Step-by-step Dr Boeck guided me through a treatment plan, helping me get through a long journey, referring me to reputable endodontists and periodontists for each stage of the restoration process. His staff was so caring and empathetic throughout the long journey and two years ago I got the final crown installed on my last of 5 implants. My mouth is healthier than ever and I can now smile without any twinge of embarrassment over the state of my teeth. Being forgetful, I forgot to pick up my medications at a pharmacy and realized the night before at 9pm. I called their after- hours line and shortly after, Dr. Chen personally reached out to me and addressed what I was worried about and assured me that they will provide me with what I need in the office before my surgery. I felt very taken care of and all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable even though the thought of surgery scares me and gives me anxiety.
