We decided on an AeroCool - up to 7000 CFM with a 12" pad. Saul came and installed within a few days and the job was done right! Saul and Bodie are professional, very personable, and knowledgeable. I didn't get an alert from my monitoring app. I have had my solar system since the 2018 install. When I called PNM, I was told that they wouldn't help since I owned my own system. Their advice, turn off my air conditioning to lower my power bill. Thats great advice when it's over 100* outside. FU PNM rep. I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your solar system. I'm already planning on having them come back to clean out my dryer vents.

I felt like they were inappropriate, so I called #1 to review the "other" companies work. They were able to point out the flaws that would block my new heat pump from being green-tagged. They pointed out the green tag was missing. They didn't charge me. So, I called them again a few months later because they proved themselves to be honest people. He bought a 16 dollar part and charged me 50 dollars for the service. It is cooling the best it ever has. KIdzz seems to have "up priced" me 350 dollars. It was 42 degree at night and even my dogs who rarely complained kept shaking to keep themselves warm and we all cozied up with huge blankets in the bed..because the temperature dropped so low. BakerHouse Service Co…read more We contacted Daniel at BakerHouse Service Co for A/C servicing Jan 21, and Daniel scheduled us for next day, Feb 22. We have been here 6 years and the house is 18 years. We've never had our A/C, furnaces, and fireplaces checked so we were doing preventative maintenance and ensuring our systems are not producing carbon monoxide. Daniel got on our roof and checked both A/C units. We had a broken switch, broken contact, and 3 capacitors that were below spec. Replaced with new parts and both units working properly. We also requested to check both of our furnaces. No carbon monoxide and again capacitors below spec, replaced and both units working properly. Daniel checked both gas fireplaces, no carbon monoxide and he showed us on how to turn them both on. Lastly Daniel drained our water heater. We are very pleased with Daniel's work. We are greatly relieved that our major HVAC systems, fireplaces, and water heater are all working great and we are grateful we now have an honest and very capable HVAC systems contractor we can rely on.
