I went here almost daily last week while visiting. I am glad I found this market, as we were able to walk there from our rental in Legends rather than driving at the way to Lower Village. The quality produce, meat, and great selection of pantry items were top-notch. We cooked from home most of our trip and they had every I needed and provided inspiration for delicious, simple meals - we enjoyed their ground beef and Italian sausage for a yummy pasta dinner, fresh poke with their ahi (thanks to one of the butchers for the idea), and well as awesome burgers. I also loved their Nanaimo bars, and normally I don't purchase store-bought baked goods. Prices seemed fair/on par, especially traveling from the US, where things are quite inflated at the moment. First of all the prices are ridiculous. The breakfast burritos are bland as paper They don't have clear marked lineups probably because of space so this gives them an opportunity to correct non-locals just trying to enjoy their vacation. I believe they have a refuse service to anyone sign so you do not complain if you're gonna stay at Creekside again. AVOID. J read more

A supermarket with everything that you need. From raw meat to can and cooked food. We were staying at Whistler Creekside and we had a kitchen in the suite that we were staying. We did end up grabbing groceries here and cooking one meal. They have lots of organic items. Prices are at the higher end but hey we are in a tourist area. There are plenty of parking available. They are located at Whistler Creekside, inside the village. If you are in the area come check this place out. They have lots of local goods like the drinks Whistler Elixir. read more

Convenient location. Prices a little inflated but the convenience of the market makes it worth it.

Apparently you have to wear a helmet in this store because everyone acts like it's Black Friday in here every time I go in. Must've counted 20 helmets on people's heads in just one visit. The customers in here have no manners. I pity the fool who's been raised like this! Store has what you need for your stay...just keep all your ski gear on for padding so no one takes you out in the store! read more

This market was recommended to us by someone who works at our resort. This is where she shops. Everything seemed very fresh. Prices were on the high side but I think this is just the area. For example, I priced a brand of cheese among the various markets over our stay and it was the same everywhere. I liked the selection they had here. While smaller than the Marketplace grocery store, this one was much nicer overall. read more

The store with everything! We were so worried about high prices in Whistler compared to home., but we were pleasantly surprised. We did bring a cooler of food for our week's stay at our condo but still needed some groceries. I have been here several more times and I think I this is my favourite store in town, despite the limited bread selection and the higher cost of Diet Coke, although I can get that at Rexall, and often buy at it McDonald's in the summer. If I haven't been down that way in a while, I start thinking of excuses to go to Function, so I can stop here on the way back. It's not really excuses I need to go to Function though, it's more money (ha!). I think it has fresher produce and better cheese, which I know might seem strange, but I can taste the difference in the grated Parmesan and it's definitely better from Creekside. I looked, and the milk fat percentage was only a couple percentage points higher, so I am not sure why what I bought at the other store (IGA) seemed so tasteless in comparison, but it did. The better cheese was a bit (40 cents per 100 grams) cheaper too. I hate being stuck eating a lot of calories of pretty tasteless cheese. Also, the staff at Creekside really is pretty friendly. I think they are about the friendliest staff overall, with Nester's coming in a close second. Most of the time, they will even help you bag your groceries, even though you bought your own bag, while most of the time they won't help you at IGA. Instead, they will start ringing up the next person and look at you like you are in the way. Bonus points: The stock guy laughed at my comments about Coke Zero, which they carry in 12 packs. (They have Diet Coke only in 8 packs.) Overall, I think "it's as good as it gets" among the options here in Whistler, so I am giving it five stars. read more

At home, I would call this a special occasion grocery store. It is up there with specialty markets like Whole Foods, Draegers, Haggen, which translates to $$$. It was a relatively small market and most of the items were very high quality, with lots of organic options. Staff was very nice. I would have preferred a less expensive option, but then again, I guess your vacation is a special occasion after all. read more

Whistler's Creekside Market is a grocery / market store, located in the Creekside area of thee 'Franz's Trail' complex. Survey says Whistler Creekside = a "mellower" Whistler experience. I stopped by the Creekside Market every day on my way to work. It's a sizable establishment (the website states it's approximately 7500 square feet), that has a great selection of products to accommodate your every need. They provided great service and convenience, as a one stop shopping destination It's definitely a more upscale grocery destination, nearby the Creekside chair lifts. They stock fresh produce, fine meats, seafood, locally baked goods, artisan breads, and deli foods. read more

You're not going to find groceries around here for a better price. Great produce selection (mostly organic & some local), decent seafood section, and great cheeses. There's also a liquor store conveniently located downstairs, so you can finish ALL your shopping in one spot :) read more

Whistler Creekside's only real grocery market has real good selection of produce & organics to choose from.. A okay meat & seafood counter makes it a viable choice rather than driving into the village. Unless your after a fine select products... theres a good chance you will find absolutely everything here you need and more, parking is easy and its right on the edge of the hwy. Starbucks nest door makes it a great meeting place. read more

Came here with Peter to get a few pieces of Produce and some yogurt so that we didn't have to pay the over inflated prices up at Pemberton for greasy food. This allowed us to have some snacks and stay sustained while we staked out a spot on the grounds. The place is small, however, clean and well organized. Customer service was amazing. Found everything we needed.. Nothing seemed that expensive, but we are from Australia where everything is over priced - so maybe we are just used to it. A decent collection of cookies/snacks/healthy food/meat and gourmet items. All in all, not a bad little grocery store. read more

The cashiers are not always paying attention and they end up overcharging you.Most of the time they have a story or something to share with the other cashier's. I was in the market with my two little girls this past December while on holidays with my family, while in store we witness some extremely unprofessional behaviour by an employee (if I'm not mistaken the man is the store general manager) the gentleman seemed to be very angry and was dealing with an employee using profane language while being incredibly rude. The man continued to storm off speaking angrily under his breath (looked all to similar to my 6 year olds temper tantrums). After the mans little episode I left my cart and took my girls out of the store. I felt terrible for the shelf stocker, whatever the problem I'm sure the man did not deserve the embarrassment from customers witnessing he whole ordeal on top of whatever the situation was. A store GM can't be acting like this, I'm curious how many times this has happened before but all in all I will not be returning to this store. read more

Very good market with lots of choices. The homemade soup was terrific as were the pasta salads from the deli. We bought an already cooked chicken which was tasty. Fresh fruit section was also very good. I don't mind paying a little more if the quality and selection are good which fits my description of this market. read more

Nice, little market nearby the shops of Creekside. Ample underground parking is available which is a huge plus. They also sell a lot of local goods. Downsides: narrow aisles, expensive food and not many options. That being said, still is nice to have an alternative to the IGA in the village. read more
