Since having Northside Clock shop get my Anniversary clock in working order, I have brought them many other items to fix, and received the same amazing service, pricing, and kind treatment! Took in my grandfathers watch from the 1940's that needed a ton of work and was in pieces, and it works again like the day it was made. Brought them another watch which someone else had replaced the crystal on that had the second hand fall off....other place put the wrong crystal on! They replaced it and cleaned it, and put the second hand back on and it's good as new! Their honesty and attention to detail shine through every time...also have taken another clock in for an overhaul, runs wonderfully now! Northside Clock shop is one of the best places to go to get watch repair or clock repair done. The staff is extremely helpful & nice they go out of there way to assist people. I had my clock cleaned and lubricated for a very reasonable price. It's also addictive while I was waiting for my clock to be lubricated etc. I wound up finding a Seth Thomas Mantle clock and bought it as well. They have all types of clocks from antique ones to new ones to novelty ones it's so cool. same with watches but personally I like the antique clocks and the nice people that run it. I highly recommend anyone go in especially if you need a watch battery or anything else to do with time keeping. read more

The folks who we dealt with were very nice and were very helpful with information about our clock (we bought the clock at a consignment shop about a year ago). I would be very much surprised if Northside Clock Shop ever gets anything but a 5 star review. I recently took my disassembled grandfather clock to them for maintenance and some worn bearing replacement. It was disassembled because the clock repair company I originally had do the work had only accomplished that much in 7 weeks. After being told that it would take them 6-7 weeks (which includes several weeks of running the clock to make sure that it keeps time) because they were so busy, I was able to pick it up in less than 5 weeks. It is a family business and they are all very competent, friendly, and helpful. If you want to buy a clock or have one repaired, this is definitely the place to go. read more
