Please do not take your baby here. I got my pup back and he was completely bald when we asked for a sanitary trim. It looked like she just did a straight line with no blending. It took months for his coat to grow back normally. We also noticed when picking him up he was EXTREMELY anxious and seemed traumatized. He also had some poo in his coat, which should not be happening when we are paying for him to be bathed and trimmed. (and no it was not there before, he keep our dogs very clean). It seemed like he was put in a dirty kennel with poop or sat in his own and wasn't properly watched, either way unacceptable. We have been taking him to Grooming Tailz over by tyler mall ever since and he LOVES them. His tail starts wagging the second he sees the owners. please avoid at all costs. read more

This was my first time at this doggy salon, and my experience was absolutely amazing. They did such a great job on my husky who had a few matted areas and prices were so affordable I decided to add a dye job on her ears and tail. She looks so beautiful and she looks so happy. I also had my Frenchie groomed, which was her first time and she came out smelling amazing if you know, Frenchies they can be such characters. I have been coming here for a little over a year and they've always done a great job!. But yesterday was the worst experience I've ever had there.. I have a Siberian Husky and my appointment was at 1:30 pm and they told me that it should take between 3-4 hours. So after the 4th hour I call to check on my dog and they told me they haven't started working on him so I told them to forget about it and I'll go pick him up instead!.. Once I got there I spoke to the manager and she said " I told you it would take 3-4 hours and possibly longer, you're just not patient enough"!.. Not only was that not true and I didn't want to make a scene when I got home my dog was very dehydrated and he drank more water than I have ever seen! read more

I have been bringing my samoyed here religiously for around a year now and never had any issues. Due to the lack of communication by one of their newer workers, they completely shaved my dog without formal communication to my family and I. While I understand cutting tangles and matting out, the staff did not thoroughly communicate they would shave my dog completely and we were completely horrified when we picked up my dog. I'm completely heartbroken at the state of my dog, and my dog's beautiful coat will not be able to grow back for at least 6 months to 1 year if it even grows back the same due to her breed. One star. Careless people there. I chose this place because of the somewhat good reviews. I should've looked at the bad ones first !! I brought my puppy home from getting a $35 wash. Everything seemed to be fine but then I noticed he started acting really weird and was unable to walk on his back leg ... I thought maybe they cut his nails too short on that foot and it was hurting him. It only continued to get worse. It's been a week now and he cries everytime I pick him up. It's his whole bag leg from the hip area down that is bothering him. They must have used force or something because it certainly didn't happen here at home. he's only 6 months and sleeps 70% of the day and I work from home so I would know if it was anything to happen here. And it happened after that day at the groomers ! I'm so upset because I've been waited for a call from the owner and ...nothing ... so careless. Since it's been over a week I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow and if they tell me anything is seriously wrong with my dog I'm going back up to that horrific establishment and they will feel the rage. Make sure you filter the reviews and look at the bad ones because there's similar reviews to mine ! Weird stuff going on at that place I wouldn't trust them Also they told me to drop him off at 12:30 and I didn't pick him up until almost 4:30! My poor puppy was stuck in the kennel the whole time with other screaming dogs. I called at 3:30pm to see if they were almost done and they said they didn't get to him yet ... Then they Called back at 4pm to say he was done. So if it was only 30 minutes to wash him what is the point to keep him in a kennel the whole time and sacrifice the whole day ? I'm very disappointed with their service,. I took my dog in. He is a medium size poodle. on there sheet it says $60 They ask you what type of haircut and I asked for something very basic. I told her I wanted a clean face instead of a teddy bear and they charged me $12 extra. if you want a different length on the it's an extra fee. Used to love this place, but last visit someone used the clippers on my yorkipoo and gouged him right under his neck so bad that it left a welt on his skin and it was very sensitive to him for 2 weeks. They must have realized that they did this, but rather than show me and apologise, and not charge for the trim, they said nothing, perhaps hoping that I wouldn't notice. And both my dogs, when returning that day, were frantically itching and scratching, and I just thought that they had not washed the shampoo off them very well, until a flea jumped off one of them onto my arm. They didn't have fleas before I brought them in! Never going back there. Lesson learned: Carefully check your pets after a grooming. read more
