My kids told me after the case was settled by my other attorney that he only spoke to them twice in years. How is that possibly if you are their legal counsel? And he seemed ok with that. Initially Zulfiya provided a credit repair analysis based on my credit standing which was an absolute disaster due to unemployment a few years back during the financial crisis. The analysis indicated that my credit can be raise to 688, 692, 664(Equifax, TU, Experian) but with no guarantees which was understandable. But I was wrong it was not that easy to activate after time and time again I could not activate my card don't know why called customer service got to run around for a few days finally went into the credit union and they still couldn't help me activate the card told me I got to get on the app to do it after days of frustration I went into the credit union again and there was this lady named Jumese. She worked her magic and I was able and she activated my car just like that no hassle no fuss and she did it all with a smile. I strongly recommend her her customer services off the hook.
