Sorry but the service is the worst I've ever had! They take days to return your call. Sometimes they don't return your call at all. Sherry is nice but One of them is the worse! Don't take your babies here. You probably can't get a return call anyway. There are much better places out there and they do a much better job. Customer service can be priceless especially when it comes to our fur babies. After posting my review I received a threatening message from someone connected to this company. I have been coming to Creature Comfort for many years now. In response to the VERY negative reviews: (1) I have had the frustrating issue of not being able to get a call-back: it drove me crazy--this is a problem, especially for new customers; definitely not an excuse, but I know they're super busy with existing/regular customers. Now, when I pick up Daisy and Lucy, I make the appointment for the next time. I also text Cheri, which seems to get a faster response. (2) Occasionally, I think they are over-booked, and the grooming is not up to their usual standard, but communication is key, so look over your pet carefully BEFORE leaving, so Cheri can hopefully fix it. (3) I often ask Cheri to trim closely around the eyes and other places, which unfortunately can cause temporary irritation. But the build-up of eye/other gunk is easier to contain between visits. But, most important, Cheri's love and care for her little "clients" is amazing: she always delivers above and beyond. She knows and shares so much of her knowledge about dogs, always giving me helpful tips. If you've been disappointed with Creature Comfort before, I hope my review will encourage you to come back and try again. read more

I didn't want to be one of those few people who wrote a negative review about this place, but the more I look at my little girl the angrier i become. I don't know how they have such great reviews? Maybe I just got unlucky with them but they practically ruined my dog. When I first picked her up, i immediately noticed that She was almost completely shaved down. Mind you, I had specifically asked for her to receive a teddy bear cut, with a round face. I showed the lady a picture of her previous cut, and she said they could do that no problem. When I picked her up, she looked NOWHERE like what I had requested. But when I came home and examined her, I realized on top of the fact that all her hair was gone, but she had CUTS on her face. AND not only cuts, but they shaved her UNEVENLY. I am livid. I Always go to Desired Styles but due to the COVID virus, everywhere has been closed down. Unfortunately that's were the only place still open and I thought, well yelp users seem to love them so I thought I'd give them a chance. Please tell me...how the hell people are giving them 4/5 stars when they do this kind of work??? read more

Sheila and Sherry, you are the best. I just moved here from Covina and I thought I had a good groomer. This place is the best. Minutes from my house, it took me an hour to find even using GPS. Their shop is behind several industrial buildings on Indiana and Harrison. I have a Papillon terrier they immediately identified and knew how to groom. My dog looked like new when they finished with her. I can say they love dogs and their prices are so reasonable. My dog, Snowy came how so well groomed with ribbons in her hair and smelling so sweet, I carried her to the house to show her off. She is the queen of the household now. Thank you Sheila and Sherry. I want to say that I have used other groomers before I found this place years ago! They don't come close to CC shop! Everyone I have referred to them, loves them too! I will NEVER take my babies anywhere else again! When I see a complaint about the phones not being answered it kind of makes me sad. There are only two groomers! Please, do not answer my call when you are in the middle of grooming! I appreciate knowing that my dogs aren't left in a bathtub or on a grooming table to answer a phone call! If someone would rather get their calls answered everytime then take them elsewhere and then I can hear about the dogs that die at those "other places". These ladies know my dogs, their personalities, and any issues! They both have found things that I have missed and have helped get me to the best products and doctors for my babies!
