I just have to say Marne (the manager) is absolutely horrible. Her attitude is always bad. Anytime you call about anything it's always "well I'm in between creekside meadows and alpine woods and I'm the only one managing this place" like somehow that's your fault as the tenant? Her attitude is consistently condescending and rude no matter how nice you try to be. She seems very unhappy with her job. Don't get me wrong, I love living here, but I just wish I could call about things that need to be fixed and etc without feeling like I'm some annoyance to the manager. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Whoever lives in apartment 77 or the immediate building is throwing their dog poop over their fence in an area where I see kids play at almost daily. There's no point in contacting the property manager because either... A) nobody will even be there to talk too or you call and nobody answers the phone B) the one chance someone is there, you'll get told they can not do/enforce anything or that there isn't enough maintenance personnel to assist with the issue. We moved in April 23 and out May 2. This place is a disaster. Mold and mildew smells overwhelm the bedroom. We contacted Julissa for an appointment and she scheduled for a carpet vendor to come two days later. I took the day off work to be home. Melissa canceled their vendor after I had waited then accused me of lying and "back-peddling". Melissa knew I had a doctor appointment at 2:30 and the vendor didn't have time to start/finish it the same day. Melissa has treated my wife and I with absolute disrespect. She encouraged me to call corporate, a number that goes nowhere. We spent over $900 for the deposits and first week and $2008 for the first months rent. We lived there nine days and had to leave due to the mold and mildew smells coming from the bedroom. Maintenance was on vacation and won't be back till the 3rd of May. We gave a list of items that are damaged/missing and broken. The bathroom lights either turn green or don't turn on at all. The AC unit is over 15 years old and sounds like it's about to break. Some units have new ones, mine and the neighbors are falling apart. We were promised new flooring before we moved in. However the carpet is a year old. We were then told carpet is not flooring only the vinyl is "flooring" I could write another page just on what happened yesterday May 2nd. Oh! And the fire alarm panels constantly sound alarm 3ft from the bedroom. Maintenance wouldn't do anything about it so Alpine Fire had to turn it off. Worst living conditions I've ever had. Jon H. Super friendly and helpful, very communicative. I ended up moving here within like a week. The women in the office helped me every step of the way (it was my first time moving) and they loved my pets. All my neighbors are amazing, friendly, with adorable pets. There was one incident with a dead bird being left out on the grass but I didn't really care my dog and I enjoyed looking at it. I wish the pool was heated though!! read more

After living here for one miserable year, I got out as quickly as I possibly could. From broken garbage disposals, flooded kitchen, rotting spots that were "fixed" with a new coat of paint, to COCKROACHES, to "maintenance people" coming into my apartment WHILE I'M SLEEPING with no permission to enter. This place is a terrible joke. It's disgusting, terribly maintained, the office has been a joke to get ahold of the entire time I lived there. I moved into a stained carpet and 15 coated painted over apartment and should've known better from the start. My move out date was recorded for October 1st, in record. I moved out, couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office (per usual) so I left the keys in the apartment and that was that. They are now trying to charge me for days I haven't been there. THIS PLACE IS MANAGED BY INEXPERIENCED JUVENILES. RUN AWAY!!! NO DISHWASHERS HERE! There are so many safety and code violations at this apartment community that you are putting your life at risk living here. I witnessed the apartment above me go to the hospital because a door awning with (6) 9" nails sticking out fell on her shoulder as she left her apartment. Maintenance is non-existent. The Willmark Properties that owns this community CLEARLY is not interested in spending any maintenance costs. Kitchen cabinets are un-washable. Lighting switches don't work. This place has NOT been updated with anything more than absolute minimum humane conditions to turn a profit. If I were a lawyer, I'd sue your ass in a heartbeat. You should be ashamed of yourself how you have forced out so many elderly people whom can't afford the higher rents. What I have witnessed here in less than 5 weeks is the worst apartment experience that I've had in almost 50 years. I have already ordered the U-Haul and will be moving out less than 60 days after moving in. If you rent here, you should have your brain checked. You're welcome Creekside. Thank you for being so darn kind to everyone. I also appreciated being talked to like a 12yr-old by the worst managers I've ever met. I lived here for a year and it's a beautiful property however they will raise your rent drastically, ours went up $250. They also will charge you a lot of money when you move out, we were charged $883. After we moved out they charged us to put in vinyl flooring when we had carpet during our residence. The carpet needed replacing when we moved in however the office manager failed to note all stains at our move in inspection. Also you can hear everything through the walls and we had mice the entire time we lived there. This place Will take advantage of tenants and they are deceptive. read more

