UPDATE: SHE called me after i posted this review offered free boarding if i took it off and when i told her im not told me to Fuck off. So as you can see back on the 30th I asked her about boarding. She said yes and asked bout my dog then told me "I'll put you on my books" flash forward to today I called her to confirm for her to tell me it was my responsibility to call her that day to confirm and that I can't just msg her asking for the address and give her a drop off time. She doesn't have the spot open and because her clients always make this mistake she is no longer boarding at her family's. Well as u can see from the pictures there is nothing from her afterwards saying anything about calling her in person. If u tell me ull put my dog on the books I expect you put my dog on the books.

Jenn took my scraggly, matted and dirty dog who no one would groom and just transformed her. Luna got a fresh start and Jenn made it happen with minimal fuss. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Really grateful she took a chance on Luna. I had been trying groomers in the area for months, but no one was taking clients or had me out waiting for weeks or months! Really admire her for growing her business and I just see an absolute boom of clients and great things in her future! Would absolutely recommend Jenn's services to anyone!

I was referred to Jenn by a few community members in Redlands. It was the first time for our 2 year old male cat so we were pretty nervous. Jenn was responsive, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. Toby was fresh, clean happy and definitely tired. He rested the whole way home Jenn currently is running this business on her own and is doing a damn good job. She is so hardworking and super friendly She gave us honest and necessary recommendations for our kitty and we absolutely took them to heart. I highly recommend Jenn's Tail Wagging pet care. Her prices are amazing! So that was a bonus! My husband and I will continue to take our pets to her!

Jennifer is a Godsent. Our 2 boys are sweet but grooming them has been fighting tooth and nail. They're rescues and we speculate they had some major trauma in their past that makes them very uneasy to groom. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, patient and flexible. Her goal is to make your fur babies clean & happy. Will be taking our fur babies here going forward. Trust Jennifer with your fur kids you won't regret it

I was looking for a groomer asap after my dog ran away from the sitters for 2 days. Jenn got her in the very next day. I told Jenn she was experiencing some trauma (but didn't explain why) and she was very patient and careful with her. When I picked her up, I let Jenn know she was found on the freeway the day prior and she gave me some great tips since this is our first pup. She has been open to answer questions since her appointment. We definitely will be back as Jenn is now Cookie's new groomer.

I'm new to the area and needed a groomer ASAP. No one had any availability. Sent a yelp msg to Jen and she had an appointment for both of my dogs for that same weekend. I sent my husband to drop my pups off and she understood perfectly what my pups needed. They came back so adorable.

We're new to Beaumont, needed a good groomer, my husband happened to park next to Jenn at Stater Bros, an answer to prayer She got Teddy in right away and we're so happy! He looks and smells great! He was very happy not at all anxious. He even had a foxtail embedded in his leg which we didn't know about and Jenn took care of it. We will definitely be bringing Teddy back in the future and recommending Jenn to everyone

Nails short too so she doesn't scratch herself. 10/10

I was called and told one of my dogs ears was matted and they had to shave the entire ear to the skin. I told them, "no, I didn't want my dog's ears without any hair. The manager became extremely angry and argumentative. At one point I said leave the ears alone and I would do them. I received more arguing back at me. I also said then use the clippers to remove the matted part and do the best you can. I was called back rudely another time that I would have to sign a waiver about my dog's ears. I tried to pick my dogs up at the three hour mark and they had not even been trimmed properly yet and I was told if I picked up the dogs then, I would have to pay for the entire bill. I left my poor dogs there as I had an appointment. When I returned to pick them up the groomer was rude and over the top argumentative and said I was not allowed to bring my dogs back even after I apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. They continued to display such a shameful attitude and stance with me just because I declined to have the groomer use the clipper on the entire ear. What happened to kindness and the business motto "The customer is always right"? If they treat me like this is a "critical parent fashion", how do they treat my dogs??? There is no way to see how dogs are being treated around the corner as when they groom the dogs it is completely out of view. One of my dogs was literally shaking when we arrived home. The shaking lasted some time. As it was, they charged me $15 extra to comb out my dog's matted ear. Couldn't they have given me that option up front? It would have been so much more kinder and everyone could have left happy and content including my dogs!!! After arrived home for several days, my dogs cry when I pick them up from sore ribs. How horribly sad and indicates they were mishandled, too!

This was such a cool place, I have a short haired rat terrier that I usually groom at home but her…read morenails grow very fast and curl due to her breed and if I don't get ahead of it tje curling comes too close to her paw pads and I need to seek professional help. I saw they did services such as this and I was impressed. The lady in the front totally took initiative and grabbed my nervous foggy and trimmer her nails so fast as I distracted my dog. She then took her to express her glands and I was in and out in less than five minutes. Love it will be back!

We've called other salons closer to home, but their prices are much higher, and the quality and service here keep us coming back. In all our visits, we've never experienced any rudeness or negativity quite the opposite. The staff has always been professional and welcoming. As for the cancellation fee some people mention, it's important to be realistic appointments here take hours, and that's valuable time set aside specifically for you. It's completely fair for a business to protect that time. We personally do our best not to cancel, but when something unavoidable comes up, we understand and respect their policy. I've been coming to Pawlish Paws for over 15 years, and they have always provided good service…read moreuntil I brought my Bernadoodle in for grooming. My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

Back to my last review, no, there was not a mixup. The cleaners actually called the owners or…read morewhoever runs this place, in front of me, and were told to STILL not let me in. Also, the vending machine constantly goes out and the price for the shampoos and conditioners are ridiculously high for the small bottles that are provided inside. The shampoo and conditioner that comes out from the hose mixed in with the water is very minimal so almost pointless. The water went out on one of the washers after these two girls came in to wash their husky... not sure if it was them that messed it up or just the machine in general, but this isn't the first time it's stopped working. What if we were one time customers and paid the price and the water wasn't working but the time was still going down and we were charged ?? Apparently there was "no one here" since no one answered the door with the numerous times we knocked and no one answered the phone neither... there's always someone here on random days that I come in, so now all of a sudden it's empty in the back. Do better. Let me add that the only reason I come here is because of the amount of dogs I have, it's cheaper to bathe them myself and pay the monthly fee, than to pay over $100 at a groomers per dog, still though not even the monthly fee is very cheap when you have multiple dogs.
