My partner has a rule of no shoes in the home, and when setting up the appointment asked if they…read morewould have booties, or if she should go out and buy booties to provide to whoever showed up for the appointment. She was assured that everyone carries booties, so it would be no problem to honor the request. When the service guy showed up, he didn't have booties. He agreed to take his boots off to take the initial look, but said he would need to wear his boots to continue the work. My partner requested he wear booties, and he pushed back, questioning the logic of the request. My partner was polite when she reiterated her request that booties be worn over his boots. He went back to his van to call his office, and the, he opted not to continue with the appointment and suggested she go to someone else to do the work because he could not be bothered to honor the request to wear booties over his work boots. Bottom line: When setting up the appointment, my partner requested whoever did the work wear booties over their shoes. This is not an outrageous request. To then be told go get someone else to do the work for something that was arranged WHEN the appointment was made? Seems like a bad business model, and quite disrespectful to the customer.

Michael is a high integrity, true professional. He called me back within 90 minutes. Then, within…read moremoments of arrival, he quickly found the 2 screws that had fallen out of tenant's pocket and wedged into back of clothes dryer...which were causing the squealing noise. But, did he stop at that? No, not this professional. Since he was already there and having to charge me for the call, he proceeded to spend a full hour completing taking apart the dryer, lubing every part, cleaning out any lint from the back, unplugging, disengaging and re-engaging the unit and checking it again at every step of the way. Now you know the way a man of his word who earns each of those 5 stars operates. Touche, Michael! May you live long and prosper!

Our Kenmore washer wasn't working and showed a problem code on the display. Using the manual I…read moretried the recommended maintenance to no avail. Called Mike and explained the problem. He not only knew what was wrong but showed up with the part the washer needed in hand. You don't get that kind of service technician unless they have experience! Mike showed up earlier than promised and even let me watch as he replaced the part and didn't even charge extra, LOL. Washer is back up and running! Call Mike, you won't be disappointed.
