I used to visit the Mechanicsburg location of Eco-Green, which is now closed. Hence, I decided to…read moretry the Harrisburg location. Before the visit, I called the store couple of times. No one picked up the phone. I was told that they were having phone issues that day. Location is far and seems remote to me. Also prices are now higher than when I visited the Mechanicsburg location last. For all these reason - 1 star less. The lady at the counter was very nice. She saw my outer jacket and asked me if it could be dry cleaned. Of course, I had assumed that and had not checked before driving all the way to the shop. She read the label and confirmed that it was a hand wash jacket. She returned it to me . I liked her honesty and won't hesitate to return. Please fix the phones soon, so we can call and check the prices next time before driving all the way to this far location.

I've previously given this cleaner a excellent review. I can no longer do that. This is the second…read moretime and I've taken them a garnet with a few small spots and stains and no bad smells and I'm getting a garment back that smells like urine and vomit. Basically it smells like a homeless person. The first time it was a pair of banana republic pants. They cleaned it two more times to try to remediate the smell. That did not work and I had to throw those pants away. This time it's a men's suit. The first time this happened, I spoke to the manager/owner and I had been informed that whenever they do the dry cleaning, multiple peoples garments are laundered at the same time. So basically somebody bring something in that is awfully stinky and if it goes in the batch with your clothing, that smell transfers to your clothes and it ruins your clothes. They are going to be laundering the suit again and I will return to see how bad it is. I will get further updates as to what happens with this situation. I am not confident that they will get the smell out that they put in because they didn't with my prior pair of pants. I have been using this laundromat for a while and all other items have come out good and fresh. But this is intolerable.

We have been dealing with a phorid fly infestation for a month and a half at the rental property…read morethat we moved into two months ago. The phorid flies land on our bodies, screens and food, so it makes cooking, eating, showering, working, and completing graduate school papers extremely uncomfortable. After a month of trying to rectify this issue, we are desperate for a resolution. We called Penn Pest last Friday and they were able to provide more information about these insects. Michael went above and beyond in trying to help us determine potential breeding spots. He listened patiently as I explained all of the measures we have taken, such as applying Invade Bio Drain gel and Gentrol Insect Growth Regulator multiple times to every drain, using Fly Web glue board light traps, taping all of the drains, clearing the previous tenants' hair and debris from the drain, pulling the weeds that had been neglected by the previous tenants, sealing cracks and gaps in doors, reinforcing weather strips, abstaining from cooking and eating in the home for a month, scrubbing scum and debris from the drains that were neglected by the previous tenants, cleaning the the garbage receptacles made dirty by the previous tenants, suspending use of all garbage receptacles, and maintaining a nearly sterile environment. He confirmed that everything we have done is the correct approach for eradicating phorid flies. He also confirmed that there's a strong possibility that the phorid flies are breeding in the organic film that lines the pipes above the trap. Michael was honest with us and let us know that as an extermination company there is very little that can be done for flying insects with such a short gestation period. He recommended that we seek the services of a plumber who can properly assess the property for a sewer line break and/or organic matter in the drains that the Invade Bio Drain gel could not reach/remove. Michael even offered to speak with our landlord about the behavioral habits of these pests. This experience alone is enough for me to recommend this company. They are fantastic and competent experts in this field. We would not hesitate to hire their services if we purchase a home in this area.

"She" scheduled an appointment for the next day between 12:30 and 2:30pm. The bot never gave any idication that the call was finished, it just went unresponsive and left me hanging until I finally hung up. The next day we waited through the two hour window. No one ever called, no one ever showed up. Sarcon is completely useless as far as I'm concerned.

Less than a day the freezer continued to have issues they came back out and stated it was misdiagnosed and they replaced a fan. After 3 emails they came back out a third time on 2/17/22 This time they replaced the fan timer and charged an additional 85 dollars. Overall this wasn't done correctly the first time and they continued to charge me after claiming the work has a 90 day warranty. The whole point of a diagnostic fee is to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem the first time. Total cost is 260 never again As of 02/22/22 scheduled a technician for ongoing issues with the Freezer they wasted my entire day and did not show up this companies lack of professionalism and lack of care is unmatched at this point i feel like they are not using new parts. 2/23/22- Technician who arrived again at was absurdly rude to my girlfriend I was on the phone with her at the time . I had spoken to the owner over the weekend he offered some money back for all the headache and being charged multiple times. The technician Gave us the wrong refund check for with another couples name and told us we can find another company to fix our refrigerator. We either want the problem fixed or a refund not both.. Again he never called just arrived not sure what's so difficult with fixing a fridge correctly the first time. When he left he stated do not disturb anymore.
