Suzanne is amazing, I had a 2:00pm wedding that I was in and I forgot to get my suit pants hemmed. I called her at 12:45 and she said to hurry down an she would do them right away. It was a busy Saturday and she dropped everything and ha me measured and out of there in 15 minutes. Incredible customer service. It's a family run business (they have another location in the Walgreen's shopping center that her husband takes care of), and I just love it here. Later experienced multiple episodes of unprofessional conduct by the owner Paul based on an unknown internal policy not shared until after-the-fact. Amazing service!!!!! I dropped my clothes off Thursday for 1-day service. I forgot to pick them up and remembered on Sunday. I had to catch a flight Monday morning and was in a panic. Even though they were closed, I desperately called Sunday and left a message of the situation asking if you happen to hear this message please call me if I can pick them up. Sure enough, I received a phone call letting me know he was there for a few minutes and if i could come by real quick I could get them. I raced down there and got my clothes, he saved my trip!! I've been going to Creekside for almost 8 years. These owners are great people and I highly recommend you try this cleaners. Not only are the owners/operators the nicest people, but the quality of their dry cleaning is terrific AND I never feel like I have to take out a loan in order to retrieve my clothes. I went into Creekside Cleaners today to get a dress hemmed for a wedding. After putting it on, the woman working told me she didn't think it needed to be hemmed. She gave me her honest opinion and we played around with it to see what would happen if she did hem it, and in the end I went with her opinion and decided not to. She was so sweet and honest and I was so surprised that a business was doing that when in the end they wouldn't make money off of me. Not many people or businesses would do that these days. I will be heading back to this cleaners when I do have a need for them and would recommend anyone go there. read more

I decided to try this dry cleaner after the one I had been using for 5 years was sold and I did not like the new owner. I brought in a large order and within that order a vintage suit with vintage rhinestone buttons that were expensive. When I dropped it off I asked them if the would be careful when cleaning in due to the nature of the buttons. They said of course. I picked up the order and got home to find that they had replaced all the buttons with plastic buttons. I went back and he admitted to ruining the buttons but then had the nerve to lie again and saw he spend $100.00 on the plastic replacements. I told him he needed to be honest at which point he offered to pay me to find replacement buttons. It would have been much better if he was honest from the start and had actually told me when I picked up my items. I also question how "organic" his cleaning solution is when I saw the original buttons that are metal were just eaten away and the crystals had fallen out. read more

Fantastic experience! I've always had a hard time finding clothes that fit the way I'd like them to, but I never have to worry about that again as I will be coming here for EVERY alteration!! From the time I walked in the door, they were friendly and helped me really make the outfit work for me. I had recently purchased a suit for a work presentation, and with only about a week turn around time, Suzanne at Creekside Cleaners, had the alterations completely done, with the outfit looking better than ever. This was the first suit I had purchased, and she noticed that I had gotten a size too big. Instead of charging me to alter the material, or letting me leave with the wrong size, she suggested I see if they have the right size and return later that day to have it altered in time for my presentation. I returned later that night with the proper fit and she responded with such a genuine attitude, and said how great it looked and how she'd just have to alter the sleeves now. At Creekside Cleaners they really want to make you look and feel your best!! I can't say enough good things about my experience, I never knew a piece of clothing could actually look like it was made for me. I'm thankful to have such a great entity here in Moorpark!! read more
