I could not be happier with the great customer service I received. In this case, I don't think a small business owner would have been able to afford to buy an entire unit to use one part. This is why I waited 3-4 years before calling a pro to take a look at my mini split that has been leaking refrigerant. My handyman has tried & failed to find the issue for years. I would've been so much better off if I had called Alpha sooner. If I would've called them the first time I had an issue I would've saved hundreds of dollars. Jason, from Alpha came out today & looked at my ductless heat pump. He brought out his handy (& expensive) leak detector and quickly zeroed in on the leak, which was around the outside connection point. He just needed to tighten it and add more refrigerant. The leak detector verified the issue was remedied. He also took a quick look inside my other heat pump before leaving, to make sure that a common grounding defect of that make was fixed, it was. It's so rare & so refreshing to have a real pro that knows his trade so well. I will certainly call Alpha Heating the next time I have an issue!
