    We always have such a great experience here! I bring all 3 of my dogs at the same time. They always have a good amount of staff, everyone is very friendly, and they are very prompt. I appreciate everyone who works here and treats my dogs like their own. I know when I pick them up, they are always going to look great! I would highly recommend this place for any grooming or treats

    I brought my 8month old Aussie doodle in and told them I wanted his face and body to stay fluffy just give him a trim. $159 later he comes out with a choppy shaved face and body. Nothing like the photo I showed them or what I told them to do. I don't recommend this place.

    My pups looked great! They seemed happy. They were Groomed in a reasonable amount of time, friendly staff would highly recommend.

    Stevie was AMAZING with my two kiddos! Blooper & Lilly arrived stinky, fluffy, and with long nails, but thankfully after Stevie's patience, hard-work, and attention to detail, both kiddos look perfect and smell SO clean! Blooper (white dog) has some anxiety, socializing issues, and wiry fur which was growing unevenly due to our previous groomer; but Stevie was able to shave Blooper down to the perfect length and even everything out. She even got Blooper's face trimming so beautifully so she can see again! Lilly (brown dog) has long nails that grow out quickly. Stevie was able to cut Lilly's nails to the perfect length and even trim her facial hair beautifully too! When I returned to pick up Lilly & Blooper, they were calm, happy, and excited to go home! Our overall experience was comfortable, easy, affordable, and we had great communication throughout the whole process

    My dog always looks happy and smells good after coming here. They have been helping me groom my dog since I adopted him, and the cute bandanas around his neck as he runs up to me in excitement always make my day. Although the haircuts vary quite a bit depending on who cuts him even though I request relatively similar haircuts, they all had their own charm. They are also able to get him super white compared to what I can do at home with my standard dog shampoos. Also, not sure how they get him to smell good for weeks since the shampoos I use only last a few days before he starts smelling like grass.

    I don't even know where to begin... the disappointment is beyond words. After years of taking our furbabes to Cassidy and being completely loyal to Pawlished Paws we will no longer be back bc of the way we've been treated by Heather the owner. I cancelled 24 hours per their policy and was completely shamed by Heather, please know I understand that our groomer blocks out a certain amount of time so I make good effort to never cancel unless absolutely necessary however I shouldn't have an issue about having to cancel within the allotted time frame. I've never had a problem with any of the other girls at the salon they are all great. This truly unfortunate as our babies loved and adored Cassidy. The emotional stress Heather's has caused our babies is devastating. Having to find a new groomer because her ego couldn't handle a direct response to her tactics and manipulation. I offered to pay the late cancellation fee Heather and you said No, to be clear I rarely cancel any of my appointments. Please take accountability for your attempt to manipulate the situation.

    pretty bad place. my chocolate lab dog just came out hurt from her eye from this place. i am calling all the clients that have been suffering from the negligence from the groomers fron this organization.. i know i am not the only want, they do not even want to be responsible for there actions and bad practice, avoiding questions and what cause the damage to my pet, twisting the conversation, my dog went in perfect conditions and now she is getting treated for the aggressive treatment from this organization. the groomer janie s., almost make my dog loose her eye, i am taking all the actions needed agains this place and i am calling everyone that has been affected by lack of practice and mistreatment of their animals. please contact me at 909-330-8053 for more info.     I called the grooming salon today to book an appointment and also ask why it takes from 9am-5pm to groom my 8-pound Maltese. I believe it was Heather who answered the phone, and she was very unpleasant. Honestly, a customer service class might be helpful. She claimed my dog is "aggressive," but in reality, my dog has anxiety which is understandable in a salon filled with large dogs, cats, and constant loud noises. I even give her animal CBD to calm her nerves, since she's there all day. If my dog is supposedly so aggressive, why would the salon continue servicing her? And why put a groomer at risk, if that's really the case? That doesn't make sense. On top of that, it has never taken this long to groom her before. For years, her appointments were reasonable, so why all of a sudden does it take eight hours? While I was trying to have a conversation, Heather was talking to the groomers in the background, trying to validate her points. First, she said no dog stays longer than four hours, but then quickly changed her story, saying dogs with color treatments can take six or more. Meanwhile, my dog has been here for seven years, and yet she still spends an entire day at this salon. What makes this worse is that I no longer live in the area, but I was still willing to continue coming here out of loyalty and what I thought was a good rapport. My commute during rush hour is a total of three hours round trip and yet, after all that, we get treated like we're invisible and always serviced last. Heather saying "what are you getting at?" You charged way too much to have such a trashy attitude. I expect this from places like Petco not places where I am paying over $100+ tip. Heather hung up on me, telling me "have a nice day," then actually called me back I'm guessing not to resolve anything, but to argue. After that, she sent me a follow-up text trying to explain herself, but by then I had no interest. I've decided I will never return and will be advising my friends not to either. Professionalism is at an all-time low. Focus on grooming the dogs properly instead of constantly worrying about dyeing your own hair. Oh and NO NEED TO REPLY GERALD ... GOOD DAY SIR

    Update Please Read On June 20th our precious little boy passed away. Like I said before if you love your fur babies, do NOT bring them here. The manager has not returned my texts. As you can see the owner hasn't even responded to what happened. They don't care about your pets, they're just a business who cares about making money.

