Terrible customer service and poor communication. I placed an order July 16th for school uniform shirts online. School starts August 18th so I figured this is plenty of time. I received an email confirming my order was ready for pickup July 25th. When I went to pick up the shirts, I was told the order was not completed and it was unclear why I had received a pickup notification when they call by phone. I left my phone number as requested and was told that the shirts weren't in stock but a new order was arriving at the end of the week. They had rows and rows of school uniforms ready...just not mine. Two weeks went by and it's now the week before school, so I call and inquire about my order. I was told half the order (2 of 4 shirts) were ready for pickup but there was an issue with the manufacturer no longer producing the style of shirt needed. The next day, I received an email from Nan Finch requesting me to call bc my phone number was not on file. I make callback and am told they are unable to fulfill the other half of my order and was offered a different style/material shirt to which I declined. I had to request a refund which she agreed and said I would have to come by in person to receive the refund. I informed I would be coming by the store the same day to pickup my half order. I arrive to the store to be met with Nan Finch notifying me that the 2 of 4 shirts she...and her store employee confirmed were ready ...on two different occasions... was no longer available but waited until I arrived to say that. No call, no email. So I now have 0 of 4 shirts. I was processed a refund and I will never return to this establishment for such sloppy business. I don't know why there was such mishandling of my order and why my 2 shirts were suddenly not available. Mind you, I was on the phone while my order bag was located and confirmed two shirts were inside. I could literally hear the rustling of my bag in the background. read more

My spouse ordered me one of the special jerseys that were advertised through an alumni group. He had initially ordered it to be a Valentine's Day present. It took over a month to ship, and we live in the next town over. Disappointed to say the least. However, I must admit the quality is great, thus 2 stars. read more

I loveeeee creeds & crest! They made the pillow and the blanket for my little and everything came out perfectly. They told me it could possibly take up to 3 weeks for my items to be ready because it was close to graduation and they get really busy around that time with making graduation stoles but the pillow only took 2 days and the blanket took 4 days. I definitely recommend creeds & crest to anyone that is looking for amazing embroidery especially for sorority stuff. When I was still in Greek life I frequented Creeds and Crest due to convenience and it being in a reasonable price point. I recently went back as a favor to a friend who needed to order a graduation stole. She needed it shipped to her since she lives in Houston so I helped her place the order and confirm they got her design right. They told her it'd be shipped by spring break (mid march) since we placed the order in early march. It took more than a month to arrive and to our surprise they messed it up. Despite TWO people confirming what needed to go on the stole, they used the wrong font, misspelled things and forgot to add on specific lettering. I brought it back to them to fix the mistakes and was notified two days later that it was ready. When I went back to pick it up THEY STILL DIDN'T FIX IT. They made me wait in store while they quickly handed it off to someone to add on what it was missing. Both times I went in, I did not receive an apology and neither did my friend. She had to take her graduation pictures with her misspelled stole. While waiting in store I noticed they had little to no paraphernalia for D9, MGC, and non-council orgs despite us having a small section in the past. After hearing that sisters in both of our orgs have had similar treatment, I ask myself if receiving poor customer service is a common experience for any person of color or member of a non-panhellenic or IFC org. Their favoritism shows and paints a pretty ugly picture for anyone who isn't a part of their "usual clientele". If you are part of a D9, MGC, or non-council org I suggest you take your business elsewhere. read more

I ordered a jacket for my sister in December they told me they would have it ready by a certain date which was a Friday and I had to pick it up THAT DAY because they'd be close for the Christmas break. They called my sister to let her know that they "accidentally" put the wrong name on her jacket, what would she like to do ? Put a patch over it or them order a new jacket , of course she chose for them to order a new jacket. I go to pick up the jacket and they spelled her name wrong . mind you the order form has the correct spelling . I go back to pick it up and it's the most half ass job I've seen . I used to love coming here for all my sorority/greek stuff, our line jackets, keychains, pillows, etc but this experience I had ordering things for my sorority little sister was horrible. I'm very disappointed to say I will never give them my money again, not even for my graduation stole. They messed up on 3 things I ordered and wouldn't even take accountability for it. The keychain I ordered was done wrong, I was told they would put in another order to fix it, I got a call 2 weeks later saying it was ready and when I went to get it, they didn't even redo it. On the pillow, when I was ordering I specifically asked the girl if the color I wanted would show on the color of the pillow and she assured me it would, when the pillow was ready, they put the wrong color on it and the owner told me if i wanted it fixed I would've had to take it apart myself and "figure out how to stitch it back together" when I needed it that week. She claimed she teaches the girls that work there how to fill out order forms correctly but when I went a couple days later with someone else she told us "it's hard sometimes having all college kids work for you, sometimes they won't get it right." Just very disappointed that I cannot and will not get anything from them ever again but I'm glad I know now not to go to them for my graduation stole. No one apologized ever for the mistakes either instead, the owner implied it was my fault. It's sad that it's noticeable how they treat non Panhellenic and IFC organizations differently. As someone in a MGC organization, I suggest MGC, D9 or non-council organizations take their business somewhere else. read more

I left a hat to get embroidered for a gift. When I initially dropped it off- I was very happy with the lady who took my order. I even raved about how awesome my experience was dropping off the hat. I called just to see if my order was ready since I was in the area- it wasn't but I told that it was on the table to be done today. I got a call a few minutes later saying it was ready. When I picked it up I was disappointed that it wasn't done in the color that I asked nor in all caps like I had requested either. I called to let them know that it isn't what I had asked for and the younger girl on the phone just made excuses. I was never given an apology for my order being done wrong. Since it's for Christmas I can't really take it back and wait for it to be fixed- even if it could, I'm sure tearing it out would just ruin the hat itself. I think I'm more disappointed with the way things were handled than the incorrect order I was given. read more
