Laithe was the man who worked on my car, and he exceeded my expectations. He made sure to SHOW me the problems with my car, along with explaining in great detail to me in a way I could actually understand. He did way more than what was expected of him, and I could tell that he really enjoys his job. She told me to come in, after a couple of hours, they got me in and, lo and behold, I just needed a battery. They had every opportunity to tell this 70 year old woman that I needed the alternator and whatever else. But, they were honest, kind, courteous, reasonably priced.
