No freaking way will it get done in time especially when your contractors are not doing anything but smoking outside and taking up parking spaces. I was duped at check in! Please go elsewhere. There is no notice of renovations going on the hotel website. Plus this hotel operated without water. In other words fire hazard!!!. My first night was ok, place was noisy with all the work going on, contractors loud music playing all hours, hence no sleep. I endured 3 nights w/o water, one in which was off all night. The management gave guests a gallon of water and no apology. Yet told me that if I checked out early would be charged for the full week stay. Geesh. I'm in town for work and this is all you can do when all hotels are sold out due to the Little League World Series was going on the 13th thru the 24th. Corporate needs to retrain all staff and front desk management with a remedial course of what customer service is all about especially in pleasing your paying guests. All staff had a negative and condescending attitude to guests. No apology, no water. Horrible experience. I will not be staying here in the near future.

Lots of parking that wraps around the back of the hotel if you end up in a room back there like I did. Check in was quick and simple. Hotel is only two floors. Hotel is clearly an older building due to its design and the rooms were without question renovated at some point. There are not really enough electrical sockets to charge modern electronics. Room came with a larger than average mini fridge, microwave, and smaller than average TV. The channels were not in high-definition. The bed was a bed, it was ok. After being in the room for a little while, I noticed there was some sort of stains on the wall. The carpet could also use a shampooing, as my socks didn't look great after walking around on it. Bathroom was also clearly renovated at some point, but felt small, and the shower head was mounted somewhat low. Shower had more then enough hot water. The Free hot breakfast left something be desired. It was a waffle station and pre-packaged pastries, along with coffee and juice. Overall, this is a get in and get out hotel, and not one for a long-term stay. I feel I might have overpaid for a cheap room, and this would not be my first option on a future trip in the area.

The breakfast has no hot food except waffles; no eggs, no meats. They do have a ton of yogurt, muffins, cereal, and juices, coffee, milk etc. It was easy to check in and check out. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is a lot of property so I was able to get a nice walk in before going to bed. The hotel is located around many restaurants and stores.

I give this five stars since it is exactly what an economy hotel should be. It is not the Astoria (which is a five star hotel) or the W (wish is a four star hotel chain) but it is clean, your bathroom works, it does not smell funny, The king suite for $80 is plenty large, the shower is hot, parking is easy, and you are right by I-76 and PA-28. I have stayed here about 8 times. I have never had a bad plug, seen a bug (dead or live), and have definitely never been bitten. My boo, who was staying there with me, is actually more selective than me (generally won't sleep in a hotel under 4 stars if she is in a city), and will ONLY stay at this hotel when we need a room close to her parents... The employees have been nice, there is a limited breakfast in the morning, and fresh hot coffee 24/7 I am only guessing that the other two reviews are from the Holiday Inn management or owners since the Holiday Inn next store smells like ass and costs $30 a night more. There is also a Days Inn in this strip that has the same negative postings about it. I have never stayed there, but might stop in my next visit since my mind is leading me to believe that those posts may also be libel from the Holiday Inn staff.

Staff- the woman at check in was super friendly and accommodating when we asked for a late check out Cleanliness- in general, it appears cleaned. It just appears that they haven't maintained the hotel. The TV doesn't have a remote and half the screen is broken. Carpet is loose. Peeling ceilings. Musty smelling room (Room also has a non functioning dehumidifier in it). Room-we have a double queen room with a pull out couch. Pull out couch is only a twin. But this allows each teen kid to have their own bed while us parents have a bed. Works perfect for our situation. Overall- probably wouldn't stay here again with kids.
