What a find! Adorable place with great service. Was so excited to stumble upon this quaint, yummy spot yesterday and can't wait to go back the next time I'm in the area. Megan (sp?), the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Huge thumbs up for everything we've tried there so far: veggie scramble, house-made bacon, coffee, breakfast sandwich, pancakes. All high-quality and scrumptious. Even the toast (!) that came with my scramble was somehow extra delicious, and I wasn't sure why. Strawberry jam was yummy, but now I see that they make their own BUTTER (?!) and I suspect that may have been the magic ingredient. YUM. You can tell this place is a labor of love. We even caught a little bit of singing coming from the kitchen. Too cute. The tiny town of Glenn is worth a drive from Saugatuck or South Haven areas for the history and charm, and now for this spot. But if it will be a trek for you, maybe check their facebook page (or call them!) to confirm hours before you go. Parking is super easy. As a side note: it strikes me as incredibly harsh to give a young business **you've never tried** 1 star because you relied on an outdated review for info on business hours. As of July 21, they are open for breakfast and lunch 5 days a week, closed Tues/Wed, closed for dinner. I *think* current hours are 9-3, but again, I'd suggest calling to check, or perhaps give their FB page a look. I saw that they'd posted updates on FB regarding specials and an unexpected closure.

What an amazing find! Top notch food in a quaint little area. Close to the South Haven, on a beautiful drive stop by Creekside and try out what they have to offer. The staff is wonderful. The service is great and will be back for more next time we're around.

Solid local restaurant. Had the dry wings and the special smash burger. Really enjoyed both. Will be back to try the other wing sauces.

    Beautiful setup!

Yelp says it's open and the reviews look great but we drove over on our way out of town and it's all shut down.

We enjoyed our egg, hash brown, toast and our veggie scramble breakfasts. The coffee was delicious and the prices were reasonable. Great!

What left me puzzled is food. What I loved were fries, round shaped which I thought was rather unusual and just the right amount of salt, crispiness, softness inside. That's about it though. As a main dish I picked prosciutto focaccia and while on paper it looked great, it came out very dry, almost stale, I didn't enjoy it at all. While fries were great, the portion of it was tiny. Like, 10 or 11 fries in a small plate. My partner got a chicken sandwich and it was good. Now, the kids got kids burger which comes with fries too and I swear the kids plate had double the fries compared to my side. We also got kids pasta and it was the same size as someone's pasta from our party. I mean, great value for kids menu items, sure, but I'm just not sure why adult dishes are so slim compared to kids. When they brought the check we noticed two items in it that we didn't order, which we realized after paying for it and looking at the receipt (they use portable terminals and have an option to text you the receipt). Our server corrected the mistake and refunded the difference for the two items we didn't order promptly after we pointed it out but this still left a bad aftertaste for us; we don't always look at receipts and this one would've gone unnoticed for sure, we only looked because total seems a bit too high. I also noticed that the soup upcharge on the menu is $2, but on the check it was $3. Pointed it out to the server too but she didn't do anything about it. It's just a dollar so we didn't press for it, and again, only noticed it because we started looking at the receipt due to unusually high total. Anyway, it was nice to visit, but we won't be back.

It is first, first serve but we found around 7 pm, the bar was empty. If you don't mind this, I highly recommend for last minute planning. When we were seated, the bartenders were pleasant and helpful. The service was quick. We ordered the aged cheddar pierogis for the appetizer which was a good start for two people. They were fried so you are staying clear of fried foods--I would skip this dish (it wasn't listed as fried). The cocktails and food was amazing. We ate all of our food but it wasn't too much where you felt sick. I would come back to this restaurant again if I am in the area.

First of all, the drive to Fennville is gorgeous! We always love the rural landscape and the quaint town itself. Definitely a destination to visit. Second, the building itself is cute, rustic, inviting, and well-kept right in the heart of Fennville's adorable downtown. Third, the staff are so welcoming, kind, helpful, and professional. We especially loved our hostess (Chrissie/Christy?). She treated us so well and definitely talked us into some yummy extras Now to the food and drinks! The extensive cocktail, wine, and beer selection is high quality and specially curated. I had a hard time deciding, but I settled on the Sage Rub. It was so delicious and refreshing; not too sweet. I highly recommend it! My husband got the Bell's Hazy IPA, one of his favorites! We started with the Brussels sprouts and the bread board. The Brussels were decadent, crisp, and flavorful! The bread was such a rich array of tasty breads and butter/salt/pepper sides. We loved every bite! I got the house salad and my husband got the special. We each preferred our own salads, so that's good! I loved the house salad because of the light and refreshing vinegarette . The flavors were spot on. My husband liked that the special salad brought together a bunch of different flavors into a sweet/tangy delight! For our main entrees, both my husband and I were eying the Three Little Pigs pizza. He ended up getting and let me have a bite: so flavorful with high quality meats, cheese, and ingredients overall. So good! I got the Housemade pasta with beef tenderloin, charred onions, and mushroom sauce. It was literally divine and I cherished each and every bite. We would have loved to get dessert, but we were stuffed! Maybe next time? Prices are great, the space is clean/safe, and the portions are excellent. And you can make reservations through their website beforehand. Very clutch, especially since it is a good drive from most towns. If you are nearby and have the time, please make Salt of the Earth a part of your dinning experience. I promise that your taste buds will be very thankful. See you next time, Salt if the E

The perch and walleye both come with Texas toast and your choice of side, making for a lot of food. I got the French onion soup and it was great. We left completely stuffed and already talking about our next visit. What makes Clementine's so special is that it never tries to be anything other than what it is.