    $100+ to scalp my dog. This was a two hour butcher job. Absolutely NOOOOO time taken to take care gently of any mat at all. I could have shaved all of the hair off myself for FREE. Terrible job! Neeeeever again. BEWARE.

    no, I'm so sorry, we provide grooming services, a pet bakery, and premium pet foods and supplies.

    No, however, all the groomers are GREAT

    How much do you charge for a German shepherd?

    Hi.. a large shepard probably starts at $95

    My pup doesn't enjoy grooming , especially legs and paws. PetSmart attempted and literally came hone looking like a clown . Her Yelp is horrible . Do you groom drama queens?

    Yes...we groom so many doodles, we love our doodle clients. Miss Lauren is our doodle specialist.

    We don't take orders, but you can be called when our cakes come in fresh from our doggie bakery.

    Yes...we love Aussies. You will often see Hemi the Aussie around our store. He belongs to one of our groomers and spends a lot of time at Pawlished Paws.

    Sorry...we are not mobile. Yes we groom cats. Prices are between $95 and $105

    Is this business senior dog friendly, I have a 16 year old chihuahua mix and he is my fragile baby?

    Yes we do seniors. Janie is particularly amazing with our seniors, however, I like my clients to know that our salon is super busy and some nervous, anxious dogs will do better in a mobile or small salon, where the noises they hear pertain to them.

    Hi, I have a 5 month old maltipoo mixed with havanese. I would like to het a quote on how much would a full grooming service be for him? And does that include the hair cut?

    Manager and groomer both talked down and rudely in an argumentative fashion with me and kept my…read moretwo small dogs an entire 5 hours without warning me up front how long it would be and without allowing them to go potty. I was called and told one of my dogs ears was matted and they had to shave the entire ear to the skin. I told them, "no, I didn't want my dog's ears without any hair. The manager became extremely angry and argumentative. At one point I said leave the ears alone and I would do them. I received more arguing back at me. I also said then use the clippers to remove the matted part and do the best you can. I was called back rudely another time that I would have to sign a waiver about my dog's ears. I tried to pick my dogs up at the three hour mark and they had not even been trimmed properly yet and I was told if I picked up the dogs then, I would have to pay for the entire bill. I left my poor dogs there as I had an appointment. When I returned to pick them up the groomer was rude and over the top argumentative and said I was not allowed to bring my dogs back even after I apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. They continued to display such a shameful attitude and stance with me just because I declined to have the groomer use the clipper on the entire ear. What happened to kindness and the business motto "The customer is always right"? If they treat me like this is a "critical parent fashion", how do they treat my dogs??? There is no way to see how dogs are being treated around the corner as when they groom the dogs it is completely out of view. One of my dogs was literally shaking when we arrived home. The shaking lasted some time. As it was, they charged me $15 extra to comb out my dog's matted ear. Couldn't they have given me that option up front? It would have been so much more kinder and everyone could have left happy and content including my dogs!!! After arrived home for several days, my dogs cry when I pick them up from sore ribs. How horribly sad and indicates they were mishandled, too!

    We took our puppy to the groomers for the first time. And I must have called/emailed about 10…read moredifferent groomers before I decided to take her here... First off...I received a response almost immediately... It didn't feel like it's was completely a cut and paste answer... She actually took the time to offer what she can do..the haircut length and was genuinely interested and excited to meet our little tiny terror... That made me feel comfortable leaving her with them considering we have never taken her to the groomers before and my other two dogs are night and day..one loves the groomers... The other one is a poster child for the worst pup ever at a groomers. So we dropped her off.. and came back a few hours later.. only to hear how wonderful and good she was..and she looked so precious and clean and happy... Based on that alone. We would come back for sure.. The only thing I probably would say is.. it's a bit pricey. They have rewards programs and discounts. But $52 feels a bit much when we are accostomed to paying 30-40 for the other two that are 25+ lbs and she's about 5lbs ... either way.. it was worth the trip and they were amazing with her.     Back to my last review, no, there was not a mixup. The cleaners actually called the owners or…read morewhoever runs this place, in front of me, and were told to STILL not let me in. Also, the vending machine constantly goes out and the price for the shampoos and conditioners are ridiculously high for the small bottles that are provided inside. The shampoo and conditioner that comes out from the hose mixed in with the water is very minimal so almost pointless. The water went out on one of the washers after these two girls came in to wash their husky... not sure if it was them that messed it up or just the machine in general, but this isn't the first time it's stopped working. What if we were one time customers and paid the price and the water wasn't working but the time was still going down and we were charged ?? Apparently there was "no one here" since no one answered the door with the numerous times we knocked and no one answered the phone neither... there's always someone here on random days that I come in, so now all of a sudden it's empty in the back. Do better. Let me add that the only reason I come here is because of the amount of dogs I have, it's cheaper to bathe them myself and pay the monthly fee, than to pay over $100 at a groomers per dog, still though not even the monthly fee is very cheap when you have multiple dogs.