My family and I have lived here 3 plus years and love it. The grounds are very well kept and always clean and pleasant to look at. The pool is in great shape and never crowded. Even if there are others in it they are always well mannered and not loud or crazy. The main plus here is the management team. They maintain the property very well. If I have any concerns they always addressed it quickly and correctly. Huge thank you the manager Sandra Aramburo! This lady went above and beyond for us to make sure we had an apartment to call home! We are so grateful to her, the customer service was exceptional. read more

Due to my disabilities, I am unable to sweep the leaves from by patio. I told Sandra about this and a gentleman from maintenance came out today and completely cleaned my patio. I thought they would just blow the leaves out for me, but no! He completely and thoroughly cleaned out my patio, swept and hosed it down as well. He threw the leaves in the recycling bin via a wheelbarrow. God bless him. He was as delightful and kind as he could be. I am blessed to live here! read more

Thankfully our lease ends in a month. We've had an infestation of roaches, wasps, silverfish, every other insect you name it has probably been inside of our apartment. As small as carpet beetles, moths, etc.. it starts to get bad in the fall - spring obviously, but during the winter you still have insects everywhere. Our AC has went out twice and it got as hot as 80° in here and our bill gets up to $200 because it's working overtime for a problem that they take forever to fix, the toilet becomes clogged about once every month. I have an infant living with me so this place is not so great when it comes to peaceful living. It's like a very old settlement with semi updated appliances that God Forbid anything happens to them because it's coming out of your deposit. read more

Horrible place to live. Save your money and go elsewhere. My awning fell on my wife, they still haven't fixed it. My AC stopped working in the summer and it took them 6 days to fix it not to mention the fact that they have horrible insulation it was 90°+ in the apartment. They offer "free" carpet cleaning so I took the day off work and not to my surprise nobody showed. They forgot to schedule it. The floors are paper thin so you hear everything... The shower head fell off and they patched it with no paint. The roofs are showing signs of wear, which they probably won't fix until they cave in. They have 1 guy that I've seen do all the maintenance so you won't get an appointment for at least 2 days. My neighbor moved in and out within a month or so and he's suing this place. Stay away stay far far away. Don't say you weren't warned. Oh one more thing, the key they gave us for the laundry mat doesn't work, their fix? Don't lock the laundry door... Apartment living can be difficult but Creekside Meadows is the exception to that. I lived at Creekside for a year during the construction of my house. Having only lived in houses, I was nervous about the idea of an apartment but Sandra was amazing from the start. The apartment was beautifully remodeled, including a washer/dryer! The community is quiet and well manicured. Sandra and all of the staff are amazing and I would recommend this community to anyone. Creekside Meadows was mostly enjoyable to live, unless inquiring about anything that involves them giving you money. During my time there, I had difficulties obtaining a $300 new tenant referral credit, and after move-out, numerous inquiries about a $59 refund they steadfastly remain unresponsive. FYI, know your rights if you ask for a pre-move out inspection, and they do not preform it; although little if anything negative came because of that to me. My family and I moved to Creekside Meadows the first week of February and so far it's been very enjoyable living here. There was a very awesome Move-in Special and the complex offered us the lowest deposit I've ever heard of in my life so we decided to take the offer. Fred, the leasing expert at the office walked us through the entire process and made it effortless and accommodating when we were initially moving in. He has remained attentive and interactive the entire time we've lived here. I love how pet-friendly this property is. Also Randy and Brian, the maintenance guys on the property are super professional and efficient. Brian was able to take care of a few things in my apt. very quickly and Randy took the initiative to switch out A.C. filters I hadn't realized were slowing down the system. They made sure everything was up to par and offered any assistance in the future. Overall, super quiet and relaxing place to live. read more

Be cautious. Negotiate your rent and utility (water and sewage) monthly costs before signing your lease. I was told utility costs per month would be $35 per month and received my bill two months later to find out I was paying $73 per month. My next door neighbor, with the same size apartment is paying only $35 per month. My next door neighbor pays less rent than I do, although she lives here only 4 months longer than I do. Staff is clueless and acts dumb or is dumb. They are helpful with repairs, but not the injustices of utility fees, rent discrepancies and pet fees. Oh, that's another thing. If you have a pet, get a doctor's note saying your pet prevents your from being depressed or you will be paying an additional $35 per month rent for your pet. I recently heard that rent increases are in the range of $100-$240 a month. Get as long a first least as you can because your increases are outrageous. As of this date, there are at least 10 empty apartments so you are at an advantage to negotiate. read more

I've been here for about 4 years and have been very comfortable here. Community Manager Sandra Aramburo has always listened to my concerns, the few times they have arisen, always taking care of them to my satisfaction. Always good to just talk to her also. Her crew works well under her direction when i needed something corrected in my apt. The only reason i didn't give Creekside 5 stars is rent keeps going up which Sandra has no control over, it's California Economics. read more
