All were great, but what made them even better was the service. Not sure if the young lady was the manager, that saw a line growing and came to get orders taken faster. Nice leadership. We stopped here in the evening for a little bite to eat. You order ahead and then sit down waiting for your meal. The staff is super nice and the place is pretty comfortable. It's a cute little cafe. I had the chai latte, which was probably one of the best chai lattes I've ever had. My boyfriend had a cappuccino which he enjoyed. For dinner I had the tuna poke bowl and the tuna was beyond fresh and the entire bowl was so delicious. I was impressed. My boyfriend had the chicken sandwich with mozzarella cheese; he said it was delicious. We ended our meal with the pistachio croissant and all I can say is WOW. Visted Creama for the first time recently for brunch. Waited next to the line sign for what seemed longer than expected especially since there was no one ordering. The only person in front of me ordered quite a bit ahead of me while I was looking at the menu. We stood there so long that we actually thought we were doing something incorrectly until finally we were called up to the register to order. 15% is already included in your bill, I don't love this, but at least it wasn't 20% like some Miami restaurants. The employees were nice, but I don't know if including 15% upfront is warranted considering your only interaction with them is ordering your meal at the register and then someone dropping off your meal at the table. The best thing we was the almond croissant, standing ovation for it We tried the prosciutto sandwich which was delectable as well as the avocado toast, which we ordered with two eggs sunny side up. I will say that the avocado toast needed something salty/crunchy to go along with it. I kept stealing pieces of prosciutto off the sandwich and they complemented my avocado toast perfectly. Should offer this on the menu to go along with the avocado toast or some bacon. I really wanted to love Crema. I liked it, but I did not love it. The decor is nice, definitely feel like you're in a cafe in Europe. I will say the noise level in there was high. It was pretty loud. When we saw it from the outside, we thought this would be a great place to meet up and have a meeting but once we were inside, we realize that the noise level would make you feel like you were shouting as the person you were having a meeting with. The long version I swear I'm not trying to sample every Crema Gourmet around, it's just that they have been conveniently located near wherever I needed to be at the moment. Now it was time for my car's service, and the Pinecrest location is right next door... almost. The first thing you notice is that every single person on the staff greets you or acknowledges you in some way when you come in or approach them, even if they're busy. The cashier I actually interacted with answered any question I had, took my order, and advised me on the fact that the check already includes the tip from the moment I arrived. The breakfast sandwich was exactly as it needed to be and the coffee was very good and comes in a good sized cup... even if they didn't draw anything on top as gourmet coffee shops do nowadays (honestly, I don't even care, but it's a fun fact :p). On top of adding on the automatic tip they have a tip jar at the register and the person taking your order doesn't tell you tip is included so you better be paying attention. The coffee there is awesome and they have lots of different options, not only for coffee but for other things such as smoothies, juices, breakfast, etc. Service is quick and great. Crema continues to be my go-to coffee spot, and today reminded me exactly why. The food and coffee here have always been excellent, and the service consistently matches that quality. I'll admit I was concerned when they switched to automatic gratuity on all bills--would the service standard slip? Not at all. If anything, the team seems even more attentive. The runners, especially Tai, are constantly checking in with genuine smiles that make you feel like a valued regular. Today was actually the first time I've ever had an issue with my order--a croissant that wasn't quite right. Knowing their no return or exchange policy, I didn't expect much when I mentioned it. That's when manager Hakim came out to speak with me. He was incredibly courteous as he explained the company policy, but then went above and beyond. He took the croissant back to the chef, who confirmed it wasn't up to their high standards. Hakim immediately exchanged it, even mentioning he'd cover it himself if needed. This is exactly why I keep coming back to Crema. Great food and coffee are easy to find in Miami, but service like this? That's rare. When a team truly cares about your experience--from Tai's warm check-ins to Hakim's genuine problem-solving--it makes all the difference. Back here again! This is my study spot every Sunday with my classmates. I had breakfast and lunch at crema today. For breakfast I had their avocado toast, added an egg & a iced chai latte with 3 shots of espresso. The avocado spread was creamy and they put a lot. It doesn't come with an egg- that's an xtra charge. They make the test dirty chai latte here! The cashier was new and forgot to add the 3 shots of espresso but the manager added them for me at no extra charge which was nice of them. For lunch I had their tuna salad. Wouldn't recommend this salad. It was too bland for me and didn't come with dressing. It had tuna (duh), lettuce (duh), raisins, tomatoes and shredded carrots. It was ok. Well I was out and about today taking care of a number of errands and had a craving for some coffee but did not really want to go to the standard coffee houses if you know what I mean. So I busted out my trusty Yelp app and lo and behold, Crema Gourmet came up as a recommendation. Having never been here well as you can imagine I headed on over and man I was very happy that I did. Upon entering I was greeted and staff was very welcoming. To say the coffee shop is hipster would not do it justice. Yes it is hipster but it has a really nice vibe, comfortable furniture and welcoming and relaxing music that really helped to take the edge off. Now this is not just a coffee house as they also have a great selection of smoothies, power drinks, "All Day Breakfast" items, soups, salads, poke bowls and pasta dishes. Yep, pasta dishes.... Who knew.... On this occasion I really enjoyed the Iced Latte but I could tell everyone else was having a good time