because of my age I am no longer able to access that area. I called Baystate on Sunday morning after my current pest control company failed to call back. Alex called me back within 2 hours and listened very patiently while I explained my problem. His son Travis was here within the hour. He spent a significant amount of time face down on the floor under the sink retrieving the trap and making sure that there was no body left to stink up my kitchen. He then did a quick inspection of the basement and outside the kitchen and made some suggestions for stopping access. He was polite, courteous and very thorough.
