She does not tell the truth, we have a security system that monitors when the door is opened and closed, our cat needs to frequent visits minimum of 2 per day and she did not do this. She stated she did. Our cat only drinks from the water faucet. She left the water running and closed the shades, we were quite upset to discover she had only visited once. NEVER USE HER, she is deceptive and does not truly care for your pet. She is not truly caring for your pet and she is quick in and out. She always is SICK!!! Creature Comforts Pet Care did an excellent job pet/house sitting for us while we were in Mexico for two weeks in November 2013. Shalini cared for our two Jack Russell Terriers, two fish, and two frogs, she picked up the mail every day, and generally provided a "somebody's home" presence in our house throughout our time away. We also assigned her to do "leftover patrol", eating and or otherwise disposing of perishable food, particularly produce that was in the fridge. In years past, we've returned from vacations with science experiments growing in our fridge and more recently have thrown out good food knowing we'd return far too late for it to still be edible. This time, nothing was wasted and we arrived home to a clean, fresh fridge. We were able to iMessage with her on a daily basis and she posted pictures of our happy doggies on her Instagram account for us to see. She walked the dogs, brushed their teeth, and did the pooper-scooping in the back yard. Shalini stayed in the guest room and had already laundered her bedding and towels. She also vacuumed the house so it was pet hair free. Most of all, though, she gave our dogs lots of daily loving - frankly, I'm not sure they missed us much during those two weeks - and all for less than the price of dog boarding at any of the local cage-free businesses. And we didn't have to arrange or pay extra days for their restrictive drop off & pick up times. This was an all-round great deal and we'll definitely use Creature Comforts Pet Care services again. They can even be brats with some in-home pet sitters we've used in the past. Shalini was great.