enjoying the atmosphere and a variety of food items of the menu. Parking is not a problem at all as they are located in a mall and there is plenty of room as well to hang out and relax. Personally I think it is great to have Crema Gourmet as an option to the usual suspects and I always like supporting local businesses whenever I can as well. So if you all find yourselves in the area and are in the mood for some coffee, tea or lunch feel free to check them out. I am certainly glad that I did for sure. Probably one of the more hipster places to hang out in Pinecrest. They have great costumer service, and I love their decorations. The food is a bit pricey but very good quality. Great spot in Suniland! I work in the same shopping center as this Crema location and had heard about it for months and finally stopped in today for a quick breakfast to go before work. I arrived early, 7:15am, and ordered my coffee and croissant and was out the door before 7:30am. The two men behind the counter were incredibly nice and the Lavender Iced Latte they made me was top notch! I also had a pistachio croissant that was warmed up for me and delicious! I have heard through the grape vine that there is an added fee to your order if you choose to dine in. This is the only reason for the -1 star because they confirmed this for me today and I don't agree with that policy. I shouldn't have to pay more just to share a business's space. This used to be a wonderful place when it first opened but it has become an overpriced cafe with a terrible environment. I have come to this location several times and almost every time, someone at the register gives me the most bland or rude attitude. They made a mistake on my coffee and instead of apologizing, they got upset with me and made me feel like they were going to do me a favor by fixing it. The barista had the sassiest and rudest attitude and made a nasty face when the girl told him I needed the coffee corrected. It seemed like he was telling her I should've ordered it correctly. So I approached him and said if it was a problem to not worry about it and that I'd drink it as is. And he said mmm no... it's fine... So disappointing and to be honest the food isn't always great either. I'm always looking for good cafes where I can go to get some work done. But I don't think I'll be coming back. Went for a run on Old Cutler and were looking for a different breakfast spot than our usual. This one hit all the marks. Just wanted a good cup of coffee and a simple breakfast. Had the eggs with toast which was simple but delicious. Eggs were perfect. Ordered a simply brewed coffee but nothing simple about it. Was perfect. Along with the checkins by Osiris. She came by the table to make sure we were ok and also to tell us you get a free refill when it's regular brewed coffee. We weren't going to say no to that when it was such a good cup of coffee. Their baked looked really good and we will be choosing something from there next time. I wish they had more of the fancy chairs. Those looked comfy but were all taken when we got there. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated...wood floors with just a small area of tile under the bar seating separating the wood flooring from the wood on the back of the bar. Tables are a mix of wood and marble. White brick walls. Love the look. Tables are spread out enough that you don't feel on top of your fellow diners. Service is quick and friendly...you order at the bar, have a seat, and food/drinks are brought out to you. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The food was great! I had a chai latte which was fantastic, and an open faced breakfast sandwich which was delicious. Hubby had a cortadito and a salmon bagel, and he enjoyed both as well. A friend recommended this place so I checked it out for lunch with my daughter. We tried to go on the weekend but it was pretty busy. There was a long wait at the register to order and there were no open seats. Some of the empty tables had "reserved" signs on them. So we decided to go on a weekday when it wasn't so busy. We went on a Monday around 1pm. I ordered the tuna poke bowl. I've had A LOT of poke bowls. I also make my own at home. I must say, this is one of the best poke bowls I've had. Everything was fresh and tasty. I asked for quinoa instead of brown rice and they happily obliged. It was a big salad and I had leftovers. My daughter ordered a chai tea latte and the chicken and mushroom pasta. The chai latte was very sweet but she liked it. Too sweet for me though. The pasta was really good. She really enjoyed it and I tried it and liked it as well. It was also a big serving and she took the leftovers home. The restaurant is nicely decorated and I like the vibe. This is a review based solely on service as my food was very good. I came to Crema was charged and the option to get a receipt very quickly disappeared. I was not offered one either. I realized later that my $11.50 toast had come out to $14.50 (plus I gave a dollar as a tip). I figured that they tacked on some tip without asking or telling me. I then looked at reviews including the word tip and came to find out that I was correct. At no point was I told that a tip is added to the price of my meal. Moreover as I wasn't offered a receipt it seemed as if the young lady who attended me was trying to hide this fact. It's a shame because this tainted an otherwise great experience. read more

The ambiance is terrific. It was hustling and bustling on a Wednesday at 10 am. The menu is good, your standard upscale breakfast coffee shop. I had the avocado toast. This one does not come with egg, which was disappointing. I may have been able to add it. I didn't ask so that's on me. The avocado was delicious, super creamy on delicious bread. Best gourmet espresso bar in miami hands down. It's a 10/10 from the service, the ambiance and the consistency. I've been coming here 3-4 times a week for the last month and every experience is great. From the barista/ cashier making personal recommendations and delicious Red velvet lattes. To the manager always welcoming you with a smile and calling you by name. I've tried just about every sandwich and you cannot go wrong with any. The lattes are delicious and presentation is always on point. They even offer delicious pastries and even warm them up to pair with the lattes. The restaurant is always super clean and every employee is polite and always smiling. It's just such a great way to start your day here with this kind of energy and quality of food and service.
